Heather greeted us and explained how they made the swim suits for women of all sizes. My wife liked her right off the bat and Heather liked that we had " Hazel" our mini Schnauzer out shopping with us . My wife really like the size selection and the multiple selections of cuts. From mild to wild! My wife was able , with the help of Heather, to find a couple of nice suits that fit her body type. My wife appreciated the clean fitting rooms and the willingness to help her find the correct size, color and cut. We had a great shopping experience at this store. It looked like they had from size zero , maybe even smaller to larger sizes. My wife was happy with the price and when we come back into town she wants to spend more time there shopping. Do not order from this store, if you do take pictures of your return before sending back! After having my returned items in their possession for a week I reached out as I had not heard from them and had not received my refund. They replied back stating the bottoms were accepted but the top was not due to snags on the inside of the top and a strong odor. They sent pictures of the snags which just just appeared to be from the tag catching on the material . The top and bottoms and were in the same package so if it was such a "strong odor" you would think they would both smell. The top didn't smell, it was placed back in the packaging it originally came in after trying it on. Although I like their suits and have purchased several. The company itself is terrible. They are terrible and obviously failing so they are trying to pinch as many pennies as they can by ripping off their customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I really wanted to like these guys but they were the WORST customer service!!! They basically did everything they could to deny me a refund so that they could hold onto my money even for the pettiest of reasons. 1.) my order was delayed almost 2 weeks and I needed these items for a vacation. I understood giving them some slack because it was COVID-19 and I knew that shipments were being delayed. I emailed them to let them know that the shipment may not arrive in time even though on their website it said that I would receive my order within 3 to 5 business days. They told me that IF it arrived after my vacation time that I could just return it for a full refund. Ok cool. I appreciated that. Well it did arrive after my vacation time. 2.) Before I shipped everything back I also asked them for a return label for shipping to which they said "we do not provide return shipping labels." My item arrived almost 3 weeks late and you won't give me a return shipping label??? Ok, fine. 3.) The package was sent back with the full order inside and the paperwork to go with it but I was not receiving any correspondence from the company and they told me that because I didn't put the RMA number on the shipping label that they couldn't locate my package. Even though I had a tracking number that showed delivered for over 2 weeks sitting in their warehouse 4.)I received an email After they finally located my return package and it said that "Due to the nature of swimwear we cannot return any of these items"!!!! At this point I was LIVID. I spent over $400 on these bathing suits for my vacation that did not arrive on time and now they won't return any of it for a refund. Are you kidding me right now??? 4.) I sent them a copy of the original email that said that my package was arriving later than expected and that their associate had told me that it would be refunded if it did arrive too late. At this point they finally agreed to give me my refund. 5.) Days later I received only half of my refund back even though I had returned all items and they took a picture of a measly white stain on the swimsuit that I had never tried on or used and said that it was stained and since it's a swimsuit they can't return it. I said that that stain must've been there when I receive the item because I never wore it and I simply put them in a return envelope and returned everything. DENIED. 6.) I basically only got half of my money back for items I never wore and didn't get to use any of these items as all of them have been returned. There was an old lady in the store working and after a while of browsing I asked if there was any other bikinis that had a bit more cover on the bottoms. The lady replied that I've come to the wrong store if I want to "cover up." But I showed her that MOST of my ass was exposed and I didn't feel comfortable. Love their suits and Especially their thongs. But their hours Of operation are so Inconsistent. It is not to what the sign says on the door. Says they're open till six Monday to Friday. I enter the alter it's about 5:20pm. I'm in the store waiting for customer service. I just wanted to buy some tongs especially. I get told that they're closed early and she forgot to lock the door. My first time visiting the store and I was a little iffy at first. Came here to visit with a friend shopping for her Miami trip and didn't anticipate needing anymore swimsuits, but when I saw their swimsuits were $15-$20 less than their online store, I couldn't resist leaving emptyhanded!! The store is down the street from Knotts Berry Farm on the corner of Lincoln and Beach Blvd (across from a Goodwill store) I won't lie... the shopping center looks very empty... The store front can easily mislead you to think it's a lingerie-type store. If I didn't already know the brand to have my hottest swimsuits (according to my guy :) and I were just driving by this store, I wouldn't have stopped to venture in probably. But, once I went in, it's a modest bikini store, but filled with tons of bathing suits and accessories I wish I could fill my closets! The girl explained to me they have only four bikini bottom styles. Same as the ones online. My favorites are the standard bikini bottoms. Solid colored/standard lined bikinis were about $43. Anything with multiple design layers (i.e. lace trims, bows, or shimmer material) were from $52.99-$67 before tax. A downside I could foresee is that the store primarily sells the suits as sets, while online, there are more styles you can choose the sizes separately. I prefer the medium/large tops, but can make do with the small/mediums I purchased today. They have a few other sexy atttire pieces like wraps or even hats like fedoras, and accessories, but I would not categorize it as a"stripper store. " The young lady did share that they can customize bikini designs at your request online, but it's an additional $30 to the standard bikini cost. I absolutely love these bikinis!!! They are by far my favorites in my collection. While I don't sport the micro bottoms, I find just the right coverage on the string bikini bottoms. The characteristic fave is that they are all scrunchy booty bottoms! Always seems flattering! They do have plans to be moving locations soon!!! This place deserve all the stars in the world because the quality of the staff is unbeatable. I was running late to pick up shoes from them Heather, one of the staff members, waited patiently for me and I was about an hour late! Incredible! Not only did she wait but she sold me a pair of shoes I'm sure would usually be at least $150 for $40!!!!!!!! The selection of the store is also unique and unlike most swim suit stores I've been to. If you want a suit no one else has you'll most likely find it here. Besides the prices, the merchandise, and the cleanliness of the store there is a superb staff. What more can you ask for! Better than basic low end/medium swimwear brands but not the best quality. I found some unique designs and got a few pieces (2 piece, 1 piece, cover ups). It's pricey for the average quality. When I wore the 2 piece out, the top for my 2 piece kept getting loose and undone. I normally tie my bikini tops once without double knotting and they stay on fine but with the material that their bikinis are made of I'd have to double or triple knot the tops to be sure. I loved the 1 piece that I bought from here and got a compliment on it the first time I wore it out. Their brand is sexy but not so functional. I wouldn't feel comfortable doing water activities in their pieces. Some of the best swimwear brands are sexy and still functional. I'd come back to find some pieces that are different and not mass produced but it's not my go to swimwear brand. read more

I am actually a fan of Chynna dolls swimwear. I've purchased their bikinis before and have always been satisfied with the quality. The reason I had to give with this store three stars is because the customer service was absolutely terrible. The only employee at the store was an Asian girl with black hair. And instead of being friendly, she was very bipolar. Sometimes she was helpful, other times she would make underhanded comments. The strange thing is, her insulting comments weren't properly timed: she would make me uncomfortable even after I decided to purchase the bikinis. Like...stop it, I'm literally trying to pay her to stop talking. I don't understand why anyone would be passive aggressive, it's such a feminine/sexy store. I am all stocked up for summer with some fun new suits and accessories. ;D Heather (one of the owners) is awesome; she helped me select the best ones out of the 10 that I loved and even offered to make an on-site adjustment to one of them (I asked for a top strap with no hardware). For another she offered to make the adjustment at the warehouse and ship it to my home. Great customer service as usual and a fun new collection to choose from! Also, I love that they are doing a customer loyalty card now (buy 10, get one free). I have been a Chynna Doll's client for around 5 years (or maybe more), I love their bikinis and even though the prices have increased tremendously, I am there every summer to get my bikinis . The Quality is amazing, and they're super cute !!!!! This week I had a different experience though! When I was at the store I saw a bikini that I liked and I asked if they had it in my size, I got the bottoms but not the top. The owner was there and she "Offered" to make it for me and have it ready the next day! So I thought that was amazing! I paid and left! When I picked up my bikini the next day the owner tells me that they charge $25.00 for special requests and that I have just waisted her time! Horrible customer service, overpriced and ridiculous return policy!! Don't order from them if you aren't sure you want to keep the bathing suits. I ordered 2 one piece bathing suits, one I liked but the second I wanted to return. To return they want you to follow multiple steps and it's a waiting game so clearly they want people to get fed up and just keep their suits. I wish I would've read reviews before ordering because this is a common theme with this company. They want you to contact them within a week to get a authorization number. Then you have to wait to hear from someone. Then send it back with a tracking number and a copy of your receipt along with all contact info. Then assuming it has passed all of their inspections, they will refund you minus shipping. So much work!! I'm used to amazon and a world of simple hassle free returns so this is nuts!! So I called multiple times to start a return and their phone number was disconnected. I had to call one of the stores only to find out that the sales associate was unable to help me and did confirm that the number online was not working correctly. So why are they asking you to call a number to initiate a return if it doesn't work? Especially when you only have 7 days! I did email too so I finally received an email back and when I explained the situation the representative told me that I needed to send records of me calling them in order to honor the return. I couldn't believe they were asking me to prove that I tried calling! They were arguing with me about the time I called. No matter what I said, she was not willing to work with me. She continued to tell me that unless I could send my phone records I was not going to be able to return my suit. No apologies about the line being disconnected or exceptions this time since I was passed the 7 day window. I gave them one star just because of the sexiness of the bathing suits, I hate feeling like one pieces can look conservative, however they were extremely over priced. There is hardly any material. I will never be ordering from this company again. With as many stores as there are out there I don't need to deal with rude associates and over priced suits. Don't do it!!! read more

