This place is so coool! Went on a date night here and we played it all, $50 for unlimited games for 3 hours, which comes with 2 drinks and any food item. We played Mario Carts, Fortnite, Rock band, even Karaoke'd at the bar. It was and brought back a lot of childhood memories playing their arcade games! I only wish they had an adult night or time, no offense, but I hear my son play Fortnite enough aha but overall a good time, I would definitely go back! I had an excellent time here! The employees are very friendly and accommodating. There's a bar but it's accessible for food as well which you can order from your phone while you're in a gaming session, and they'll bring your food over to you (without interrupting)! If you have kids, it's family-friendly and is a great place for everybody to have fun. It's gaming-centered but they have more than just PCs. The private rooms are a bit pricey but very reasonable considering the availability. This would've been a cool place for a birthday party when I was a kid The only disadvantage is that their chairs do hurt your back after a little while but I had visited over a year ago so it may be different now. I wanted to try something new and decided to check this place out after seeing a deal on Groupon. The deal included 2 Adult drinks and 2 hours of play for $19. The deal basically pays for the 2 drinks so it's a great deal. First, I want to say I'm not a gamer whatsoever. My friend and I came in around 4:30 PM. Right when we came in, we were greeted by the bartender who directed us to who we can speak with to redeem my Groupon. There was a good amount of people there and we were told a tournament was going to start. The employee was very friendly and let us know what types of games they had. They had a variety of PC games, game consoles, some arcade style games, and virtual reality (not included with the Groupon) along with private game rooms. Then, he gave us tickets for our drinks. They have a good variety of cocktails, beers, wines, shots and white claws. Their cocktail drinks are named after video game characters like "Yoshi" and "Donkey Kong Punch" which I thought was pretty catchy. I got the Rocket Pop which was pretty good. They also have a good variety of bar food which I didn't get a chance to try. My friend and I ended up playing the switch. They had about 5 games that were available. We stayed for about an hour and decided to head out. Overall, I enjoyed the environment and the employees were friendly. We went here on a whim, and we all had a good time. Essentially, imagine a sports bar that is video games instead of sports, but family friendly. My sister is planning my nephew's birthday party now. The food is typical bar food - didn't suck, but not amazing. The pizza crust was super soft, implying its probably frozen, but the wings and giant pretzel were pretty good. Again, standard, decent, bar food. So why 4 stars? The atmosphere was fun, the drinks were inventive, and the bartender/entire staff were all friendly and engaging, doing their best to ensure all the patrons were having a good time. We even had video game competitions where a jello shot was the prize. I enjoyed playing Streets of Rage, and my nephew Sonic, on the emulators. Food ok, but DO come for an amazing time. read more

Walked into the Esport Lounge on 2.26.22. The place was cool. I wanted to check it since I never went inside. I remember back then when they were remodeling this place behind Schools Credit Union few years back. Walking inside was pretty cool. Almost felt like walking into John Incredible Pizza. They had a cool layout of gaming area for main front for PC gamers, then they had side booths with curtains for console gamers. The back area they had were private rooms but all in all they had a place that accommodated any gamer, for groups or individuals. I give them a 4 stars for this presentation. My son wasn't trying to come into this place, while my daughter was all for visiting to see what is inside. She thought it was awesome. My son said he wouldn't go in unless we see a menu & he said there better not be just "PIZZA & HOT DOGS". Lol I had to lie and tell him there's not.. which was true! As we walked in, I gave my son a little tour, which he wasn't really amused with and just wanted to sit at the bar for food. My son ordered waffle fries, I ordered a subway sandwich (the turkey & bacon sounded appealing) & my daughter ordered corn dog & fries. Upon receiving our food. I had no idea my huge sandwich came with kettle chips. Meanwhile my son's waffle fries has some burnt edges on some of his fries, but the amount wasn't piled so high, but still filled him up. It had so much sauce toppings on it which over took the pleasure of eating the waffle fries alone. I would try to find a waffle fry that wasn't drenched in the sauces that was added. Thankfully there was some chopped green onions, as well as small chicken pieces that helped a bit but it was too drenched with condiments, I feel like I ate something from a baseball/basketball game event. My sandwich tasted like I bought this sandwich from the grocery deli (ready made to go) or a gas station. The bun also wasn't toasted, the bread itself wasn't that great tasting. If it was hoagie or sourdough, it probably would of tasted better. There was way too much mustard, I told the guy at the bar not to put too much mayo but I feel like it was dominant with just mustard. I can barely taste the bacon. At least the veggies (tomato slices & lettuce) were all fresh. I didn't get a chance to try my daughter's corn dogs, but it seems like she liked it. In all.. I SAY I GIVE THE FOOD A 2 to 3 STARS - ... I should of noticed they served burgers.. Maybe that would of tasted better. Their prices for food is between $7 to $9. Their pretty pricey. It's nearing the end of the baseball season for Woodcreek little league and the team mom(my wife) sets up a pizza party with fire up. They offered the entire league of 800 players free pizza and a drink. I can't even imagine this because it is such a generous gift to the community. We walk in and it is nothing as I expected. It isn't a boring pizza spot it's a gamers heaven. 