I have tried at their First Markham location and Scarborough Town center location. The food quality is ok, edible, not surprisingly good. The volume is small. It was buy one get one free this weekend so I also tried the BBQ mushroom. But it was too spicy for me. Both though were hot, fresh and crispy and the pork and mushrooms were flavourful. I beat the lunch crowd by going right when they opened 11am at Scarborough Town Centre. Service was friendly and waited a few minutes. I ordered 2 more 1/2 hour later and it got busy so had to wait around 5-10 min. Ambiance was not bad in the food court because it was before lunch hours. I still think Fresh Meat Bowl at Finch Midland has the best and juiciest crispy burger. Check my reviews for my blissful experience!

We walked into a busy, energetic space that stays lively throughout the day, with a steady flow of customers moving through the line. The dining room is casual and functional, the kind of place where the focus stays on the food rather than the atmosphere, and the bright, cheerful decor adds to the brand's playful identity. The Chickenjoy is easily the star of the menu. We ordered a few pieces and found the chicken had a crispy, well-seasoned coating while staying juicy inside, and it was even better dipped in the savory gravy that comes on the side. The spicy version added a noticeable kick without overpowering the chicken itself, and the balance of seasoning and heat made it a satisfying choice. The Peach Mango Pie is another must-order, with its flaky crust and warm, fruity filling that makes for one of the best fast food desserts around, and we found ourselves wishing we had ordered a second one. The Jolly Spaghetti is uniquely Filipino, featuring a sweet tomato sauce with sliced hot dogs and cheese, and while it is definitely different from traditional Italian pasta, it is worth trying if you want the full Jollibee experience. Other popular choices like the palabok and burger steak round out the menu with more Filipino-inspired flavors, giving you options beyond the standard fried chicken meal. The restaurant stays busy throughout the day, so waits during peak hours are common, but the staff generally keep orders moving as quickly as possible. Service is friendly, and despite the crowds, the dining room is usually kept clean and organized. The team handles the steady flow efficiently, and the turnover is fast enough that the wait does not feel excessive. Prices have increased over the years, making it less of a bargain than it once was, but the portions are satisfying and the food is consistently fresh. Jollibee remains one of the best fast food options if you are craving fried chicken with something a little different. Between the crispy Chickenjoy, iconic Peach Mango Pie, and unique Filipino menu, it is a place that is easy to recommend whether you are a longtime fan or visiting for the first time, offering a meal that feels both familiar and distinct, and a taste of Filipino fast food culture that stands out from the usual chains.
