It was so good that we went and ordered another pizza, this time with stuffed crust, after running around with the kids and working up another appetite. Also, if you need a fountain drink suggestion: Mix the raspberry iced tea with the lemonade - you're welcome! Food was good my daughter loves the pizza. The service was nice and friendly. The ambiance was good there was new stuff.

We went for a birthday party (3rd time) at this location and once again, the kids had a ball. It is clean, the food actually tastes good, and my son is not afraid of Chuckee anymore LOL The place was empty and perfect. The party hostess was great with the kids. I cannot remember her name! I wanted to share my traumatic experience from 7 years ago when i had my 6th grade birthday everything was going good i had pizza, i played alot of games with my friends, the laughter of other children, everything is decent and happy. Until i went into the bathroom i was using the bathroom and i heard the door open, i thought nothing of it, i thought it was another person doing the same business but no. It has been years since I have been at a Chuckie Cheese. What I did not realize was how it had evolved into a child friendly chain known now for its arcade games, pizza parties, play zones & mouse mascot. The children seem to have a blast playing with the arcades. The staff was friendly and very attentive and I did play some of the games with the children. Not cheap, but you can find coupons. That said, a great way to kill an hour or so with my four year-old grandson who absolutely loves it there! I attended a 1 year old birthday party here this weekend and was not impressed, specifically with the food. Aside from the games, I remember Chuck E. Cheese for their bomb pizza. I must say that I don't know if it's just this location, but they fell off. I ordered a personal supreme pizza and I couldn't even finish it, it was just not good. The two stars are for the fact that they're pretty consistent with their parties and the games that are offered for the kids to play. I went to this Chuck E. Cheese's for the first time since the one in Commack closed down. Of course, our kids enjoyed themselves which I guess is the most important part. But overall our experience was fair. Here's the breakdown: Pros (assuming you consider this a pro): - Most of the machines were actually working. At other Chuck E. Cheese's, it seems like half the machines are out of order. - Unlike other arcades, your money seems to go a lot farther. - The place seems pretty clean, not dingy. Cons: - When Chuck E. Cheese comes out to parade around the place and gives out tickets in the end, it seems like a feeding frenzy with the tickets. It's like throwing money into the street and watching people go after it (I thought that was a better analogy than throwing chum in shark-infested waters). Needless to say, bigger kids tend to come out on top. - The play area where the kids get to climb into the play structure, has zero supervision. I'm surprised there aren't more incidents there. - Most of the machines spit out tickets so kids can redeem them for prizes at the end. But for the life of me, I have no idea why they need to have a machine that I need to feed the tickets into one (row) at a time. So if you have a lot of individual tickets, you'll definitely be at that ticket eating machine for a while. Other places just weigh the tickets. That seems a lot more efficient. No comments on the food since we didn't eat there. We just came to play. And a quick tip to round it off: make sure you look for coupons on their website before you go. Fun for kids; unlimited pass is worth it! Everything was very clean and staff friendly

I went here for a Birthday party and I was having a great time until I heard the way the managers I think his name was Anthony (one of the workers said) was talking to his staff he embarrassed and was so demeaning to one of the girls that worked there. The minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile and a happy employee. We first ordered food and bought our play pass with a great coupon from their website. The woman behind the counter who helped us was super nice. We inquired about birthday parties and she handed us a pamphlet and hand wrote the prices for each package for us. Every employee was saw was happy and helpful, which is surprising since you'd think they be miserable in such an environment. Our food was delivered hot and the pizza was really great. I love how the kids can run around and you don't have to worry about them leaving with anyone but yourself. This is a nice place but very upset about the food here. Got my son personal pizza and paid $9.22 but got smaller then 8" plate, one big slice burnt and no cheese on it. Went here with my son 2 weeks ago. Several of the games were not functioning. My biggest complaint was that the bathrooms were not very clean. When you have a 3 year old that has to sit on the potty.... that's important. Trash was full and they were out of paper towels. An attendant walked in and saw that we had wet hands. "I'll be right back" he said. After 5+ minutes, I let my son wipe his hands on my jeans and when we walked out, there was the attendant laughing and talking with another employee. I took my family this morning for Sensory Sunday. They open early and it is quieter for kids that can't handle the sensory overload that you might get on a typical day. My son has autism and he has been asking to go to Chuck E. Cheese and this seemed like a good time to go. I can't begin to tell you how AMAZING of an experience this was for my boys. Everyone was beyond nice from the moment we walked through the door. The noise level was calm and my boys had a great time. I will definitely be there again! Thank you Chuck E. Cheese! Only reason they are getting 4 stars was because overall the kids obviously had a lot of fun. But man, I had my sons birthday party here and did the highest packaged offered. No one tells you anythingg about anything. when the food coming out, when there going to announce anything, nothing ! its all just winged basically. They Told me to be there 15 mins before the party starts but the party tables weren't even ready till 20 mins after the party time and the party before us, took their sweet time removing themselves from the booths for my guests to sit and the staff did not help with that at all. My son did not received a happy birthday pin as promised. They called me the day before to go over details but when I got there they had no knowledge of any details and had to re-go over it with me -_- nothing had his name on it so I had to wait for all my guests to arrive to direct them where to sit AND there was another party right nxt to ours just completely mixing up the dances and events with chucky confusing all of my guests. & there was also no chucky band as promised either. I don't know how it is at night. I don't know if its real busy never went at night .I usually take my nieces age 8 and 12 during the afternoon in the summer from 2 to around 5 .and if they are off from school early. They really try to keep the place clean.Their pizza is really tasty and I order around 2;30 so it will keep them so they won't be starving or too full when i take them out for dinner after we leave.I use coupons,it still costs money because they play for hours.But their coupons are always online and its a good deal.They love it.The arcade games work and i can sit and relax and can see them as i am elderly and can't get around easily.This keeps them occupied and happy read more

so chucke e cheese is a great place but i am refusing to go until they manage to be able to keep all the machines working because when i went there was atleast 7 machines broken.Also when we went in august and before that too the tootsie rolls were ten tickets so you could buy 10 for 100 then they went to 25 then i went yesterday they were 60 so if this was august i shouldve been able to buy 50 cause i got 500 on the dot.i think that is ridiculus to make a little peice of cand 60 tickets. read more