75 percent of their establishment is games and some of them are even free. I'm like how good could their pizza be if they are actually a gaming spot?!?!? Their food was perfect sizes and cost. My two littlest kids shared a pizza and it was gone and they couldn't of been happier. Not only did we get all the pizza for the players and coaches for free the customer service is amazing. This one is a big deal for me. They kept asking if there was anything we needed and made sure everything was set up for an easy part. We will be back with the kids and maybe without the kids for date night. Their advertising seems to be a little lacking because they have been around for a little while and this is the first I have heard of them. I've been a baseball team mom for about 10 years now and this was the coolest place we've had our end of year party. There was something for everyone. The kids played for HOURS. They had a promo going on that got us a free pizza and soda for each of the players and we got to use their party room. The owners walked around and we got to talk to them for a bit. Love that this is a locally owned business and you can tell the owners really care. Melissa (the wife) went above and beyond. FireUp seemingly looks like a cool place to hang & game with friends but the more time you spend inside you see the unprofessionalism unraveling. I started coming here for an event that ran here from time to time & quickly noticed that their were things that they did were very untrusting like the cocktails they sell are mislabeled for example i got a "whiskey coke" took a few sips & didn't taste any whiskey i asked the bartender , he at first hesitated to tell me but then confirmed the alcohol they use is sake wine & making you pay the cost for typical cocktails with real hard alcohol which seems a way to get over on naive customers. (I don't even drink a lot so this particularly wasn't as big as an issue to me but to others who are trying to come & have a drink / good time be aware that you're wasting money on their cocktails just get a beer !) The staff is extremely unprofessional with how they interact with customers , one in particular I can't remember his name but he's pretty mouthy about his team mates very vulgar with how he talks about his frustration with the company "venting" to customers trying to enjoy their time but after hearing an employee talk badly about the company & staff members how could you ? Also have seen multiple staff members chain smoking vapes right outside the door blowing clouds of smoke as families are trying to walk inside. This venue also throws raves , I have yet to even attend those from my understanding from what i've heard from people who have attended them apparently the rave itself is thrown on their very small patio section outside with no room to dance or be comfortable seems like a fire hazard situation to me. This venue has a bad history & just proving itself as to why , I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

We celebrated my boys birthday party here. The booking was super easy to make. They suggested to reserve the red room as it was the largest for private parties. Spoke with Mason on the phone, he answered all my questions and was very helpful. When we came in for the party, we were greeted by Blake at the front counter. He was smiling and so friendly with all the kids. We did have to call Blake over to assist with Guitar Hero a few times and he did so without hesitation. We ordered food and drinks (got an additional discount with the birthday party) and our server was amazing! She even made sure our cakes were out in the refrigerator until we were ready to sing happy birthday. She provided a lighter and knife because I totally forgot to bring those for the cake/candles. Came in again a separate time and spoke with Todd at the front counter. The service here is wonderful. We are completely satisfied with our experience here. This place was hands-down, amazing in the beginning, but as time went on parents saw this establishment as a way to drop their boys off for a few hours, and not parent them. This has caused total chaos in between the computers and in the aisles. Boys shoving each other down behind your chair, tripping over your chair, yelling and screaming obscenities at their opponents, saying the F word, and smashing the keyboard and the mouses. They scream so loud that you can't hear your game. It's just so sad because this place had the potential to cater to everyone, especially the older crowd who are into gaming or competitive gaming, etc. but now it's completely overrun with out of control boys. It is NOT the patrons or the employees job to parent unoccupied children, we are not nanny's. I think it's time the owner makes a new rule where parents need to be with their kids and being an active presence. This place is a full bar at all hours, combined with dark lighting, neon lights...there is a clear adult undertone to this establishment...children need their parents. I took my fiancé here once for a date night and the boisterous boys screaming made the experience not enjoyable (and we came after 7pm), he didn't want to go back since. Most chairs are busted now and not comfortable. The mice are broken and some of the keyboards are missing key caps or not working at all. It's a shame because the real money is going to come from people buying alcohol and food, not just paying for game time. Came in on a Friday night. There is a REALLY good groupon deal they have been running for awhile. Had an issue with connecting switch controller and the credited 1hr15min. We ended up only playing for an hour and they let me carry over unused time for next visit. Only complaints was music was a bit too loud (it was dance club level but no one dancing) and there are kids (someone even brought a baby?) Their raves have sexist pricing & posters insinuate that they believe there is only 2 genders. This is not a safe space for nonbinary people. Also I've entered tournaments here and the sun was in my eyes for several different tournament sets on many different occasions. Went for our friends 23rd birthday and had the best time of our life. