GREAT Location - Very clean, well staffed, and spacious This Chuck E Cheese is larger than most, which means many more activities for the kiddos to enjoy. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Probably the best we've seen. The staff is plentiful, and eager to help. We even did a birthday party here once, and it was very smooth. Absolute garbage pizza served during pizza buffet! The pizza was not even warm on the line and had to have been sitting out for at least an hour. We arrived at 1:20 pm and the mngt was awol! The sausage tasted like cheap turkey sausage and the salad bar had three items...lettuce, dressings and tiny bits and pieces of croutons. Terrible offering! Also the boneless chicken wings taste like sauce drenched cardboard. Poor quality all the way around and corporate could give a hoot! Next time we are going to smuggle in our own meals! It's just so dirty. I mean, I expect an amount of dirty because it's a kids fun zone. But, when there are so many unoccupied booths dirty and no where else to sit then I'm wiping down tables and seats. Also, the salad bar is a disaster. It's been awhile since we've gone to this place since my boys are now older. The changes they've made are great- my 13 year old actually found a couple of games to enjoy. The facility appears cleaner too and they seemed to be more organized. I see the staff constantly cleaning and checking the salad bar. Overall, I like the changes they've made. My "older" boys are having fun! Can't beat the great deals when you use coupons. Today, I paid $20 for 1000 credit! 3 stars for the improvement. We just had my daughters 6th birthday here this past weekend. We did the unlimited games wristbands mega package. With the unlimited games the kids could just play the ticket games over and over and over so going to the prize counter was super fun because they could actually pick out a decent amount of stuff. The kids had SO much fun!!! The adults commented on how much better the pizza was then they remembered from the last time they had been. Oh Chuck E. Cheese. Where is your customer service? Maybe I wouldn't be so annoyed if my family hasn't spent over $400 for a birthday party. I'm trying to be healthy and eat vegan and figured, great- they have a salad bar and I can get a pizza with no cheese. I order a veggie pizza and asked if I can sub the cheese for jalapeños and was "nope- it's extra". I clarified I don't want cheese- can I get jalapeños instead. No attempt was made to accommodate that request. I'm pretty sure cheese cost waaay more than jalapeños. I understand sometimes things can't be done but the cashier didn't explain why or even act like she was sorry she couldn't do it. Whatever, we paid extra when we weren't even getting the most expensive part of the pizza. I move along to get my salad, 7.49 for a dish and the lettuce is empty as well as a few other items. I asked three different people if they could refill it. I waited about 5 minutes. I do have to say we have had great experiences here before so I'm hoping they can get it together. read more

I took my niece and nephews here the other day and was so disappointed with the food. The pizza was atrocious and the fries, which I paid almost $4 for, were literally tiny scraps of left-over broken fries and less than half the size of a McD fries. I was shocked. They obviously think people don't value their hard earned money or have low standards. Also, the value of tokens is terrible. They average 20 tokens per ride, which is ridiculous. I prefer Wacky Tacky over this place -- at least you get your money's worth and more. Here, I spent $50 for a subpar experience. :( Also, I waited in line for 15 minutes before I was helped and there was only 1 person in front of me. Note to management: there are kids on the spectrum who don't have the patience to wait for slow service...and to the girl stamping your wrists: if you see a crying toddler who won't give you his wrist upon exit, let it go, for goodness sake! Place is a joke. Not enough people working here. Line to get tickets and food is the worst. Place is packed and they have one very very slow cashier. The very few tables that are available are nasty and need too be bused. The bathrooms needed attention and the floors were sticky. Drove 45 minutes from Yuba City just to take my daughter for her first trip and it was well worth it , I paid 55 dollars for a medium pizza with 3 drinks and a 120 minute game card . They put stamps on everybody that walks in to make sure nobody kid naps your child which is very reassuring, my daughter loved the toddler zone and the water games . Today we took our 2 year old daughter here! We were extremely pleased with the customer service the food & the games / ride along toys. Pleanty of options even for our little one. The reasoning behind the four stars is because you only get one pause on a 120 minutes game card! My daughter stopped to eat and drink atleast 2/3 times so that was a minor inconvenience. We originally had a party at a different facility and within the last hour and a half before our scheduled party time, our party was cancelled due to flood issues at their facility. In our panic, we had to look for another place to host our party and when my husband called Chuck E Cheese in San Bruno, he was transferred to Amanda and she was absolutely amazing. Over the phone, she gave her word that she would be able to accommodate us. She told us that she will make time and room for us. When my husband showed up, she explained in detail what our options were, walk in party vs a package deal. After deciding on a package, she quickly cleared up 2 party tables and set everything up very quickly so that our guests could sit and enjoy the party. She also took our order of food and beverages and did not miss a thing or make an error. She checked up on us frequently to make sure we were okay and to make sure our food order was complete. We made last minute changes to add food and she made sure our food came quickly. She also made sure our child had his birthday time with Chuck E and sang songs with Chuck E. She was enthusiastic, friendly, professional and accommodating. Every time we had a question, she answered it thoroughly and quickly. Even though the restaurant was busy and she had to help other guests, she would still make sure we were completely taken care of. I cannot say enough nice things about Amanda. She made our stressful day due to the cancellation at the other facility into a completely fantastic time at Chuck E Cheese. Thanks to her, our son's birthday party was saved! read more

