Yikes. Came here with a gift card from my sons birthday. Started off ok, but as we were checking in, a man came in and started spackling and painting the walls! I paid for 45 mins of unlimited play and was not told you could only pause your gameplay once. So while I was trying to pause the games for the second time without luck, I wasted several mins. Management didn't care one bit. Finally make our way to the ticket counter only to be completely ignored the entire time. The worst part was, when we were trying to leave, there was no one at the rope to let us out. I stood there awhile and finally decided to let ourselves out. I was very disappointed in the customer service that I received at this location. I attend Chuck E. Cheese because there was a fundraiser for my son school so I was there to supported the school effort to raise money for future activities. There were too many issues: first, they were understaffed, there was only one person doing the check-in and running the register which there were 5 people ahead of me in line. I order pizza deal with a salad plate and drinks. The lady at the register was more considerate of me getting my salad plate wrist band than making sure there was salad and etc at the salad bar. There was No salad, frozen eggs, No ranch, No sunflower seed, no croutons I had to ask two people to at least stock the salad bar up. One of the people I ask rolled her eyes at me and said she was not clocked in yet but within 5 mins she put on her walkie and didn't tell anyone I need help. My son and I stood at three games that just took our play points and waited for 25 minutes to have someone come over and tell us we can not have our jackpots... Most of the coupons will include 4 drinks for example. The pizza is slightly better than the old cardboard style they used to serve but not by much. Everything is really expensive now though. The upside is that there is no trouble makers hanging around. They can't afford it. It would be nice if they installed ice makers on the soda machines. The machines are always out of ice. read more

Really disappointed in our recent visit with our son. This place is absolutely filthy. We were in the building a total of three hours and not once did any employee come around with a broom or attempt to clean up any of the garbage or food that was strewn across the floor. All of the tables were covered in half-eaten food and trash, and no one would come to clean them until a new customer was waiting for a table. The salad bar was gross and not once was wiped down or cleaned properly. Same for the beverage bar. More than half of the games were broken and had little "sorry!" signs on them. Well that's no joke. I visit this place frequently because my kids love it so much. 5 stars for the entertainment because my kids love it so much and 3 stars for the food. First off, I'm rating based on the fun that my children have. The food is not bad, thus the 3 star rating. The pizza is okay, unlimited refills are nice and the salad bar is very good. The staff has always been friendly and the restaurant is always clean. My daughter's school has had 2 fundraisers here in the last few months. I like that the restaurant offers the fundraising options to the local schools and organizations. Like most parents that come through the door, we continue coming back because our children enjoy the games, entertainment and prizes. Just as long as the customer service remains warm and inviting, we will keep coming back. read more

The manager last night was horrendous to one of her customers. I overheard a woman asking for a fresh salad to be placed in the salad bar; however, the employee refused and did nothing. The salad actually did look old. I see another person complain about the same salad and it got replaced immediately! I then see the first woman get escorted out of the restaurant by the police. She hadn't even made a scene. I was in shock. I was extremely busy with my son and his friends so it was too late for me to try to intervene. I felt horrible for the woman. Recently I visited Chuck E. Cheese with my son and We had an amazing experience. When we first got the this young man stamped our hands and asked us how we were doing. Normally I don't really come to this place I usually go to johns incredible pizza. The young man had a smile on his face and was berry observant. We planned a party for our 3-4 year old soccer team because we loved the idea of unlimited games for the littles. We reserved our party online and chose the option for 11.99 for 2 hours of play. We get there 20 minutes early so everything could be ready when the team arrived and no one so much as glanced at us. Finally as the party started coming in we got someone's attention and are able to get the kids play cards while everything else was sorted out. Well an hour later i have multiple kids saying their cards weren't working! So i go to try and get it straightened out and the manager on shift was so unhelpful, rude, unapologetic and had zero problem solving skills!!! I finally had to walk away and let my husband handle it. It was the worst experience i ever had there and was clearly an issue of under staffing being that the place was packed with multiple team parties and not nearly enough staff to help. Always seems like a pain in the ass to get someone who applied for the job knowing there is a chance they would have to hop in the damn suit to put smiles on children's faces to actually get their ass in a suit and come out to say hi to the kids. This place was horrible, Very unorganized. We arrived around 5:00PM 7/21/19. When we entered, there was a lady who was having issues with her play card. All the employees were helping which is fine. But after they opened the other cashiers, 2 clients just cut us and the cashiers attended them instead of us, and she even noticed what she did. We were waiting in line for around 10 minutes. Now