Gone is the animatronic band, with half of the band not working. Also gone is the ball pit and slides. What's not gone is the very meh and over priced pizza. It doesn't suck but it's not great. They do have a salad bar and other items on the menu to order. What's good about the new Chuck E. Cheese are the games. Lots of games for toddlers and kids. Some for adults too. Most, if not all of the games, are one token. They give you a card to use for the games. You purchase either a time limit or tokens. The tokens do not expire and you can use the same card on another visit. So no quarters needed. Tickets for prizes are recorded on the card. I had a 3 and 5 year old in my party and they had a blast. This was my first time going to a Chuck-e-Cheese outside of a birthday party. I took my toddler who is 3.5 years old for an afternoon (couple of hours) of fun. It looked so different inside, in a good way! It seemed much cleaner and more modern. There were nice staff members working, and it was a weekday afternoon so not a ton of people. It was rather warm inside and I got uncomfortable quick. Especially chasing a toddler, I found myself sweating within minutes. Since we hadn't been before, I was unsure what to purchase. The worker suggested I do points rather than minutes. I messed up by listening and we had used our points within the first 45 minutes of being there. Not because we had played so many games, there were so many that took our points and weren't working. The Ski-ball was missing the balls completely and scanned my card almost three times in trying to get it to work. I should have purchased unlimited play in a time frame instead. Lesson learned. I also paid the $10 for my child to jump in the trampoline area, only for her to freak out and get scared and never get in it. The workers heard this going on and I even mentioned it when cashing in tickets for prizes and there was no way to do a refund or anything for it which was aggravating. Not that we deserved it or were entitled to it, but it would have been nice to have something that we could have traded like points for a couple of games, or exchange for a drink or something, just so that $10 wasn't completely lost. It's not like I knew my kid would freak out after begging for an hour to do the trampoline thing. This place is looking better than I remembered, but I feel like it still has some improvements to make. read more

Hadn't been to Charles Fromage in several years. The game area seemed cram-jammed full. The animatronics are gone and the characters are now on a giant screen. Chuck E. did come out and make an appearance in the birthday area. Chuck E interacted with the kids for what I thought was a decent amount of time. I didn't eat any food at the party but I took home a pizza for dinner and it was tasty. read more

This is our first time to Chuck E Cheese in about twenty something years. The last time we went to one was when our two boys were young. This time we took our granddaughter. It's very different from what we remember but in a good way. It's very bright and open. They did not have the animatronics, though. I'm not sure if that's just this location or if they don't do that anymore. The emphasis now is on video games and electronic entertainment. Our granddaughter is not quite two. She had more fun running around and taking in all of the sights and sounds than anything else. The people working were very polite and friendly. I have nothing negative to say about anyone I saw or interacted with. The entire establishment was very clean and tidy. The emphasis is not on food like it used to be. We had just eaten, or we would have probably gotten a pizza. Next time we visit, we will, and I'll update this review. Is the games work based on either credits or time. You get a card that you just tap against each machine to play the machine. You can either pay x amount of money for a certain amount of time, and you play as much as you can. Or you pay for a number of credits, and each machine costs a certain number of credits. After paying for a few games we thought our granddaughter would like, she got bored within a few seconds and just wanted to walk around. They told us that the money we put on our car does not expire. It was a little crowded, but it was not overly crowded for a saturday. We will definitely be going back. read more

We just recently had my little sister's birthday here on August 7 and the service was awful and the people were very rude to us when we wanted to come in five minutes early for our reservation after being informed you're not even allowed to make "reservations" due to COVID-19. We literally asked for a pie cutter for our cake and they wouldn't even give us one. I thought they could be a bit more understanding considering we spent over 500 dollars in food and drinks. read more

