    Turkey & Bacon Guacamole with no guacamole

    This subway is very close to my house so I wanted and hoped I would be able to use this place as a sandwich place for me and my kids. I've made several online orders with this place. They've messed up here and there. Maybe they forgot the cheese or they forgot the pickles. One night I ordered another online order and they forgot the extra avocado that I asked for from a sandwich that I had to pay extra for. On top of that I ordered a Turkey & Bacon Guacamole and they forgot to add the guacamole. I tried calling them, but it was 7:45pm in which they were closing at 8pm so I suppose they stopped picking up their calls because no one picked up the phone. I let that go until today. We picked up another online order and they forgot the cheese on one sandwich which should of been toasted with the sandwich and they forgot the guacamole again for the Turkey & Bacon Guacamole sandwich. When I called and told them about it. The lady had told me she put whatever was on the receipt so for me to go look at the receipt which she even put in the bag for me. She said I never ask for cheese as I'm looking at the receipt telling her I asked for cheese to be toasted along with the sandwich. She said she even put extra guacamole on the Turkey & Bacon Guacamole. I'm sitting in front of the sandwich digging around and saw no guacamole on the sandwich. She told me if I'm not happy then to go back to subway and she'll fix it. I get that people make mistakes but it's so inconvenient for me to drive there pick up the food. Drive home to find the food is messed up and then drive back to have them fix it. Just a heads up for anyone ordering here if online to check your sandwiches before leaving or just do a walk in even when it's not convenient at least you'll see them putting everything on the sandwiches because they will forget!

    Here we have a local owned run business treating their customers like garbage. I noticed the older South Asian subway sandwich maker or owner skimping on the meat. I asked for a sweet onion chicken sandwich and she scooped up half spoonfuls of chicken onto each side of my sandwich. Then I asked her to not cheat me out of my 1 scoop of meat and she ignored me and began asking me what vegetables I wanted. At the cash register I explain to her this is the very first and last time I come in to this subway and be treated like dirt. No other subway in Sacramento I've been to has been so cheap to cheat me out of a meat for my sandwich.. She began arguing back and telling her employee to "charge him now. ok I don't care charge him $10.10" as my card was in the debit card transmitter to the training cashier. Long behold... I wanted proof of her skimping meat so I bought the sandwich anyways and took a picture of it. I have never been treated worse at any restaurant ever. Do not ever come here!

    I guess you could say a different restaurant lost me as a customer due to lack of customer service/an incorrect food order. Subway, however, has won me and my taste buds. Very friendly staff and courteous service! I like that they're located all over the region plus not far from where I reside. Sandwiches are delicious! They nailed my new favorite one today--Spicy Italian, with the Hot Pastrami Melt as my second favorite. I generally feel a warm welcome in any Subway restaurant I walk into. Thank you to the founders and employees alike for making bomb subs!

    Kind, friendly, and professional. I always enjoy coming in here, and I enjoy Subway's food too! Lots of seating as well.

    Fresh olives and lettuce is why I pass other subways to come here. Always fresh and tomatoes sliced right

    Decent sandwiches, and the staff is nice. Just not the greatest neighborhood. Great for take-away, though.

It is also served with savory gravy so you gotta dip it Lol I got a spicy chicken sandwich too - so delish! We just returned from a road trip to SoCal...we stopped at different McDonald's a few times on this trip--no issues. So I forgot how terrible a McDonald's can be. This place is a still a ZERO star establishment. I went here to get my kids a plain cheeseburger and fries. I opted for a happy meal and was pleasantly surprised to find that it comes with two small kid size fries in lieu of apple slices!--perfect for littles. I picked up my order no problem but when I pulled over to give my kids their food the meal was completely wrong---I opened it to find nuggets, one fry, and apple slices. So now I had to park and get both my young kids out of their car seats to go inside when I did the drive through in the first place for a reason. I then wait patiently until someone asks me what I needed. I told them I got the wrong happy meal and needed another fry and a plain cheeseburger. She asks for my receipt and I hand it to her. One of my kids ran off and I go to get her. In that time I saw her throw a burger in our happy meal, close it up, and say "there you go. Sorry about that" and walked away. I immediately open it because I can already tell that she didn't review the receipt and sure enough she didn't give us our second fry. I was noticeably annoyed at how careless she was. Not only was it written down on the receipt but I told her what I needed out loud. I'm not trying to hang around and this whole ordeal for a happy meal was so unnecessary. A different person came up to me and asked what was missing and I told her and she got it for me. I checked the cheeseburger to make sure it was in fact plain. Luckily it was but the whole ordeal lasted much longer than it needed to. The receipt was clear as day. My advice--staff should read them and make the orders correctly. There is really no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism. This is the basics of the food industry. I always have had a terrible experience at this location in particular. Maybe better training is needed. I honestly don't know what can be done about it but I won't be returning. I didn't catch anyones name. The lady who thoughtlessly and carelessly didn't listen to me or review my receipt was wearing all black and had dark hair that was pulled back. She wasn't dressed like the others, which makes me wonder if she's some sort of manager. The young girl who actually helped me was pleasant and was quick to jump in after, so I did appreciate her efforts. But the damage was already done.

I ordered from curbside for a Kids Meal having trouble selecting options for it. I went inside and ordered but there is poor reception for phone to use reward. Went outside and was able to pull it up, but per the cashier the code was invalid. I decided to just pay for meal but wanted to earn points for the meal, cashier got agitated and said it is the same code for both and it does not work. I wanted to earns points for my purchase. I felt using rewards and earning rewards were two different functions and cashier who I learned was the manager began to argue this point and kept talking over me in front of customers. This went on for a minute or two. I ordered cheeseburgers with this order and wanted to remove them from order so I can order from curbside to get 500 points which I did after this interaction. When I picked up Happy Meal from counter I asked manager for her name, she walked aggressively towards me and stated 'Monica, don't return to to this location in the future' in a loud voice in front of customers and her staff. Her parting shot is what motivated me to write this review. I have interacted with Monica about 3 months before and it was not positive experience. Monica not only lacks customer service skills but is just plain rude. A good manager would have handled it better and be more empathetic to customer as the app or wi fi not functioning well. I have an IT background.
