Adj: cool, clean, and carefully curated Chick-fil-A Food was fresh, but I don't love that they fry their waffle fries in canola oil even though it is a common practice. But at least their fried chicken nuggets, tenders, patty for the sandwiches are all fried in better oil which is peanut oil. Anyhow, the meals were delicious and fresh, which is the important thing. The dining room is clean and really cold, so it is very nice to walk in from the heat of summer outside. All the tables are immediately cleaned and cleared off, the staff really is on top of it. There's also a kiddie play place but it's tiny tiny tiny so it's claustrophobic, but otherwise it's nice that they have that for kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful and got our order totally right and we had a bit of a wait but it was only about 10 minutes or so at 5 pm so it really wasn't so bad. And they brought the food over to us which is a nice system vs having everyone who ordered to go stand and wait around by the registers. Overall, this CFA remains a solid and well run fastfood restaurant, very family friendly and the food is predictably good even if not healthy since it is mostly fried chicken nuggets and sandwiches. read more

A nice Chick-fil-A location. I like this one better compared to the original one in the greater Sacramento area which is in Elk Grove. This one is really nice and clean, very well run, and efficient. Employees are friendly and polite. We got our food pretty quickly today. Even though they spelled my wife's name wrong, no biggie. My kids enjoyed their kids meal when we got them home. We wanted to sit and chill a little bit while we waiter for the food to come out and that was ok. The dining area has clean tables and chairs that are wiped down often as I saw staff doing that. There's even a kids play place room, and long ago my kids played on that structure but they're too big for that now. Anyways, it's been awhile and I forget how small it is in there, but at least they do have it. All in all, not bad for a family friendly fast-food place, but prices have really gone up. Their kids meals are $7.50 to almost $9 before tax. That's higher than at some sit down places. My kids and I still prefer Red Robin for fancier fast food instead of CFA, but we'll probably come here once in awhile. read more

I've been to this Chick-fil-A a few times and always had good experiences. It's a busy restaurant, but the employees process the orders quickly and keep dining room clean too! I've tried a variety of their menu items like chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, and milkshakes. Everything was always cooked fresh, arrived hot (except the milkshakes), and came with plenty of sauces. I really enjoy their waffle fries, with their crispy crust, and fluffy texture in the middle. I usually try different sauce combinates, and go on a dipping frenzy. During my last visit I ordered a pineapple dragonfruit lemonade which was refreshing, and wasn't too sweet. I requested light ice for my drink, and they remembered, so kudos. read more

I visit the Chick-fil-A in Sacramento, CA [8104 Delta Shores Cir S] regularly for breakfast, and it's become one of my go-to morning stops before heading into work. The location is very convenient right off I-5, which makes it super easy to swing by during my commute to Sacramento. My usual orders are the Egg White Grill Muffin or the Hash Brown Scramble Burrito with Spicy Chicken. Specifically for the burrito, I always make sure to grab plenty of the jalapeño salsa packets; it's super delicious and adds great flavor to the burrito in every bite. The drive-thru line can get extremely long during the morning rush, but the staff typically keeps it moving at a decent pace. There have been a couple of occasions when they ran out of English muffins, so I wasn't able to order the Egg White Grill, which was a bit disappointing. Though overall, the experience is still consistently good. I'll continue coming here for my breakfast needs. I don't often come here, but we recently did because they were doing a collab with the movie theater, where in the month of December, they will give you a free medium waffle fries if you show your same day movie ticket. When we got there, the cashier recognized that my husband was holding a movie theater cup and he asked us if we were getting the waffle fries, to which we said yes. He was very welcoming and friendly. We sat down in the dining room, and one of the employees who was cleaning checked up on us, which was nice. Then our order came out very quickly. The dining room was very clean, and it was nicely decorated for the holiday season. Our waffle fries were a generous portion for being free, and were soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. This was my first time going inside a Chick- fil-a. It was nice inside. There was a playground for kids and lots of clean areas to sit and eat. When I went to order, the service was amazing! Everyone had a smile, greeted me quickly, and worked quickly. They even brought my drinks to me after I ordered. When the food arrived, it was correct and hot. This isn't just for this location but for the amazing consistency of every Chick-fil-A we've been to. Quality of food amazing but the service and cleanliness of the location is top notch. The woman taking our order - super friendly. My wife likes her soda with no ice which most restaurants screw up - not this one. We did dine in at a booth and when was the last time a fast food employee comes up to your booth and asks how it's going - then asks if you need anything and when you ask for another sauce goes and quickly brings it back to your table. The waffle cut fries are pretty good; especially if they're fresh. And the Chick-Fil-A BBQ sauce is a must! Shout out to this specific CFA. Compared to the other locations we go to. This one takes the cake. Their salads are much better than the ones in the Sacramento location. My boys AKA the gremlins, orders the Mac and Cheese and nuggets with their Barbecue sauce. Each time they just want more. So hard not to get these especially with the awesome service. Ambiance here is just better, off from the highway and we can order at the table. Bonus for them to offer water. Weird addition but some locations don't offer water.
