I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

We were told we could not bring our personal belongings in and would have to leave it with stroller in the front of your store. When I returned to my car realized my iPad was gone. Not sure if this was an inside job or if this is a common occurrence at your place of business but I will most definitely not be returning and will advise friends and relatives of the potential theft going on at your place of business. Your employees are more concerned and watchful over whether you put outside food in your mouth over making sure you don't go over your paid time or customers coming in smelling like they smoked weed in the parking lot.

Our host , I think her name is Kristy, help us to set up and was always checking in to see if we needed anything. This place provided a red cart to transport our party supplies, which was very thoughtful. We also loved that the party area already felt festive and fun, so we didn't need to bring many decorations or balloons. The entire facility was very clean and well organized. There were also a few pleasant surprises that made the day extra special. The mascot came by to take photos with our birthday girl and our family, and we received a beautiful acrylic photo keepsake with both pictures. My girl also loved the little goodie bag that mascot gave to her. The kids had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. I also like that there is a mini fridge in our party room so we could keep our popsicles frozen until the end of the party. Another thing I would like to mention, is this place didn't feel overly crowded or too noisy, even though it was a Saturday afternoon (maybe we were lucky that day) If I had a couple of things to add on, I would love to have a little more setup time for us before the party starts, since we're only allowed to arrive 15 minutes early.
