I didn't really like the fries because of the seasoning, but I still had a few. The server initially gave my cousin water instead of the sweet tea that he ordered. They served us our water and sweet tea in mason jars, which looked very nice, but the water was not pleasing to my taste buds as it tasted like unfiltered tap water.

Not all wing places are the same, I have to give the person making these wings a compliment! They had the perfect amount of lemon/pepper, it was not overly salted like many other places. I actually enjoyed the nice and crispy wings, without the over powering of lemon pepper seasoning. And as I finished wings, the bottom of the container was not full of manteca/grease, again like many other places I have been to. They're clearly using jumbo wings, and you immediately notice the difference. Crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and they don't disappear under all the sauce. Speaking of sauce, I have no idea how many they have. 10? 15? 5,000? There are enough that every time I come in, I try something different--and I have yet to find one that disappoints. What really separates Sauced from a lot of wing places, though, is that they're actually doing the work. Everything is homemade and prepared from scratch in the kitchen, and you can taste it. The atmosphere is fantastic. Plenty of TVs, plenty of staff, and everyone seems to know exactly what they're supposed to be doing. The team is attentive, friendly and genuinely seems happy to be there. As someone who has spent a lot of years in restaurants, I notice that stuff. I've eaten a lot of wings.
