This time…read moreour experience was quite a bit different: the person who spoke to him on the telephone was quite short, very disinterested in hearing about our problem, and quoted us $295 for a single hour of diagnostic. The original build we did with this company included them adding cooling fans. Unfortunately the cooling fans were improperly installed. They were all connected directly to the power supply instead of the motherboard, so they run 100% of the time. Because of this improper build, one of the fans is already gone out.Even though my son willing to pay for the service, $295 is simply unacceptable.
