Worst place I ever been to. The tech they had me with was new she took over an hour to do a basic pedicure. She was very rough with my feet and toes. my big toe on the side was bleeding and stinging cuz she dug all up in there with the cutters. Then I'm waiting to get my nails done anyways the left hand was fine all nice n neat but my right hand was all uneven and shorter than the left hand her name was Ruth. Wasn't really concerned with her. Job or me as much as she was on her phone texting her boyfriend trying to keep her tears back. So needless to say 145$ was a fucken waste of my hard earned money I won't be back think twice before you go here if your first time. Conveniently located in the same strip mall as TJMaxx and Ross, I decided to try a mani/pedi after work. They were super crowded around 6:30pm, so I did a little shopping and returned closer to 7pm. Although they were supposed to close at 8pm, they agreed to do my mani/pedi (which would ultimately keep them there beyond 8pm). They did a good job with the mani/pedi, but it was $66, which is almost $20 more than my standard mani/pedi at comparable places in the area. This is also the only nail place I've been that charges a 2% fee for using a credit/debit card. When I left, around 8:15pm, there were still two customers that were finishing up, so it was really nice that they accommodated late customers. While the service was good, I just don't know that I'd return given the price difference. read more

I'm confused cuz she came in 20 mins after I did.. I'm guessing cause she was a female i got booted to the end of the line... it wasn't an appointment cuz she said so when she walked in and they asked if she had one so with no disrespect to the woman I asked why did she get to go before me and I been waiting 45 mins... he said I don't do manicures but yet he did them for me in the past and they came out fine... I feel like he was being sexist because that's not right to treat people like that and I waited patiently until it was my turn.. I will NEVER EVER come back to this establishment.. poor service, poor quality, unorganize.. Me and my friend came into the salon to get our eyebrows and lip done. I love that they were able to take us in right away. Since it was a full house. I appreciate that. What I didn't appreciate was when they were waxing, the women put on so much wax that it felt like my whole entire face was covered in wax. She accidentally got it in my hair with it. I understand that part. But it seems she needed more practice. Because now when she was doing my lip.. she didn't cool it enough and burned me. I was startled and annoyed at that point. I'm used to going to the salons where they clean your face after. I had to ask for it. As well as the front girl at the desk gave me witch hazel. Me and my friend take this as a way to relax. I absolutely love Tem!!! I've had my nails done here twice by Tem and have given her a reference photo and she has gotten it spot on each time. I went there last night at 7:10, they close at 8:00 and she took me without hesitation. The price is steep but worth it in my opinion. Can't wait for my next appointment...holiday nails!!! read more

Went in to get a Gel-fill and waited close to an hour and was never seen. I ended up leaving. Poor customer service!

Super pissed that I just wasted literally over TWO hours for my toes to dry. The tech forgot to place top coat. I never realized how much of a difference it would make with not having a top coat in place with dry time. I received a full set on my nails and waited an additional 25 minutes and my toes still weren't dry. The owner Ryan was very rude about the situation, and pretty much told me I would have to pay to change it to a no chip to dry faster when his tech did a half a** job. My time is PRICELESS...PERIOD! I paid over $110 for my service and don't expect to receive a half a** job. The prices are TOO EXPENSIVE for that and I don't appreciate him not assessing the situation and just brushing it off to pay more to fix it. Money hunger MF's! read more

