My friends and I came here from a recommendation from another friend who has been going here for the past 7 years. Maybe I'm too supercritical? First off, I sat in the spa chair through 3 massage cycles before anything was done on me. Each cycle was 20-30 min each so that's 1.5 hours. My two friends either had their mani or pedi done already, even though I sat down first. Second, a nail brush should not be used on the top of the feet and ankles. Days after, I felt pain because the skin on my ankles were damaged. Third, the same nail brush that was used to exfoliate the top of my feet and ankles were rinsed with clean water without soap, then used on my friend sitting next to me. Lastly, my nails had sharp, jagged, pointed corners that I had to file when I got home. It's not like a sharp edge, it was a sharp point. Loved the color and this was my first gel manicure so I'm excited to see how long it lasts but as you can see from the photos... it could've been better.
