And still had as great as a turnout as I did in my truck, no doubt! We are sold with Joy Carwash. I can't get over how my truck is still clean as it was two weeks ago. Now the fleet at my house looks sharp. I've already got the neighbors doing double takes. And most of all my wife is happy with her spiffy clean whip! You know what! For a monthly subscription fee I can dip in here, get my car washed by hand, and be back on the road in WELL under an hour (unlike some other places). The crew is thorough, gentle, and quick, just like you like it (don't come at me Whataburger, I'm just using words). They do offer a lot of extra options, but with the amount that I drive I just need a quick hand wash that keeps my car looking fresh so I can look like I have my life together when I show up at my next appointment.

The waiting area had comfy seats... mine was leather high end chair you'd find in someone's living area. The service was fantastic. From the guy writing up you bill, to the guy holding your car door to get out at vacuums, to the cashier, to the guy checking you out at the end of service. However, nothing has improved, and it seems like the issue was never shared with the staff. The interior cleaning was incomplete, there were water spots/missed wipes, and worst of all, the engine hood latch was left unlatched again. This is the second time this has happened--not the first. To document this, I took photos showing the date and time on my phone. To all Jeep owners: be very careful when washing your car here, as they may return your vehicle with the hood latches completely unhooked. This place shows absolutely zero effort to improve. Avoid at all costs.
