WOW! Talk about wonderful, inviting, and heartfelt service! Thank you so very much to the O'Neill store in Orange. I had a not-so-nice experience at the store location in Carlsbad, and that store really let me down with such poor service and customer acknowledgment... This just gave me a reminder that the Orange one is the place to be! SERIOUSLY! I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Alison, Ashley, Leslie, and the manager Lily! ALL these girls are terrific and such cordial associates and they welcomed my little dog Biscuit and I so nicely. Alison greeted me immediately as I walked in and showed me the deals going on. Ashley was full of good energy and made me feel so welcomed. Leslie gave me such kindness at check-out and made sure to stamp my shore store card. Came in earlier today from Hawaiʻi. We purchased some t shirts on sale and got amazing service from the workers especially Lily and Lesly(?). Lily helped me find a size for board shorts. She also gave good recommendations for restaurants. I shared with her that we were looking for something we couldn't get in Hawaiʻi and she recommended places we could find great local Mexican food. We also asked if there was a Disney store near and Lesly was also helpful and shared a family and friends flyer to access the employee store. I went to this location over the weekend looking for a new Hydro flask. I was unsure of what size to get but an employee named Raymond was a wonderful help. He was guiding me through the different sizes and once we got the size down he showed me the different lids and accessories that are available to have for the hydro flask. Womens clothing was 40% off, less than the usual 50% off at local O'Neill stores back home. Signs were closeby, which helped with trying to figure out final pricing. I will say that there was a nice selection of dresses. I spotted one that I saw online, a pretty pink fluttery number, very feminine. Maxi dresses are always high on my search, year-round. I did notice that the women's clothing selection was very small too. It is kind of a small store anyway. It is square-shaped. Mens clothing is on the left, womens is on the right side. Just had one of the worst customer service experience ever. Went in yesterday to buy a rash guard for my 12 year old. I was pointed toward a rack. I bought one and realized it was a girl's rash guard when I got home. I went into the store less than 24 hours later to exchange it for a boy's rash guard but was denied a exchange. I have the receipt and tags still on the item. Update: spoke to a manager and she was able to resolve the issue. read more

Came in to the store today, they had great deals but the customer service was severely lacking. The cashier, on my receipt it says her name is "Bevers" barely acknowledged me. She was talking to her coworker while checking me out. She handed me my bag without even making eye contact or saying a simple "thank you." She was already talking to another person behind me. Purchased the Hills Pocket tee in medium for my 15 year old as a Christmas gift. Fit great, worn 1 time, washed it 1 time, now can NOT wear it! It shrunk to a size small! Customer service is terrible. They won't exchange it because I don't have the orginal tags. I have the receipt tho.
