This place is amazing amazing. I took my 11-month-old and it was perfect for younger kids. One of the best parts is not having to stress about older kids running around or little ones getting trampled. What really stood out is that it's way more than the usual play spots. Instead of just a jungle gym and ball pit, they actually have little themed areas like mini kitchens and small workshop setups, which makes it so much more engaging. There's also this fun little roller coaster-style toy my baby absolutely loved. It really helped her practice motor skills and stay active in a more intentional way instead of just running around. The staff were super nice and everything was really clean. They even had high chairs available, and they were already spotless and ready to use, which made things so much easier as a parent. Overall, it felt safe, clean, and actually designed with younger toddlers in mind. Definitely one of the better play spaces we've been to and we'll for sure be coming back. read more

I had a very disappointing experience. I arrived with my two children at around 4:45 PM. Before entering, I signed the waiver and paid $32 for admission. At no point did the front desk staff tell me that the playhouse would be closing at 5:30 PM. If I had known we would only have about 45 minutes to play, I would have come another day. Shortly after we arrived, one of the parents from a birthday party asked for my children's names and kindly invited us to help ourselves to some pizza. Since no one mentioned that the playhouse was about to close, I had no reason to think our visit would be cut so short. Then, at 5:29 PM, the front desk employee suddenly told us they were closing and that we had to leave. When I asked why no one had informed me before I paid full price, I was simply told that the hours were listed on the website. I found this place through Google, not your website. Customers should be informed about an upcoming closing before they pay full admission. Charging full price without mentioning that the business is closing in less than an hour is unfair and very disappointing. I hope management will improve communication with customers and consider offering a partial refund or a complimentary return visit in situations like this. We recently attended a birthday party at Eloy's Play House. The birthday party setup was adorable, and the decorations were thoughtfully done. The concept of the space is great, and I really wanted to love it. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the play equipment were hard to overlook. Many of the toys and play items in the back room appeared heavily worn, with broken pieces, missing parts, and what felt like a collection of garage-sale-type items rather than a curated play space. The padded jungle gym looked like it could be a lot of fun for kids, but it was noticeably old and grimy and seemed overdue for repairs and updates. I understand that indoor play spaces see a lot of traffic, and keeping everything in top condition is a challenge. With a little refreshing and maintenance, I think this space could better match the wonderful vision behind it. While it wasn't quite the right fit for our family, others may still enjoy it. If cleanliness and newer equipment are priorities for you, Enchanted has been a better experience for our family. read more

What a great place for younger children! Not only is this place fairly large and has great toys for the kids to play with, it's also decently priced. It was $12 for two hours. This was for both my daughter and me. You are required to have socks. They have socks you can buy if you don't have your own. The point of the socks is because you don't want shoes on the play area when the babies and kids crawl. It's to keep everything clean. There's two different play sections. There's a section that has an area for them to climb, a ball pit, and a little thing they can spin in. Then there's the other side that has multiple toys for the kids to play and use their imagination! There's different play kitchens, a grocery store, a pet hospital, a castle and so much more. You can also host a birthday party here. There's two different rooms. I believe you have the option to rent out and share with the public or you can rent out the entire space for a private party. The nice thing is they have pricing available on the website. They also sell small snacks and drinks. There's a changing station in the bathroom as well. And overall the place is clean. Elys's Play House is a great indoor play option especially if you have younger children. My toddler loves coming here. Grippy socks are required & you can sign a waiver before arrival. This indoor playground caters specifically to ages 9 months to 8 years old, they have plenty of seating, cubbies, sell snacks and drinks and even host birthday parties! We attended the st Patrick's day event for our first visit today. The place has so much to do for kids. My son is almost 3 and he loved all of the pretend play, slides, blocks, etc. they truly have everything for any type of activity a child can be into. Overall, there was plenty of space for the kids to run around, the equipment was relatively well maintained, and we didn't see or find any issues w/ hygiene or uncleanliness, which is impressive giving that they're catering to kids. I think they don't want adults in the ball pit because we would crush the plastic balls! :) The food and the decorations were solid. Plenty of mish-mash miscellaneous toys and gymnastics equipment as well as play kitchens, houses, and castles for the kids to run around in. There is a jungle gym area to explore for the bigger kids as well. Plenty of adjacent parking in the lot, although the lot is shared with a billiards/bar location and is tucked away from the main street. This place is pretty gross. When we walked in, I explained that it was our first time and the staff were rude, impatient, and the blonde one with the nails actually rolled her eyes at my mom for not moving fast enough so she could talk to another customer (a "party mom"). The entire place looks like a mish mash of garage sale children's toys/equipment. Everything is run down. The enclosure to keep kids inside is multiple different baby fences zip tied together, and the actual "air lock" gate is a household baby gate that was wobbly and very easy to push open. Everything is dirty, even surfaces that appear relatively easy to simply wipe down on a daily basis. The small toys in the back room and infant area were strewn about and obviously haven't been cleaned recently. I'm not surprised to read that another person reported their kid getting ringworm from this place. There are signs EVERYWHERE telling all the stuff you can't do ("no parents in the ball pit", "keep balls in the pit", "don't remove toys from this space", etc.). It's excessive and weird considering most of their clientele (small kids) can't even read yet. They also have hobby lobby style live laugh love -esque signed everywhere as well, some very rude. It's super off putting. Lastly, there is play equipment that is simply unsafe. There is a gymnastics bar that has only one side covered in padding, leaving the metal exposed. This place is depressing, dirty, and unfriendly. We only tried it out because Enchanted Cosmos was closed... which is where we will continue to go in the future. I visited Elys Playhouse and was really disappointed. The place was dirty, toys were scattered everywhere, and most of them didn't even work. This was my second visit, and somehow it was worse than the first. The girl working had her boyfriend sitting at the front desk while she was in the back on her phone, and the whole space felt completely unmonitored. The toys are extremely old, not maintained, and there's barely anything suitable for a 2‑year‑old to do. Everything just felt filthy and neglected. They really need to invest back into the space and the toys because right now it's not a safe or enjoyable environment for young kids. read more

