This location is in the ghetto so be careful, lol. I've been eating Church's since a little kid and always loved it. This location has crispy, crunchy, and fresh fried chicken. The flavor is mainly in the skin though. I couldn't taste much flavor in the actual chicken meat. Or... maybe I'm spoiled by other fried chicken locations now. Fried chicken is one of my favorite foods and this location didn't really meet my chicken cravings. I wish I've gone to Jollibee's instead, haha. The customer service is just mediocre. Haven't had church chicken in so long! Drove passed it today and had to stop by. The restaurant itself is very bare but pretty clean! Open with some tables for indoor eating. I ordered online for pick up and came inside to grab my order.. the server is very friendly and asked if I needed anything else besides my order and gave me extra condiments like bbq sauce and honey for my biscuits.. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Had to go through the drive thru because the lobby was locked at 6:57pm. The lady at drive-thru with the red ponytail. I'm only adding that so everyone knows exactly who I'm talking about. She was condescending and rude. She proceeded to ask me to wait in parking lot while they finished my order. I was parked right in front of store and had a clear line of sight into restaurant. She was laughing and said something to another coworker whose back was to me who then proceeds to turn around and laugh also.In the 15 minutes i was in the parking lot they turn away 5 customers who walked up. Only 1 went through the drive-thru. If I was the owner of this establishment I'd be furious. Needless to say I won't be coming back. The treatment was so egregious this needed to be said. P.S. What a disappointment ! when I got back to my home (20 minutes away), there was no biscuit , no ketchup, no napkins, and the chicken was very old. The fries were very stale. We were sweaty for Church's Texas Chicken while waiting inside my friend's vehicle. We were a collective of six, a pickup for five, and best friends forever. Half our members had never been to Church's before, so expectations were through the roof, hands were clammy, and eyes were dilated. Upon entering a little bit of Texas, we realized the lobby was prohibited. The drive-thru was law. With three cars ahead of us, the journey was bound to be short; except, it wasn't. Ten minutes in and the sh*t went down, but not the windows. Cars ahead never had their windows rolled down; rather, angry customers jutted their heads out the door to yell at the drive-thru speaker. Not one was polite, not one was white. That was culture. Total wait time was over an hour at the drive-thru. However, inside our car, friends became comrades, bonded from pissy fits and angry sh*ts. Conversations in the car strengthened our resolve with topics such as why Church's is an absolute god-tier restaurant to "would you be gay for a million dollars?". The answers weren't exactly straight nor were they straightforward. We explored a lot of points, were curious of some, and were open-minded to most. Laughs and joy made the night. The frequent "f*ck you, I'm not gay because I'm not gay" were sublime. Logic was overshadowed by hype, and emotions were fueled from hunger. At long last, we received our prize. The food was mid, my friends weren't amused, but I was personally moved. The best experiences come from being together, never alone. Through suffering, we transcended. To provide full transparency, none of us are gay. The lobby was closed, yet personal belongings were scattered around the lobby. A person was sitting at the table who appears to be an employee, but was on the phone the entire time. The drive-thru speaker was extremely slow and could only process one menu item every ten seconds. We would have to often repeat ourselves. There was an older person smoking through the back door, and smoke would blow toward customers waiting at the drive-thru. Over an hour wait for poor service and mid food was fairly disappointing, but it was a fun experience. I am rating this restaurant under my friend's behalf. 1/5, will not come back. read more

The Hiring manager alongside the kitchen staff, all lie, serve horrible food, are rude and never check or update anybody when they apply on THEIR website. They'll post an application as if they need anybody and when you call they lie, give you false information on when to expect the hiring manager and as I said before they are just RUDE. This has been on my list to try for a while as a fast food chicken sandwich connoisseur, and the experience as a whole was disappointing. First, the drive-thru is set up weirdly, to the point where I completely missed the order window when I first got to it. Once I ordered and got to the window, I could hear the staff bickering or scolding someone in the background. I went only a few minutes after opening, so I ended up being told to park in front of the store and they'd get my fresh chicken sandwich out to me in a few minutes. A few minutes go by, and I do in fact get the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered, but I don't get the cup of water I ordered. At this point, I don't care, and just eat the sandwich. The verdict? Despite being the freshest a Church's Chicken sandwich could ever be, it was still painfully mediocre. They've created a sandwich that sort of looks like what you'd expect from Popeyes, KFC, etc. Unfortunately, it doesn't have any flavor. It seemed really bland for what it was. We should have know it wasn't going to be great when the person talking to us through the drive thru speak seemed flustered and not completely listening. She was nice enough but it already started our rough. We ordered chicken strip meal with fries, fried okra and extra biscuits since the biscuits are normally SOOOOO good. While waiting at the window, I noticed a big pile of chicken under the heat lamp and that should have been the second red flag. The chicken was not even warm but not quiet cold. You could clearly tell it has been sitting under the heat lamp for a LONG time. The biscuits were CLEARLY old and a huge disappointment. They weren't warm at all either and required you to more effort to bite into them. The ONLY fresh part of the meal was the fried okra and the French fries. Are all church's chickens ghetto as hell?!! We went and online to search the menu before we went. It showed a feeds 8 meal. That's wat we wanted. The guy taking orders said they didn't have that meal wen it clearly showed online they did. They sold us a 12pc meal instead. We ordered 3 sides, jalapeño poppers, and biscuits. To make things worst, when I got to the window, the older man and the cashier were standing there talking like they had no sense of urgency and had not a care in the world. They gave me some over cooked chicken and when I complained the cashier told me that's how they spicy looks. I should get original if I want the chicken a lighter color. Now I eat Church's, so I'm aware of the spicy being darker than the original but this chicken was done done! It was way too hot to argue so and I'd waited way too long to get a refund and go somewhere else, so I took the food and left. This is not my first experience like this with this particular Church's. They Only serve you through the drive thru, the woman in charge of the drive through window is very rude. They never have enough of any sides at any time of the day!
