This is a chain store that has opened many franchise stores in Toronto. I really have a high expectation. Supposed they should have consistent food quality and service. I have tried at their First Markham location and Scarborough Town center location. The food quality is ok, edible, not surprisingly good. The volume is small. Although the item price is low, it will leave you hungry if you only order 1 or 2 items. I ordered chilli wonton and cold noodle with plum juice, i felt half full only. This is actually my second time trying Bingz Crispy Burger after I wasn't impressed with the butter chicken I had. Happy to say I finally tried their signature pork and it was really good! It was buy one get one free this weekend so I also tried the BBQ mushroom. But it was too spicy for me. Both though were hot, fresh and crispy and the pork and mushrooms were flavourful. I beat the lunch crowd by going right when they opened 11am at Scarborough Town Centre. Service was friendly and waited a few minutes. I ordered 2 more 1/2 hour later and it got busy so had to wait around 5-10 min. Ambiance was not bad in the food court because it was before lunch hours. What a nice addition to Toronto Bingz located inside the Scarborough Town Centre lower foodcourt at the far corner! New hidden gem. All of Bingz Crispy Burger buns are freshly baked. Placing an order is extremely easy, either with the friendly, helpful staff or scan a QR code and all the item are combo numbers are available. A3 is my favourite combo, the black pepper beef with chili oil wonton is amazing. You can choose between pork or chicken for the chili wonton. I can say by far the chili wonton is one of my favourite in Toronto and the spicy level is just right. Must try item! The butter chicken is limited only to the Scarborough Town Centre location. So delicious, not too spicy and the buns for the burger were freshly baked. Hot, flaky and crunchy with that kick of spice inside. The Plum cold brew taste better than many hot pot restaurants. Must try. The creamy corn milk was a surprise, it tasted like chilled cream of corn soup in a cup! It's great that they opened up another location here in Scarborough Town Center. Langpi is one of my favourite dishes as it is a very refreshing. It cost $6.59 for 1 bowl, which is the same price as the one you get at Foody World. The noodles are hand made and the bread crumbs looking thing is actually made from the excess flour from making the noodles. It also comes with cucumber, sesame sauce and chili sauce. Too bad the portion is small. You need to buy like 3 of these to get full. Nevertheless its a good snack when your on the go. read more

Oh ho ho ho! At first, I was reluctant to try because I usually don't like the fusion of so many different spices after seeing their menu but I was surprised. Their signature beef had such simple flavours, it was loaded with tender beef and the BUN, THE BUN, oh so flakey! I would love this with hot sauce (maybe next time I'll ask). The chilli wonton had that numbing spice but also pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed it. Everything was made so fresh that we had to wait a few minutes until we can dig in! Honestly I hate the crispiness of the burger and the way it crumbs all over my clothes, but I have to give them credit on how fresh and filling it is every single time I buy one. I've only tried 2 flavours so far: butter chicken and signature beef. The beef is like stewed beef pieces or beef brisket? It's a bit on the salty side, but only noticeable once it cools down. The butter chicken is reminiscent of the jars you can get at Costco. I've also tried one of their noodles, and it comes in a big portion, but wasn't a fan of the flavour as it was a bit too sour. The drinks are OK. I have been trying out the different drinks they offer that aren't fountain pop and have not found the one yet. I come here mainly for the fries. They now have 2 types: spicy and cheesy. My favourite is the cheesy; it's sweet and spicy, but the spicy original is also addicting too. They usually serve within 5 minutes from ordering. There's usually about 5 people waiting on an order when I visit (weekends during the day). Service is also always really attentive and they put a lot of attention into ensuring you get a certain level of high quality service. Shoutout to the one guy that always ends up taking my order with his super extra over the top service - he always adds to the experience! I finally got to try them out Bingz! heres 6 different flavours to try from, we got the black pepper beef and cumin pork. I loved how flakey the pastry was, whole the meat was well seasoned and warm. The sesame noodles were so tasty, I like that the sauces for the noodles come seperate so you can make it as spicy or mild as you want. I also tried the creamy corn drink which was good but a tad bit sweet. It's good as a dessert drink though! They seem to run promos often so take advantage of those deals when they come! If you follow them, you an also get a free plum fizz (they ran out when I was there though). Love how Bingz is changing up the food scene in Toronto mall food courts! read more

First time trying Bingz after hearing great things about it. Tried the classic burger and spicy pork wonton. It was just the beginning of the dinner hour and unfortunately the cold noodles (liangpi) were already sold out. It took about 15 minutes till my order was ready. I was given a free pin as it was their 2 year anniversary. I found the classic burger was crispy and flaky on the outside, but the meat filling was dry. Ended up dipping it in some of the spicy pork wonton sauce which was peppery and vinegary. The spicy pork wontons are really mini sized (meant to be a snack). Both items were just mediocre with the flavours not being too memorable. Maybe the taste is different by location? If I see an enticing promo next time around, it would not hurt to give it another chance on other items on the menu. read more