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We paid $70 for 3 of us and it included access to all gaming systems including the private rooms with rock band and vr headsets. The package also excluded an entree and 2 drinks (alcohol included WOW!) we got the chicken bbq pizza and the loaded waffle fries and they were addicting! I came here on a Thursday with some buddies of varying ecafe/PC bang bgs. It was pretty fun despite some people occasionally yelling at their battlestation, and I absolutely loved the staff. They were all so friendly explaining things, and the bonus star is well-deserved because I saw one of them immediately clean/sanitize our computer stations once we got up. The biggest thing for these places is maintaining equipment and making sure people aren't being gross, which I think they absolutely nailed. I do think this also has one negative side effect - the bar-side of things is very average. Drinks are absolutely watered down/weak, and my guess is because they're worried people will get hammered and messy. Usually a vigilant bartender can take care of that and cut em off, but I understand better to be safe than sorry though I would liked a little buzz to relax my *totally* pro gaming muscles haha. Come here for the games my friends. Unfortunately as of now, I do have to mirror someone else's take that they have just a fraction of the games advertised, but never fear! I called the business and heard back from a friendly person who I believe is the owner/manager. He said they just updated their system and more games, including the one I was looking for (Monster Hunter World) should be ready by the time this weekend (3/31/23) rolls around. I used to love going here, I took my girlfriend here to play nba 2K20. We had some drinks and had a good time. The general atmosphere is very good here and laid back. Unfortunately when I ordered my drinks the cashier stole my credit card information and used it to rack up $2,000.00 in charges. I was able to get it back but I have been unable to trust this place ever since. I know my card info was stolen from here because they had access to PIN number for my card and used that to access a atm and withdraw funds. I work a lot and hadn't visited any other places that week where I used my pin code. I got a call that they found my card 2 days later. The police are involved and conducting a investigation but this should be a warning to anyone else coming here, use cash only. read more

Awesome games! If you have never played "Game Install Update Simulator" then Id recommend rushing down to fire up lounge and giving it a try. You will only spend 45 mins trying to install/update games before you realize your friend's microphone is broken. Dont worry! That's not all! If you stick around long though, you can play Game Update Simulator's awesome sequel "Your Generic Account Has Been Banned" On all seriousness, I was really excited to check this place out and was horribly let down by lack of game selection on the pcs, multiple games we tried were not even installed (we had to install them) microphone issues, music was good but way too loud to hear my buddies even with non broken headsets, games were not even updated! As a company that obviously prioritizes their bar over esports, the least they could've done was have a good bar! The alcohol tastes cheap but is overpriced. Some of the 'bartenders' look like they just learned the recipes! The music is so loud I can't even hear my friend who's sitting right next to me. And who's great idea was it to blast rave music at a gaming lounge? If the owners were gamers themselves, they'd know audio in certain games do matter. I'm constantly getting shot in the back of the head in my games because I can't hear in game audio with the crappy GREASY headsets. DON'T even get me started with karaoke nights. They should've put karaoke in sound-proof rooms with the singers they let on the mic. Also if you're in the mood to catch covid, or an STD this is the place! No one cleans after themselves after a gaming session, wears masks/requires vaccination, and sus af couples going in and out of the restroom! went to this place with a freind and have been here before I payed 50 dollars of the 100 that I had and I got on a great pc, it was superb but then got moved we were being nice by saying yes to moving. we then got moved to pcs where I could run my game better at home. love the place but if I pay for 360 fps I expect to be able to play my game well and not have to lag. we asked for compensation he said no because you can't tell the difference of 100 fps and 360 fps (you can) I tried to be really respectful but was let down by the service because of one single employee who said ruined the whole experience I deserve what I pay for. read more

Heard about this place from RAD radio, didn't disappoint! It's a gamer's lounge, don't expect your traditional bar. Staff was super friendly and willing to explain what they offer at this lounge. It has retro games, it has modern games, it has PC gaming it has console gaming anything or everything to do with gaming this lounge does well. Music choice is very gamer esque in my opinion as well with a nice mixture of edm and some rock music. I am wishing this place the best and hope it does well as this is definitely a new area of business to be venturing into. However with that being said, the drink selection is still limited to your standard draft beers but they are planning to add liquor soon. Another thing as well, is that I had the corn dog and fries, fries are pretty top notch, however the corn dog was not completely cooked all the way through. Still good, and I realize there are still hiccups to go through, just please make sure the food is cooked all the way through, not burnt but just nice and crispy with the meat nice and juicy. My wife and I came in here about 1 1/2 months ago to try VR for the first time, and we had a great experience! The staff was extremely friendly; they gave us a tour and helped set up everything with the best attitude. On top of that, prices for time on their amenities are fair, food is good, and they have $4 well shots! I think they were hosting a SSBU Tournament when we were there, so there is something for everyone. I recommend this place for parties or bar nights out, get drunk and play some games with your friends, and definitely try VR. We will definitely be returning. read more