When Chuckie walks out, they throw tickets that are ripped to only one ticket instead of a roll or at least three tickets bunched together. The prizes are cheap in plastic.. We love this place took my son who is 3 there on his first and second birthday. Then we went just a couple of days ago. I had my son's 5th birthday at the Roseville, CA Chuck E. Cheese. It was on Sunday, 7/26/2015. Our party host must have been brand new. She didn't know what pizzas were on the menu ( I had wanted to order pizza for the adults). She came up to me CONSTANTLY to ask questions. I paid extra for the piñata, candy, tickets etc. the kids each took turns pulling the strings. Finally one was pulled to open the piñata and guess what... IT WASNT FILLED!!! I couldn't believe it. We had a birthday party here for my daughter and I have to admit I might of had more fun than she did. We arrived early and grabbed three tables in the back. This place is clean and the workers are pretty nice. I grabbed a salad bar while we were waiting for everyone to arrive. I for sure like the salad bar more than the pizza. Also with the pizza, sodas, salad bar and tokens it is pretty damn expensive. Think we spent 100+ easy. This is where the big kid in me takes over because I was in full blown win tickets mode. This place was the bomb for my six-year-old nephew's party. The women who helped the party move along were super friendly and super on top of timing! They were kind enough to turn down the music and the facilities were very clean. I thought like it's a very safe place to play with my two-year-old niece and she ran around and had so much fun. The lady did such a great job of bringing out the food, cutting the cake, and having a little dance party. 10 A.m. to noon (last Saturday with my nephew's named Nile) is when we did our party on a Saturday. It works really well for the adults to be able to hang out and play with the kids as well as the kids to go and just have a good time without the adults worry about them. In on a slow Tuesday evening and they just don't care. They still make you wait, without a smile or an apology or greeting. The date today is 8/22 and we were there between 6-7 pm. The 5'3" 200lb girl sporting a bun, behind the counter and checking people in was the motivation for this review. Wow!!! We had such a great party here!! The manager greeted us with so much warmth and made us feel special immediately!! Our server, Cassie was fantastic!!!! She was so fun, kind and you could tell she really enjoyed her job. There were about 30 of us all together and Cassie didn't miss a beat! She was perfect for the birthday girl, who turned 4. Stopped in yesterday with my mother in law and son just to check it out. The first thing they did was stamp all our hands to make sure my son left with the right people. I loved that. Then as we walked in you could choose a side to play. They had a whole side just for little little people. Games and the little rides are all only 1 token. Pizza was alright tasted like little ceasers. It was very clean unlike other ones ive been to. Our "check it out" trip end up taking about 2 hours long. We all had a blast needless to say we will be back and having bday parties there in the future! read more

We've been coming to the Roseville location since it opened and was pleasantly surprised to see it completely remodeled and expanded today at our visit! They've added more games, more tables and more square footage making it even better. There is a better separation of toddler attractions and bigger kids games though there are some games that do no belong on the toddler side.... We visited on Halloween because we do not celebrate the holiday and like to get the kids out of the house that night. We arrived and were greeted by a lady who must remember my family (though we don't go all that often anymore) and she was very nice. My only complaint from the whole night was towards the end. One of the workers (a younger male) cleared our table of drink cups and pizza though we had about 4 slices left. Our belongings were on the table, our jackets were on the bench, it was obvious we were still using the table. He replaced the drink cups but didn't offer an apology for dumping our pizza and salad bar plate. I mentioned to the nice lady (manager maybe?) while picking prizes and she offered to replace the pizza but I knew that they were closing down and it would be a chore to make another one. I appreciate her asking though. Overall, it's like anywhere you go. If you go when there are hardly any people there it's wonderful, if you go when it's packed then you won't have the same experience. First time at this location and I do have to say what a BIG difference compared to the Arden location. This place is extremely clean,spacious,tons of games,one side is for the older kids and the other side is for younger kids,i seen Chuck E. at least 3 times,the restrooms are extremely clean and their prize selection is well stocked. I can not thank them enough for the overall true experience at Chuck E. Cheese. I forgot to mention that you get coupons at the door as well. It was a good experience , but a lot of the machines for the kids were not taken care of. The rides that would take pictures were out of paper a lot and the staff did check on us a lot for trash. They got all the kids in a group no matter the age and three a handful of tickets, this is fun but kind of unsafe cause some of the kids were rough to the small ones. The place was really clean and fun and had more than average rides and will definitely go back, because all in all it is a good place to have family fun. The worst thing they have going is the salad bar SUCKS!! Only had a few thing to chose from so don't go thinking of living on salad bar unless you like small choices. I do recommend this place for family fun it does have a few flaws but who doesn't go and enjoy yourself. read more
