Service was pretty good, the fresh pizzas were all really good! The quality of the pizzas has definitely improved. The game room is a blast! We really enjoyed our visit! Some areas for improvement: Replace the nozzle on the drink fountain so it stops spraying everywhere. Have someone on bus the tables or tell people "we don't bus tables anymore" from the start. After discovering an online ad/coupon for a $5 "late night" pizza from CiCi's, I figured I'd finally patronize this pizza business that I've seen and always passed by but never, ever tried. Upon my arrival to pick up my order, a friendly Latino male employee explained to me that my order was mistakenly taken out to the buffet table and that - if I didn't mind waiting a few more minutes - they would make me a fresh pie with double the toppings that I already asked for. Naturally, I agreed to that and was shortly driving back home with a steaming hot pizza! Now... the bad news! I soooooo badly wanted to leave a nice review for this restaurant (chain) due to the wonderful customer service that I received (performed well... but done because of a minor mistake made, on their part)........ but that pizza was so bland in taste it, literally, would be a crime to NOT warn the next person craving a delicious pizza pie. Now, the interior of the buffet-style restaurant was clean, kept cool with crisp air-conditioning and made perfect atmosphere for a family dinner... but the pizza itself, lacks seasoning!! I hadn't been to a Cici's pizza since high school but I saw an advertisement for their 4.99 buffet on Monday and Tuesday and decided to try it out. We arrived to a warm welcome from the staff and took our seats. The buffet was clean and the staff were extremely enthusiastic and it made my experience better seeing the staff working hard and enjoying working together. For the food I was looking forward to trying the Tots N Bacon Pizza and it was fantastic a great flavor with a nice crunch from the tots that I really enjoyed. The Mac n cheese pizza was good but not my first choice. The cheese bread was very garlicky and full of flavor. I remembered from high school that the fudge brownies were a personal favorite and they were just as I remembered. Coming into Cici's I was expecting some unique pizza options at a great price and they provided that. It wasn't a gourmet pizza meal but it was exactly what I was looking for and it seems for be a great option for a budget meal for families. What I wasn't expecting was the above and beyond service by the staff to make sure everyone was taken care of and had everything they wanted on the buffet and to quickly make requests to get everyone what they wanted! First time here for lunch. Pleasant surprise!! Have not had CiCi's since before Covid- in Mesa, Arizona. Dining area is very clean and bright. Staff friendly and engaging. Had an excellent salad from the salad bar before hitting the pizza. Very good assortment of pizzas- none were dried or stale. Tried the spinach, spaghetti and meatball and garlic & ham. All were delicious. Along with the pepperoni and bbq chicken options! $7.22 for the senior buffet, including drink. How can you go wrong??!! Will definitely be back. read more

We've eaten at Cicci's on Reynolda Road in Winston Salem many times over the years. The current manager has been there as long as we've eaten there. He is always polite and accommodating. If we want a slice of pizza that is not on the buffet, he always bakes one pronto. This location is clean and the food fresh and tasty. We love thin crust pizza, and that is the type that is baked at Cici's. The only reason I gave four stars for the rating is because of the amount of toppings on their pizza - not as much cheese and meat as Pizza Hut. Of course, Cici's prices are lower than Pizza Hut's. read more

Can't complain about the food for the price! I went for AYCE with a coupon, so I paid about $3.99! What a steal. I know they send out these coupons regularly. Overall, the actual pizza serving area is very small. The salad option and soup options are pretty sad, but the dessert area has tons of options (apple pie pizza, s'mores pizza, brownies, cinnamon rolls). The savory pizzas they usually have cheese, pepperoni, bbq chicken, and more. If you'd like, you can request a custom made pizza and they usually bring it right to you or put it out for you to grab. All the pizzas are very thin crust, honestly skip out on the sauce and toppings but have adequate cheese. There is an arcade area for children and plenty of seating. Not the best kept interior, but I saw many workers going in and out cleaning and wiping tables so it's mostly customers not cleaning after themselves. Customer service has always been pleasant too. Overall a good experience given my price point although I would not pay full-price for the quality of the food. read more