I drove down here today to try on their awesome scrunch butt bikinis because I wanted to see what they looked like on before I ordered from the website. I had called ahead so I knew that some of the things on line weren't available in the store, but I was also told that there was a lot of stuff in the store that wasn't online. I wasn't disappointed! There were HUNDREDS of bikinis here. Tons of accessories, cover ups, one pieces, styles, etc. I must have seriously tried on 20 suits. Each time I would go out to a rack I'd see another style that I missed. The sales lady working today was Isabella and she was super sweet! Not pushy or salesy. She basically just let me shop and pick out what I wanted and only engaged me when I asked her a question. I like that..I don't like to be followed around or bothered when I'm looking but it's nice to know that someone is right there and available when I do need help. I was in the store for about 2hrs and halfway into that time Isabella started chatting with me a bit more and I was asking her about the suits and styles and stuff. She was in the back of the store sewing some suits which is right by where the dressing rooms were so we could chat easily. She was great! I asked her opinion about the various suits and I felt like she gave me her honest answer. There was no sales pressure! While I was there a few other ladies came in and I helped one girl pick a bikini. She was really nice! I finally decided on a pink and turquoise scrunch butt string bikini with a white crochet cover up skirt. It's super hot! "You get what you pay for". The same goes for swimwear. Customer service - their customer service or shall I say lack thereof. I don't know if any of these ladies have ever worked in retail besides this store or what but they sure don't pay much attention to you, much less greet you when you come in the store. And the few times I've been in...they've been super friendly with their regulars. If you want more people to turn into regulars, you need to treat everyone with the same friendliness & helpfulness. There's an older lady there who's pretty nice when you talk to her but she keeps to herself most of the time. Though they def nice up when you're purchasing. And reading the reviews from out of state shoppers, sounds like they need to work on things. Sales - man, talk about bait and switch. I am a huge swimwear fan and am always down to try brands I've never been exposed to. But I'm also practical in trying to check something out for a bargain before bringing in the big Gun$$$. They advertised the whole store on sale earlier this year. NOT. You go in and it's the same sale rack they always have in the middle of the store. I did pick up a couple of great bargain suits for the jacuzzi but other than that, sales were a FAIL. I didn't even bother with the Black Friday 20% sale. Sizing - NO BUENO for the Itty Bitty Committee if you get my drift. It's like Victoria's Secret. Their S/M (their other size is M/L) is great for B to C cups. If you're an A cup, there's really not much here to pick from (personally, Itty Bitty's should wear smaller triangles, it's more flattering). Their scrunch butt bottoms are great for the booties that want to pop. They're FAWESOME for those who are medically enhanced on top. Quality - not really "swimwear" material (kinda like stripper wear). You're more than welcome to check them out yourself but their prices reflect the materials they're using. The higher priced suits are better and more along the lines of swimwear material. But hey, if you're looking for the cheaper look alikes (like the fringe Audrey from L Space), you can pay half the retail. Stripper wear - pretty decent selection & pricing is well matched for what's already out there so no need to crawl out here if you've got a local store that can provide the same. Chynna Dolls suits have a ton of fun patterns and the prices are "cheaper". I can see why they have a lot of buyers. Just not a brand for me. They do have super fun body jewelry and stuff to bling up your suits/outfits at great prices. Personally, I can't bring myself to pay $60-75 for a Chynna Dolls suit when you can get Vix, Vitamin A, L Space, Mikoh, Acacia, Beach Bunny, etc. ($150-$300 retail) for the same price when they go on sale. read more

This place is a rip off. They do not honor the "sale" prices they have listed, and claim it isn't their fault because another company configures their website. Any store you walk into has the integrity to honor a listed price by their own company. When called out on it they state they will not honor the price because it "doesn't make any sense". What doesn't make sense it you correctly list some prices and "sales" but are "unable" to do that with others. Beware, horrible customer service. After just one use at a pool party in Vegas, my bright beautiful bathing suit faded and is now a full color with non matching straps. DO NOT ORDER! They used to have a decent product. I recently purchased several items from them. The double string bottom was NOT the same style as the double rise bottoms that I already own. When i opened the bottom it looked similar to a whale tale- I did not even bother trying it on as there is no way I would ever wear them.
