First time in. The place is huge, including a bar, billiards, and an arcade. Pretty clean facility for a bowling alley. They sold me the "all day" pass, which was $60 for 4 people and shoe rentals, including 2 kids. Seems a bit pricey, but okay. Our first lane had technical issues but they moved us a lane over which seemed to work fine. I've seen bowling alleys that have electronic bumpers, but this place still had the manual ones. After we started our third game, we were suddenly cut off without explanation. When I went up to inquire, I was told that the "all day" pass ends at 3pm and they were so generous as to have given us an extra hour before cutting us off without warning. We arrived at 2pm, and I can't understand why I was sold something they knew was supposed to end in an hour. That aside, I saw no signage and was not informed. The girl behind the desk claims the GM who sold this to me "must have told me." I walked away because I could feel the anger rising. My wife came back and argued that I hadn't been told and that it made no sense to end an all day pass at 3pm. We were given a coupon to redeem 2 free games (expires end of year), so at least they did something to try and make it right. Just be aware about the all day pass because it ain't all day! The pizza we had was fine. Better than expected for a bowling alley. I'll probably come back to redeem that coupon and play some billiards. read more

Had a great time with the family But it is on the prices side we spent $90 on 3 players card for the arcade and about $105 on 5 bowlers Also got about 90 on some apps and drinks none alcohol the food was not it I'm not rating them on the food because then it would be a one star we had a great time doing what we came for it was a great atmosphere good music and good vibes read more

great bowling alley has plenty of lanes, fun arcades, and good food selection. definitely worth stopping by.

Lanes are not kept. The pre lane area is sticky and will not allow for proper bowling techniques. Several members of our group have fallen because of this. We were still able to have a decent time, however you would expect a bowling alley to excel at bowling. Natta. read more

Unfortunately, there are not as much people this time, and not as much personality as there was last season. I have to say I'm quite dissatisfied. The balls aren't clean. They're greasy and gross making it hard to have any grip. They turned the speed off because I had an average speed of 20mph. The food is mediocre at best. The bathrooms are disgusting. Do not go here if you want to have fun. read more

So..what's up with all lights being turned off and we are told lights are only put on for the leagues? What?? We have been forced to bowl in the dark each time I've patronized this Jonestown Road location. I will be sure to notify my fellow bowlers NOT to bowl here and I will NOT bowl here again. Staff is very rude. They will stare you down instead of coming to address the issue that they have. They lied about not having food but when I asked another staff the grille was yes indeed still open and running with food. me and my family came here for a nice time together we got there at 4:00 got settled at about 4:05 after that we went and ordered food and went through 3 games got finished at 6:35 and never received anything no refund or anything , THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST BOWLING PLACE EVER AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK. If I could give this place negative stars I would. My boyfriend and I took our girls here this past Saterday evening and we figured it to be a reasonably cheap thing to take the kids to do. Boy were we wrong. We spent a total of 2.5 hrs, got 2 lanes, one lane with me and two girls bowled 3 games, the other lane had 2 and bowled 5 games. We got a large pizza and 2 pitchers of drinks and girls got arcade cards. First of all the food was $50 and hardly fit for eating. Then the arcade kiosk charged me $120 for arcade cards (meant to purchase $40 worth of credits split between 3 cards-it gave me 3 cards with $40 of tokens. Then when checking out after bowling that was $221?!? So 2 hrs bowling, some crappy arcade games with no prizes available and a half cooked froze. Pizza and I was robbed of $421- Never again. No prices posted anywhere in location and can't find rates on website. This place is a rip off in the truest sense. I have sent an email to the email provided by the business as instructed but have yet to hear back. read more