I thought the pizza was really good! We did the all you can eat buffet. I recommend you go when they are busy, otherwise the pizza can dry out in those heating lamps. I really enjoyed my salad too. Really yummy ranch dressing! I do wish they had some Caesar salad dressing & romaine lettuce. Just love a Caesar salad to go with my pizza, but overall I really liked everything. My review is for the service mostly. I am a teacher at Wiley Middle and we came to CICis with almost 100 hungry 8th graders during a field trip for lunch. First, CiCis opened just for us before their normal operating hours in order to accommodate our field trip schedule, which in and of itself was amazing. When we came in, the pizzas were hot and ready to go. I was very surprised at the variety they had beyond cheese and pepperoni- there was buffalo chicken, thick and thin crust pizza, even a spinach pizza that was very popular with even the kids. You would not believe how quickly that many teenagers moved through the serving line. The employees, again, who came in early, were so incredibly polite and gracious. They continuously cleared plates from the tables and would check with us adults to see if we needed anything. Why I can't say it was the best pizza I ever had- I was very happy with it and that didn't stop me from eating close to 8 pieces!!! They also had a very nice salad bar with a lot of options and I was very surprised by this- in a good way. The kids were very happy with the cinnamon rolls for dessert and there were other dessert options as well. We had just a wonderful experience and I just want to thank the manager and all the employees who were there not only early but who took such amazing care of us. read more

Pizza buffet for under $6, not including your drink. Party of 4 for under $20...nice. I have eaten here several times in the past. If this review was of those trips easily 4 stars. Today trip not so much. The pizza bar was well stocked so no complaints here. They are featuring stuff crust pizza, I tried a slice and wouldn't bother, but it was flying off the buffet. My favorite today was the all meats. They had your standard stuff, pepperoni, cheese, Alfredo with Spinach... Ok maybe not all are standard. Cici will custom make any pizza for you. I didn't custom order any today, but saw those that were. They ALL were the macaroni cheese pizza. You would thought they would have it on the buffet. The biggest two disappointments was the garlic cheese bread that Dracula himself could eat it as there was no garlic. Lactose intolerant have at it, the cheese was hard to find! The other was the salad bar. I personally like my salad near freezing cold. The salad was lukewarm, and the huge salad dressing bottles gushed the dressing out with no precision. The pizza here was good, and fresh. My advice would be not to go here during peak times, like anytime on the weekends or Friday night, because that's when the crowds make this place almost unbearable. during our last visit they had one huge kids party in the back room, a bunch of kids running around in the arcade, and about 5 large groups (if you've ever been to this location, you know how small it is and how even 3 large groups can fill it up). The employees were visibly feeling the stress of the over-full house and being very short with customers. How they ever kept fresh pizza out is a feat to be commended. The bar was kept stocked the whole time. The real problem is that this is the only location in Winston and one has to travel to High Point or Greensboro to get to another CiCi's. Winston could really support another location, perhaps on the south side of town around Peters Creek Parkway. If you're in Winston and need your CiCi's fix best go really early before the crowds or really late after the crowds die down, or go on a weeknight. Arrived at 5:09 and requested a pizza, it's 5:38 and still no pizza. Bathrooms are not clean and staff moves around like there is no rush to do anything. Barely a good deall snymore. When you do get the pizza you ask for, you will get 4 slices only. I asked if I could get more than 4 slices and they said you have to come to the buffet to get it. So you can bring 4 slices but not 5? When you get to the buffet, the pizza you had special ordered is gone. If you special order s pizza it should be yours. This place is a joke. Not the best pizza in town but if you need to feed a bunch of hungry teenage boys on a tight budget this is a great place. Seriously, all you can eat pizza, salad bar soup and pasta for under $6. The staff here is very friendly and its always clean, two big pluses in my book which is the main reasons I keep coming back. The one big downside to this place is that the variety of pizzas in the buffet has been really lacking for a while now. Cici's has some great pizza flavors too! Their BBQ pizza is awesome and their taco pizza has a serious kick that keeps you coming back for more, however if you want to eat them, you have to request it which means waiting for them to make it then bring it to me. Not exactly a buffet experience. On the buffet you will find every combination of cheese, and sausage pizza they make though. Good but kind of boring in my book for a pizza buffet restaurant.