we have to drive an hour, 35 miles, down the hill to San Bernardino because it was my brothers birthday and he wanted to celebrate it at Chuck E. While my husband waited in line I took our daughter to the bathroom and it was beyond disgustingly dirty! There was toilet paper, trash and vomit all over. The bathroom looked like it hadn't be cleaned since they opened the day before. There was food and trash all over the floor where the tables where. We have been to Chuck E Cheese at least 6 times this year. Maybe they have improved the pizza here, or most of the pizza places in Hesperia suck so bad now that it makes Chuck E Cheese's pizza taste good, but we really don't mind it at all. Sometimes it could use a little more sauce (even though we ask for extra) and could use more toppings (even though we ask for extra), but in no way does it taste like cardboard! We have also had the chicken nuggets w/ cantaloupe, chicken wrap and fries and they have all been pretty good. The fountain drinks are mostly good... The tea is so so and we went in there once and they were out of Gatorade, fruit punch and one other drink, which was a bummer. As far as food pricing, the best deal is the value meals because they come with drinks and tokens. If you are able to find the coupon online for 250 free tickets on Mondays and Tuesdays, it's totally worth printing, but you have to buy a value meal to get them. Also, the Skate Universe game is awesome for free tickets! We have only been able to get up to 700 free tickets out of 1,000, but that's still a lot of FREE tickets. Just make sure to print your coupons multiple times because you can reuse your coupon until it expires, so you don't need to keep playing the game before every visit. You have to buy food to use that coupon. We also always do their surveys on the receipts for another 20 tickets. My biggest complaints about this location are that we have been in there several times and they hadn't refilled their hand sanitizer, a lot of times there are quite a few games that are broken, and most of the higher ticket prizes seem like they are for boys or they are the same prizes each time we go in. Occasionally they have some dolls and one time there was a My Little Pony, but most of the prizes for 2,000 or more tickets seem to be for the boys. Wish they would mix it up a little bit. They have games for ALL ages. My husband and I even have quite a few games we love to play, including Ski Ball, the Basketball games, a couple of the racing games, and several others. We usually take turns playing with our daughter while the other person goes and plays games to get tickets for her :) I think we have just as much fun as she does most of the time. We DO try to avoid Saturday and Sundays because it gets so busy and sometimes you have to wait to play some of the games. If we do go on those days, we get there close to when they open. Overall, this is a fun place to go and my 2 year old daughter loves it! The restaurant is clean, the food comes out quickly, the staff is pretty friendly... My family and I visited this location on 2-25 -17 for my daughters birthday I first want to say that they are completely understaffed . There was only one staff member I believe named Armando working the floor at about noon when we were there .Bless this kids heart ...he was working the floor , fixing the machines , delivering food and working the entrance and exit. Shame on you guys for allowing this poor kid to walk around like a chicken with his head chopped off around the whole location . I encountered him twice because two of the machines my daughter was playing on malfunctioned he fixed the first one then I told the manager about the other one as I heard her calling him over . I waited for a bit and was able to observe him doing all the other function .i decided to no longer wait for the ride with my daughter .-Not only is this unacceptable, but he better get a raise and have more help on that floor because he can't do all those thing by himself during lunch hour . When we were exiting we literally waited 5 minutes for him to get back to let us out he never came because he was everywhere else . Thank god I know I had my kids and let ourselves out after waiting so little long ,but anyone can steal a kid when there is not enough staff on the floor and expecting this kid to do it all by himself . It's a liability and completely the companies fault for allowing the poor kid to work the floor all on his own . He was doing his best . My daughter wanted to go to Chuck E. Cheese for her 10th birthday. I figured I would let her invite one friend and they can eat pizza and play games. I looked at the Chuck E. Cheese website and saw that they had parties available for a party as small as four children. Since we had four kids (including her siblings) I wanted to book a party, but I saw that I needed 24 hour advance noticed. This was the morning of my daughter's birthday. I called Chuck E. Cheese and Natalie answered the phone. I asked if their was anyway they had space available to have a small party for my daughter that evening. Natalie said that they normally would have to have 24 hour notice because parties include a party host and they don't have extra employees scheduled that day. Natalie asked me to call her back in 5 to 10 minutes and she would text some employees to see if anyone wanted to come in to host a party that evening. When I called back, Natalie had everything set up. I booked a mega party for 4 children. It was 24.99 per child plus the adult's food and any extras I added on. The children had a blast! Liz was our hostess and she did a great job. Liz even included coupons to make sure we had all discounts available to us. The kids said it was the best party ever. The only thing I would change was that the place seemed under staffed. I would of had more staff especially since this is a winter break week. read more
