So you purchase credits to play all the games! It's a money maker for this place. Also you have a small store where you can exchange tickets for prizes. I think you know how that works, spending a big price on tickets for a small prize in the end. : s My son enjoyed the Jurassic world adventure shooting arcade game and likes the jumping area. I was able to go in for about 20 minutes until I was told by a young staff member there that his boss told him that Adults aren't allowed in that play area. Your miles may vary. Again paid by putting credits on your card using a machine that takes cash debit and credit cards to exchange for points on the plastic card give by the Person at the front after your check in and sign a waiver for your child to protect their asses from any injuries your child may receive while playing there. Lastly, the front arcade is not bad at all but maybe 50% of the machines were broken. They are also all at least $1.50 per play and just not worth that much. All of the claw games are really hard to win and most are $2 per play. It's hard to spend less than $30 in the arcade. I spent a total of $60 here for maybe 1.5 hours which is ok but I am not sure if I could come back here all that often, especially considering that it needs some tlc.

However, I think the staff need better training and more consistent supervision. The ball pit is about 3 feet deep, which can be difficult for younger toddlers to climb out of. I witnessed a mother ask a staff member for help because her toddler was stuck. Instead of assisting, the staff member simply stepped into the ball pit and asked the toddler if they could climb out. The child was clearly unable to, which was the reason the mother had asked for help in the first place. In the end, the mother had to climb into the ball pit herself to get her child. Then at the race car track, staff allowed toddlers who were below the recommended height to ride. I personally didn't think this was a major safety concern since the cars have seat belts. However, after one toddler had started riding, the staff asked the child's mother to remove them because they couldn't drive properly. I understand that other children were waiting (including mine), but if staff decide to allow younger children to participate, they should let them enjoy the full experience unless the parent chooses to end it early. The most disappointing experience happened at the Sky Rider attraction. Children under the height requirement were being allowed to ride, but when it was my son's turn, he was stopped and told he was too small. The child in front of him was visibly shorter and had already been allowed to ride several times. Naturally, my son was very upset. I spoke with the staff member to understand why the rules were applied differently. His response was that after he made the comments, he let my son ride once, but "he got sour and ran away." That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. My son is on the spectrum, and assumptions like that can be especially hurtful. More importantly, all children should be treated fairly. Overall, the playground itself is excellent and offers plenty for kids to enjoy. My biggest concern is the lack of professionalism in some staff interactions.

It shows they take feedback, good or bad, in order to make the experience better, which we highly appreciated. Our party coordinators, Dylan, Daniel, and Imani were amazing! We were in complete awe with how they handled the kids -- and we had a lot (32 kids to be exact)! They were patient, kind, and were always ready and willing to answer any questions we had. They truly made our experience one to remember. I know working with huge groups of children can be tough at times, but their professionalism throughout the whole event was amazing. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone and am looking forward to returning with my kids for open play.

The laser…read moretag arena was truly top notch with amazing realistic laser guns that could shoot long range. The arena layout was very creative and fun. It lasted about an hour and they make you play a few different games that keep everything interesting. The owner and his nephew were extremely nice and helpful. After laser tag, we had a chance to enjoy the 7D motion theater (can fit up to 8 people at a time) which was also a blast. Outside of laser tag and the theater, they have multiple VR game sets there with different games for you to play. I am already itching to return to this establishment again.
