They don't skimp on the sauce. Good customer service. Neutrals: Wings are on the small side. Grilled Wings are already pre-cooked before they go on the grill. Honey & BBQ was spicer than the Hot & Honey flavors. Honey & Hot was really watery consistency. Their Blue Cheese tastes and feels like sour cream with bits of blue cheese crumbles tossed in. Corn Nuggets felt like they froze and battered clumps of corn, more used to corn nuggets having a more hushpuppy filling, or at least cheese with the corn. read more

The wings and fries taste like they were cooked in motor oil, but hey you get what you pay for.

Wings were excellent until around September of 2024. They are now always over cooked and dried out. Last visit they actually gave us our order without any drumsticks. Bad enough they sell you one wing and charge you for two. Never will be back.... read more

So my husband and I decided to order DoorDash last night because he had a taste for some "GOOD" fried chicken.. WELL... CHUCKS decides to send us wings that look like this!!! A fried chicken head??? Come on now!!! The wings look like they have cancer!!!! They're dirty, small and overcooked. I have never in my life seen anything like this. I took these pieces into the store and the "manager" hit me with nothing but EXCUSES..!!! "These wings can't be from yesterday" (I HAD TO YELL AT HIM TO SHOW PROOF OF MY DOORDASH ORDER from YESTERDAY) - "this is what happens when customers ask for fried hard wings" (I HAD TO CONTINUE TO TELL HIM I NEVER REQUESTED FRIED HARD WINGS)!!!! For him to be a manager he didn't seem very understanding.. you know why? Because HE DOESN'T EAT CHICKEN he stated!!!! He tried to offer me more of their nasty chicken as if I didn't get pieces like this sent to me!! I do not believe they care about their customers AT ALL!!!! My husband and I were looking for some hot wings and found Chuck's on line. Well let me tell you, the hot wings and garlic Parmesan wings were very delicious. Done to perfection. Best we've had in a long time. The see use was very fast and very nice. I'd recommend getting your next wings from Chuck's. Definitely worth the travel time. We'll be going back. read more

On Sunday, December 15, I was in the mood for chicken wings and came across Chuck's Big Time BBQ so I ordered the buffalo, bbq sauce wings, fries and a sweet potato pie. My food came around 8:30pm by Door Dash. I thought the wings were okay, but 2:30AM came and I had severe abdominal cramping, I had vomiting and diarrhea and blood in my stool. Some of the best wings I've ever had in my life. Nothing fancy here, it's just straight grilled wings cooked on a grill. Ever wanted some wings that made you feel like you were sitting outside in the middle of summer of someone's backyard having a bbq? That's how you'll feel with these. Quick service. Appears fairly clean. Limited seating indoors but because of covid of course it's not usable. Prices are very reasonable and they generally run specials throughout the week. The food has gone down since Covid. The wings were miniature. I've never seen wings that small. They must be from 2 month old baby chicks, although the taste was good (light lemon pepper). Ribs were tasty but fatty. I got the fried seafood platter. They gave me 2 large pieces of flounder, 2 jumbo shrimp and calamari. I don't like the fake breading they use, very processed. They were stingy with the fries and the cole slaw was decent. My fiancé said the collard greens were good, but I didn't taste them. The container was mostly water, same with black eyed peas. These two items are cheap so why be so stingy with the servings. Lastly, the Oreo cheesecake wasn't good and the cheesecake portion turned gray from the Oreos. Perfect size wings, not too big and not too small. A lot of flavors to choose from (buffalo, honey bbq, lemon pepper, honey, Cajun, jerk, teriyaki, garlic parm SAUCE, lemon pepper buffalo, honey hot, and a mix of whatever you want). Got rotten wings that made me sick. Still had feathers on some of them. There's a tall skinny guy that reminds me of the character from the Simpson's that is very rude and yells the employees in front of customers. There are roaches crawling around along with dead ones on the floor. Would not recommend. read more

This review is for their Ewing, NJ location. As you can see from the pictures, the workers were not following safety protocols in terms of properly wearing masks. I observed one remove his hat, rub his hands through his beard and hair then continue to handle food. One picture shows a worker in the back kitchen handling food with no mask on. This is disgusting and nasty. Patronize at your own risk. The local health department was notified. read more

This is my new go to spot. I've been a customer since I worked in Ewing and used to order their food at that location. The grilled wings are better than anyone else's wings in the area hands-down and there Monday through Thursday special is definitely worth it. The funny part is I finally looked at the back of the menu and now have a favorite dish the Cajun Chicken over Rice is really good. Make sure to order it with the white sauce!!! read more

I ordered over the phone bc I was on a time schedule and needed to grab and go they told me 30 min which was fine except it still wasn't ready when I arrived. While I waited I watched the cashier use her gloved hands put cheese on meat on the grill, flip some shrimp and then proceed to bag an order and cash out a customer. Not once stopping to change gloves or clean her hands. The least she could've done was change gloves which I would've requested if she'd been responsible for my order but nonetheless I'd seen enough. We ordered a fried shrimp basket, fried chicken wings, lrg coleslaw and tuna Mac. The tuna Mac was the coleslaw was questionable and the fried food was over cooked.... Not all dives are the same but this one is def a no go!!! read more

Their grilled wings are fabulous, BUT they got our order wrong 4 out of the last 6 times. As in, without telling us, they switched out our food to things we specifically stated we are allergic to. had a taste for bbq ribs! called them and asked do they grill their ribs? They said yes they boil them and then throw on the grill. They are also known for grilled wings. I order a pound of baby back beef ribs! to my suprise they weren't ribs they were sliced pieces of steak, they weren't grilled they were fried, no bbq, no smoke! Figured I would try a new place for wings. Unfortunately I picked up "Chuck's" : - ( And that is what I nearly did (up chuck) upon trying their tiny, paltry, bitter, stale tasting excuse for a poultry product. Instead of "Big Time BBQ" their monikor should be Chuck's "Chicken Little". Sadly the size wasn't even the biggest issue. That distinction went to the texture and flavor. Lemon Pepper - Pine Sol with Super Salt. Garlic Parm - High Sodium DRY Rub. Buffalo - Literally Floating in a Pool of Frank's Red Hot with a Smidge of butter... and of course... SALT!@! Due to the Pandemic (and greed) the price of poultry has skyrocketed, while quality has strangely (are all the birds sick too?) diminished. "Chuck" charges pre-pandemic prices, but given that u get even less than what you are paying for it would be prudent to save up and spend extra at a Real Deal chicken joint.... and yes Mc D, DQ, BK, KFC and Wendy (usually not the names one invokes when considering serious "fowl play") compared to "Chuck" that means YOU! read more