Amy has been very rude to me my last couple of visits. I pay her a cash tip, I have paid by check with no name filled in at her request. and I gave her a 50% tip for Christmas. I was puzzled. Today was too much, she talked on the phone the entire time she did my manicure. I get clear polish so it's not a long nor arduous process. I asked her at checkout, "Have I done something to offend you?" She basically shrugged her shoulders and said she was doing my nails as a favor to Annie. RIP OFF........Overpriced, Poor Communication Skills and lack of qualified technicians I visited this salon 2 weeks ago because of it location I asked and paid for a full-set with coffin shape nails. After several conversations about my nails being to long , this not being what I wanted lead to much disappointment because I ended up with thick dragon nails ..... From one Business owner to another I returned yesterday not seeking anything for free but to express my dissatisfaction in hope that they would acknowledge their negligence in providing the services that I paid for, correct and address the error so we could move forward none of which happened. I was assigned to a technician, I explained my concerns and I asked for a cut down and fill-in. My nails were so badly applied that once she started she had to use the cuticle cutter to cut some of the new nail off. She chopped/cut my nails off to the point that one had to be built back up with Acrylic when I addresses it she began to mumble under her breath for the duration of my visit........I left with thick, lumpy super short nails.........TOTALLY DISSATISFIED!!! Really Unbelievable!!!! Ladies I suggest that you not only write these reviews but that you as I will too stop spending my money with people that care nothing about the services they provide, the community in which it serves but only about the luxury it affords them. For as you will see upon your arrival they have parked their Range Rovers and Corvettes for all to see....before you think that I am hating think not because I pulled off in my Jaguar.....never to return!!!!!!! I went for a basic manicure. Place is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. They do not sanitize their tools. The salon is dirty. The owner is ignorant and rude, so are many of the staff! I politely asked if the tech doing my nails would sanitize their tools before proceeding and was ignored. The owner started talking in another language to the nail tech who got loud with me (likely cursing me out in another language) and then walked off. I felt so uncomfortable and violated! With so many blood-borne pathogens and diseases it should be illegal for an establishment to be so careless. I usually go to Classy Nails in the same strip mall which is amazing. I went to CiCi's because Classy Nails was full. Never ever, ever again. I'm reporting CiCI Nails to the better business bureau and the health department! I've been there a handful of times before (4-5) and never received excellent service, more of mediocre to okay service and I continued to go as it's close to home. Yesterday was my last time patronizing this business. My daughter, mother and I went to get mani pedis yesterday; I was not a great experience. I'll caveat my story with the knowledge that getting your nails done may take a little longer if there is a long wait. We arrived and no one greated us, I signed in as normal. Maybe 10 minutes later someone came and said we were next, so we waited..an hour to be seen in the pedi chairs. They sat us down and we waited another 15 minutes for my daughter to get her pedi started and an extra 15 minutes for my mothers pedi to get started. I was still in the pedi chair waiting 35 later in cold water, still water (I did bring this to their attention). I told both ladies what color name and number my daughter and mother wanted. One of the ladies said the color was not available and I picked something different, to my dismay she ended up using something that did not match. It looked awful! I brought it up to their attention and they said, "What do you want us to do about it?" Obviously I said I want what I am paying for. Still wondering if I waited for my pedicure? Nope, I told them I no longer wanted it (as I waited a total of 45 minutes in the chair) and guess what they said, that I was next. In the meantime another patron said she had been there for 3 hours and was still getting bumped around with the same excuse- you are next! What do you want (after she already had told them she was waiting for no gel mani) All this waiting came with the nastiest attitudes, the kind of attitude where they looked upset and responded short without being empathetic of their customers time. To top it all of, as we were leaving Lana (who had done my mothers mani and pedi and expressed to my mother that she had not ate all day) snapped because she said she told my mom that she should have gotten no gel versus the polish and continued to go on a rant about how she didn't care anyway. I mentioned that I didn't care what she thought as up to this point I held back from entering into this battle. We left, I apologized to my mother who was in town visiting and my daughter who was getting her nails done for her birthday, they should never made to feel inferior in a place that is supposed to be relaxing. Needless to say, if you want less than excellent service with top notch attitude- go. If not, find another place, as I will going forward. read more

I started going to this place for my bi-weekly mani/pedi/wax sessions. Their prices weren't the best I had ever had, and they don't speak English well, but Vivian was consistently friendly and did a great job. So for my wedding, I thought it would be great to take my bridal party here. I came in and bought gift certificates for 3 mani/pedis and made the appointment for a few days before the wedding. When asked to make a deposit, I agreed and said I would pay for my services at the same time. The owner asked what I wanted, and I told him a no-chip mani and a regular pedi. He thanked me and said since I was bringing all of this business to him and for my wedding he would give me the no-chip mani at the regular mani price. I was very appreciative, but didn't solicit this, he just offered it. Come to the day of our appointment, we walk in to a packed house. There wasn't one chair available for my party of 12! So we sit down to wait, slightly annoyed. What's the point of the appointment??? When 20 minutes later they are ready for the first one of us, they ask what services we will need. I say everyone is getting a mani/pedi, 3 of them have gift certificates. I am getting a no-chip mani and regular pedi, which I already paid for as my deposit. So I sit down with my feet in the water and she comes and tells me, "you no get no-chip, you no pay for no-chip." I then explain the conversation with the owner. His wife proceeded to call me a liar and yell at me in front of the entire salon! Unbelievable! She went so far as to call her husband and yell at him. Then tells me that I need to pay them an extra $30. I would have paid for the no-chip with no problem, but to be talked to like that by someone I was bringing all of that business to was completely uncalled for. This honestly makes me want to cry. I thought I had finally found my spot for weekly manicures (and for $12). It all changed last night... I walked in and was greeted like normal. I was told to have a seat at the manicure station and was delighted when I looked up and saw my favorite Tech sitting across from me. That's when I noticed! She was visibly upset and crying. I was so shocked that she would take a client in that condition that I just awkwardly kept my head down not knowing what to do. She did 80% of my manicure crying! Tears falling on the table in front of my hand, on the phone upset with someone. She cut one of my fingers, excused herself from the table once and came back and it started all over again! I honestly hope everything is alright with her. I did feel really bad. Shortly before it was time to polish my now bleeding hands she got up, QUIT (as in her employment there) and left! So another employee came over and finished the job. The reason this is so unforgivable to me...I'm a regular there. The owner normally speaks to me and knows very well who I am. He watched this entire circus and wouldn't so much as make eye contact with me. How do you run a business this way!? To sum it up...I PAID and left. I now need to find somewhere else to get yet another manicure this week because obviously it looks like garbage! I will never be back! read more