We had my son's 6th birthday party here in late February. We did the middle-tier party option, so 2 hour unlimited play for the kids, pizza, drinks, ice cream, and the ticket blaster for my son. Everything went really well until the time for the pizza/mouse visit. My group of 6 year old's scarfed their pizza and did not want to wait for the Mouse. I paid for two hours of play time for them, and they did not want to wait for the Mouse. It was crowded in the party area, so I decided to let them go on and not spend half the party waiting. Our party liason was wonderful - really a sweet girl who wanted to help us. She mentioned that my son wouldn't get to do the ticket blaster. I said it was OK, he was more into the games anyway. She said she'd get her manager to do it for him at the end, which I really appreciated since she didn't have to. Toward the end, we gathered my son and his friends for the blaster (go in, air blows tickets, grab as many as you can). The manager has an attitude, which I did not feel was warranted since we were not even pushing for this. He then insisted we pay right then or he wouldn't do the blaster. Said he didn't want us to dine and dash. This was entirely out of line and I told him as much, and that I was offended by his insinuation that I was a thief. I paid because I was going to anyway. He does the blaster, then just takes the tickets my son (who is 6!) had collected and just dumped them back in - did not count them or add them to my son's total tickets on his wristband. He stole from a 6 year old after accusing me of attempting to steal from them without a single bit of evidence that I would attempt such a thing. I would not recommend this location. The manager I encountered should be removed from his position as he is unprofessional and not good with children. And a theif. read more

It's a chuck e cheese, so no big fancy thrills here walked in and got stamped on our hand. The girl working here didn't seem like she wanted to be bothered. She was in a bad mood because she gave us an attitude. I was in shock, it's a kid friendly place you have to be happy. That day we gave all our tickets we won to a family we didn't need any prizes so we wanted to bless another child with more tickets, we dye did enjoy watching this 3 year old shot hoops he was so cute it made my day. Tip: if ordering a beer you can have one every hour and only 2 during your stay they will ask for your i.d. and wtite down your name. read more

My daughter wanted to have her birthday party here so I came to Chuck E Cheese's for the first time since I was a kid. I was a little disappointed they took away the coin slots but more sad there's no ball pit (I guess for sanitary reasons/liability?). It was still a 5-star experience for our family until I got waters for our family and my daughter's friends and they told me I'd have to be charged full price for a drink. I'm not a fan of places where I can't get a free water. I don't drink sodas or tea and HATE that I had to pay $10 for cups of water. Overall, the place seemed clean and my kids liked the variety of games to play. I really like their system of stamping your hand so you can't leave with anyone you didn't come with. read more

Let's face it. Your not here for 5 star food. It's very clean at least the times we go it is. We tend to go when it's not very crowded on off days etc. it can be a mad house on weekends. And some parents need to watch their children better. But the pizza is not half bad. My daughter loves the games and rides and of corse the giant mouse. They have a uv stamp to make sure the right kid leaves with the right parent which gives a sense of comfort if they get out of your sight for a second. Place would get 5 stars if the had someone to ensure the wild kids get reeled in to their parents. I've seen a group of kids flat out knock a little girl into a ride right in front of their parents. So I have been many times as a child and decided to have a party for my son. I was relieved by not having to worry about cleaning up, dishes, having a large gathering and decorating in a rush. He was excited to finally see the "star" himself as he does on commercials! The price was not too bad for a party of 12 children and 10 adults. I do love they stamp each person (adult and child) immediately upon entry and will not let you leave unless stamps match, which are black light ink so you don't know who is which color.. Thank you! However, when I arrived, we were the first party of the day on purpose to help with crowds, but when we came to our reserved area below, they had misspelled my sons name, but also miscounted our guests, and also the adults were to all have access to the salad bar. This did get fixed, but I also had to pay more than told due to salads. The pizza was ehhh, but again, we were there to have fun. And we did! He went I. The ticket blaster, the kids could all mingle and play without trying to overrun the place and also the adults didn't have to clean! I loved the priceless look when Chuck-e himself came to each table to greet the birthday stars! My son was in pure shock!!!! Score! I did find it amusing that 900 tickets ended up equating to sweet tarts, a slinky and a hula hoop lol but they also provided goodie bags! Overall, loved it just as a kid and will be back, just not a party. read more
