Kids have a blast, games and food are good. The only problem is getting them out when its time to leave.

Very clean and friendly environment. Salad bar was fresh and the cashier gave me the best options to feed my family.

As a former General Manager, Operating Partner, President, and CEO with over 50 years in the food…read moreservice industry, I can honestly say I've never encountered such a catastrophic systemic failure of leadership, health, and safety protocols as I did at this CiCi's Pizza location in Wichita Falls. This wasn't just a "bad shift" -- it was a blatant disregard for basic standards that put customers at risk and turned what should have been a simple pickup into a nightmare. If you're considering eating here, turn around now. This place is a health hazard waiting to explode. On Sunday, January 11th, around 4:19 pm, I was to pickup an online order totaling $49.46. I arrived a bit late but still within reason, only to find utter chaos. I walked in and was greeted by an employee who was going back into the food prep area. I stood there for about 8 to10 minutes until I walked around to were all the pizzas were. still, no one acknowledged me. I yelled out, "Hello!" to get their attention and then proceeded to inquire about my order. The young lady seemed dismayed once I clarified my order. She informed me they had only made one pizza. apparently, the tape that the order was written on had run out. She informed me the rest of my order was going to be made now. I let her know that I did not want the old pizza that was just placed on the ledge. I asked her if she would be so kind as to make my whole order fresh please. I proceeded to go sit down. As I was seated I observed how dirty the restaurant was. It was quite dirty, with tables left uncleaned throughout the establishment. All the employees appeared to be just having a casual conversation instead of cleaning. By this time it was about 5:20 pm. I walked up to the counter and i was just watching how disorganized this shift was being run. There was no sense of urgency. It appeared as if these employees came to work to hang out. I finally asked for my money back. I did not want my order. I didn't see my order yet. I did not see any of the salads being made yet. Apparently, the shift manager. Lu-Lu, was in an dismissive mood. I have never experienced a manager wave her hand in the air and tell a customer, "you can leave now, bye! Have a nice day!" This disrespectful behavior was shocking and unprofessional. She was just dismissing me as if I were some child! Managers should diffuse situations rather than escalate them. This experience has left a negative impression, and I hope it serves as constructive feedback for improving service and customer relations.

Incredible food, incredible staff, and kind of feels like a hidden gem in this town. Me and my friends will definitely be regulars here.

I'd say good size for around 10yrs old and under. Ample seating, clean restrooms, a small store with toys & necessities that may have been forgotten, & a small food station with sandwiches, hot dogs, dipping dots, etc. Lots of slides, fountains, waterfalls, & skirting animal heads. Believe I heard 12yrs old is oldest that can be on the slides. They have a couple of covered cabanas ($50 for 2 hours) as well as larger covered patio that can be rented. My 4yr old nephew had an absolute blast and must have gone down the slides over a hundred times. He could have kept going for hours more if we let him. We packed a lunch which saved money. Kids split a small dipping dots for $5.75. I Highly recommend you go if you have little kids and want to cool off during the hot summer days while at the zoo.

This little splash pad is great fun if it's not too crowded and you can get a couple chairs. There's plenty of shade around the chairs and tables, and there's a few rentable cabanas as well -- $40 for 2 hours and $15 for each additional hour. Totally worth it to guarantee a shady spot to rest and eat! They say the cabanas hold 10 people but I think that'd be pretty crowded. They look more suited for 6 guests when you consider most people have bags, towels, strollers, and small ice chests to store as well. The splash pad itself is small, this isn't a huge water park. Seems best for little kids, like 10 and under. Most kids we saw were probably under 7. Lots of little toddlers! The bigger kids spend most of their time up in the main playground and on the bigger slides, leaving the outskirts of the pad to the little ones. There's a few toddler stations and itty bitty slides, perfect for babies with some supervision. Just be on alert, there's always a big kid or 3 that'll come barreling through at any moment. There are no pools here, no lazy river. It's all splash pad! 14,000 square feet; a "water play area equipped with four slides, a water dump tower, a fill wall for your water toys, animal-shaped water cannons, and a designated toddler play area." There's also concessions; sandwiches, chips, drinks. And a little stand that has anything you might have left at home: swimsuits, towels, goggles, sunscreen, swim diapers... We had the best time here. We were lucky enough to visit when it wasn't packed. Even though it's brutally hot out, we stayed cool in the shade after being splashed. We're zoo members so we'll definitely be back.

In any case, there were probably about 15 dinosaurs in total. Visitors follow a path at their own pace to view each dinosaur. Touching them is prohibited, but you can get pretty much as close as you want to observe and photograph. There is also a small dig area and a staff member walking around with a baby dino the kids can pet. Our first loop through prehistoric park took about 15 minutes. We splashed and swam a bit in the lake and then returned for another quick loop through the dinosaur trail before heading home. Overall, it's a pleasant activity and definitely a kid-pleaser. My children ages 1-9 all enjoyed it. The problem is the cost. $29 is just WAYYYY too high for what this is. Part of me thinks the city of Grapevine should just continue to charge the regular entrance fee into Meadowmere Park and use the dinosaur exhibit as a way to increase traffic into the park during the off-season. We for sure will not be returning to the park until the exhibit is over and the entrance fee returns to a more reasonable rate. If your kid loves dinosaurs and you've never been here, by all means, go, but I'd probably chalk this up to a once in a lifetime activity.

There's an area with carnival type dinosaur games (ring toss, feed the Dino, etc.). Aside from the Dino attractions, the park itself is beautiful. Definitely worth the price of entry!

Little bricks EVERYWHERE and in all sorts of bins on both levels. Also has so many totes full of bricks on shelves. They also have a LOT of the small Lego figurines. 4 stars for the staff, friendly, but shortly maned. We stood at the counter to purchase a few items for quit some time. 2 stars for pricing on the box items. Some of the items in this store had almost a 40-50% mark up. One item that we recently purchased at a box chain store was $20 more at this store than it was where we purchased it. EEK! They do have a lot of premade items in glass shelves, a lot of Star Wars items, all are a gem to look at, as it gives a better perspective of the actual size of the boxed items. Another point that should be recognized, this is a family owned store that sales Legos products, they are not an actual Legos store. Something to keep in mind when you purchase items at the given mark up. Being a specialty shop, they only pay the bills from the sale of Legos, and nothing else. It's worth supporting these guys to keep them in business. One thing they do have, is a build your own model, which is a great option for children parties and such. I don't recall the price, I did see some set pricing, but listening to another speak to the employees, it almost sound like weight or volume based on pricing. It's not like they can count each lego used to build the child specific toy. It's fun little store. Dusty, be ready for that.