Enough of the history lesson, I came here to try their crispy burger for the first time. This restaurant was one of the first locations opened in Canada. It's located in Scarborough Town Centre. I tried the signature pork burger for $2.99 (coupon), which is marinated pork in their crispy bun. The bun is crispy and flaky almost like a Jamaican patty. The pork was tender and juicy. The burger itself is about the size of a quarter pounder burger. The menu serves up other delicious Chinese fare like wonton soup, hot and sour glass noodles, and cold noodles. The burgers come in various flavours like black pepper beef, signature beef, butter chicken, bbq mushroom, Cumin chicken, and healthy veggie. I will definitely come back and try the other burgers and maybe some hot wonton noodle soup! It appears most of the items are made from scratch. The kitchen was fully staffed, with many people manning different cooking stations. Great signage which is bright and appealing. You can upgrade to a combo for just $4 which includes smoking hot rock fries and pop. If you're looking for something fresh and new to eat this place definitely "meats" the criteria. I've been here a few times already and enjoy the unique Beijing flare on a burger! It's all in the tasty crispy flaky bun! Yes, I'd rather have the Signature beef but other options are also available including Healthy Veggie. (Is there an Unhealthy Veggie option?) Been wanting to try this place for a while now and since I was at STC I figured why not grab some. What's great too is that they have this system similar to Jollibee and In N Out where the take your order while in line. Mind you it wasn't even busy but still a nice touch. Plus the staff are really friendly so it was a great first visit. Original Beef Burger - Everything I had imagine. Had that really nice crispy bun with tender beef filling. I wish the filling though had a bit more flavour. But with the noodles, it was a good balance of flavour. 4/5. Chili Oil Noodles (#6) - Instead of their fries I opted to upgrade to a combo with noodles instead. Noodles were excellent. Has a really nice flavour with noodles cooked to perfection. Again, it was a great balance with the burger. The portion was also quite generous for a combo deal. This one though is one of the least expensive noodles at $6.99. Definitely worth upgrading to a combo. I'd even get this on its own. 5/5. Will definitely go back and try out the other items on the menu. Also happy that it's right by me! read more

Hmm surprising this was way better than expected . We tried the liangpi at First Markham Place location and it was not very delicious but as Bingz was recently opened at STC we had to give it another try . Luckily we did cause it was so delicious ! The noodles tasted so clean and refreshing and it was such a breath of fresh air from the chick fil a we also got lol . For those of you who don't know , liangpi is a Chinese street food basically cold skin noodles made from scratch and a portion of that is also taken to make these tofu looking puffs . There is also sliced cucumbers which adds to the freshness! We've tried making it irl and it actually takes a lot of patience to do so therefore best to buy :) ! Services was pretty good and the guy in the front was really friendly . I had to wait two mins for them to get to me but then once they finally did , it took only a few more mins. The sides are fantastic but the chilli noodle (cold or hot) is the real star. The fries are good and nice that it comes with the dry chilli seasoning which you shake on. So when a friend mentioned a new location opened at STC and she was going, I tagged along, excited to try it. I had a dinner so I opted for just one burger as a snack. I went straight for the Signature Pork since it was their OG signature. The restaurant is located in the food court at STC in the back right corner. Pretty convenient and the setup is really efficient. Burger was so crispy and really juicy. I enjoyed it a lot more than the other places I've tried this style burger. Not dry at all. I took a stroll over options at STC but decided to finally try out the Butter Chicken limited flaky crispy burger. Sized aptly oozing with chicken filling, this patty style burger was flavorful and crunchy. I might have spilled a little of the crust, jk I did clean up the area before I left. The counter looked Neat and the staff was knowledgeable about any allergens, Friendly vibe . For the price point, I feel it totally is worthy all the hype. My wife apparently said Bingz was worth a try as she saw someone post on Instagram so we were in STC and there is a location there so we gave it a try... Here was what we ordered: Combo 4 which consist of bun burger of your choice which we picked the black pepper beef w/ oyster mushroom, its suppose to be regular wonton soup but we got it swapped for the famous chili oil pork wonton, and it comes with smoking hot rockin fries for $17.38 before taxes... Let's start off with the fries where it came piping hot and very extra crispy with a great crunch. You can self add your chili flakes and its not that spicy but gives it a nice little flavour. It reminds me of the cafeteria fries we had in school but because of how crispy it was, it made it better. The black pepper beef bun w/ oyster mushroom is literally the most crisp bun flaky crunch you can bite into. The meat wasn't necessarily the star as I thought the bun stood out more. Chili oil pork wonton (10 pcs) w/ cilantro, green onion, garlic... Now I'm not one to boast about chili oil, but DANG, this is really good flavoured chili oil...Its like Frank's hot sauce where they put that sauce on anything...This chili oil is definitely one of the best chili oil I've enjoyed...Especially from a food court stand point... I only wish I had more stuff to still soak up the chili oil leftover. You can buy these each individually for around $6-7 range, the fries are a bit cheaper, but by getting this combo you save a $1. I've purposely avoided BingZ because I thought what's the bid deal? It's stir fry on a bun. Boy I was wrong. It's ALL about the BUN. I had the signature (pork) combo with spicy cold noodles. First off the outside of the bun was very crispy. Also very thin for those cutting back on carbs. The pork was nicely seasoned. Loved the cold chilli noodles. Flavours weren't overpowering so those with less adventurous taste should find it fine. All in all I was happy with my meal. Establishment clean, service fast and friendly. Wish it was a bit cheaper but that's 2023 for you. read more

Bingz is an alternative to a Big Mac or Burger King Burger. Pricing wise is similar. I have tried a number of their crispy burgers at their new opening at Scarborough Town Centre. If you want something different from your regular fast food menu, give it try. It's comfort food, so don't expect anything delicious. read more