We found this place on a Google search when looking for a place to have our 5 year olds birthday party. My daughter tends to get scared on bigger play equipment and she wasn't scared of anything here. All of the kids had a blast on all of the equipment and I was very impressed with the decorations they provided in the room. We will be future visitors for open play for sure. read more

PSA for Anyone Booking Events Here We hosted my niece's first birthday party at this venue, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. The party host was rude, unprofessional, and tried to end our event early, even though we had reserved and paid for the full time. To make things worse, they refused to return our deposit, claiming some of our guests were on the carpet with shoes and food -- something that did not happen, it was also open play during the tine of our event which means it was also open to the public . We cleaned up after ourselves and respected the space, yet we were treated unfairly and spoken to disrespectfully. After looking into other reviews, I realized we're not the only ones. There are multiple complaints from other customers describing the same issues -- rude staff, unprofessional behavior, and unfair withholding of deposits. Please take this as a warning before booking your special event here. It's sad when places that are supposed to help families celebrate milestones end up taking advantage of people instead. I came here to attend a birthday party and my two toddlers had a blast!! This is great indoor playhouse for younger kids. There's essentially two different play rooms. One is like a "jungle gym" but still has a small playarea for little kids, lots of wooden toys and some lovevery toys as well. I was actually impressed with the higher quality toys like Lovevery brand items. There's a room with playhouses and slides, reminds me of what some smaller home daycares would have. There are padded cushions that allow kids to climb in this area. There's a toy kitchen, playhouses and tool bench area. This is really great area for my younger kids who love to make pretend and play. There is no food in the play, must bring or purchase grippy socks. If you rent out this space, there's a small room to the side for a party where the host can set up cake, food and drinks. They even have kid friendly table and chairs in this area for the kiddos. There's also table seating for adults to sit, rest and snack. The bathrooms area is relatively clean. There are lockers near the bathroom area for families to put their stuff. We didn't have any trouble with the parking lot. Easy to find parking. However, we did come when it was raining so even though we parked closeby, it seemed longer in the rain! read more

I'm always on the lookout for new play places for our toddler and I was excited to check this one out! We got a Groupon for half the regular price but I think their normal pricing is already comparable to other similar places in the area. This one has a lot to do for both older and younger kids, and it's really spacious. There is a sitting area for parents too if your kids are older, and a few benches spread out inside the play areas too. To make your sign-in process go faster, sign a waiver online and make sure you bring non slip socks so you don't have to pay for them! We came at opening on a weekday and it was so nice and quiet (I think they forgot to turn on the music) but as time passed, more and more kids showed up and it became more chaotic as expected in this type of place. The lady who checked us in was super nice also. I saw they had some coffee and snacks, I assume for sale. Their Instagram shows a lot of birthday parties also, for any theme you like! My favorite part is it seemed super clean and everything was so new. Some other places are more rundown or older but everything was so neat and clean here, probably because we came when they opened too. We easily stayed for 2 hours and time flew by. This place is great for children of all ages. We had a birthday party for my son and he was so happy with everything. We were nervous holding a birthday without visiting the place, but we were very impressed with the results. They did a great job decorating the bubble guppies theme and the different play areas made it so you child can be entertained for at least a couple of hours. My family and I were one of the first customers to start coming to Ely's when it first opened a few years back and it was such a great idea, SOOO clean and well kept. We had my daughters birthday here back in march and that was okay, the kids had fun but our decor was lack luster and tbh it was $700+ and NOT worth it whatsoever. At the time I thought the upkeep was decent, they had a good amount of staff. I decided to stop in today with my daughter to get some playtime in and I was so disturbed by how genuinely filthy this place has become. Toys that look easy to wipe down were very clearly dirty, most of the little play kitchens/houses didn't have working batteries and many were without their original pieces. We didn't even play an hour before I just grabbed my daughter and left. There's groups of people who come and sit at the tables talking and just let their kids run wild without actually watching them, the blonde front desk girl had her son there who was terrorizing others and throwing stuff around. This place was filthy. Toys, floor, walls were all dirty. The inside of the play structure was lit up with floor lamps so it was dim and stuffy. It just didn't seem like they cleaned or disinfected anything in there... ever. When we left my son's knees were black from crawling in the play structure and we all had a weird grimy film on our hands from how dirty it was. It's next door to a bar and a tattoo shop. I brought my son here for the first time, the staff (front desk blonde hair with the long nails) was extremely rude to my mother in law, snapping at her to get out of the way while actually rolling her eyes I order to becon another mom who was paying for a party. It felt very strange and off putting. Then we entered and it made more sense. The place was filthy, I had a white shirt on that wasn't white by the time I left. The spaces they dont think you will look are covered in hair and dirt. There are safety issues everywhere, like an elevated gymnastics bar over exposed metal legs with bolts sticking out, which is along the path of a ramp where kids are launching themselves across the floor on ride on cars. The signs where the ridiculous part though, lots of signs everywhere saying that you can do this or you can't do that, dont criss here, no balls there, no person of age here or there. The welcom-ish sign above the back play room was particularly fitting as it intonation that you may be welcome depending on if they like upu enough or how long you are staying. Overall, this is a very unpleasant experience. We felt pretty grossed out most of the time that we were there. I don't usually leave reviews, however, this place and its staff caught my attention. I would not patronize this business as there are much better alternatives in sacramento. They really don't seem to care about their customers, it definitely feels like they're tolerating you not welcoming you. read more
