Beautiful salon and very friendly customer service but I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. This was my first time at the salon and I was a walk-in immediately you see how beautiful and spacious and clean the salon is so I had high hopes . I didn't have an appointment but they took me right away. I had a no chip pedicure, with Chrome polish and it looked fantastic and I was satisfied when I left the salon. Two days later, my polish was chipping off it was absolutely horrible. I just couldn't believe it and in four days, it looked like I hadn't had my nails done in a month. I paid $130 for a full set. Same day it chipped. They did not offer me anything to drink however I saw them offering it to others and have gotten something when I got my pedicure. I had been searching for a place for a while. I found this place when it had been opened for about two months and have been going ever since. The place is clean and large to handle a crowd. Cash or card for payment. There are many choices to select from with nail color and polish type. You will find whatever you are looking for here. I do not do designs but they are available if you do. Everyone is polite and they will ask if you would like a beverage while you wait or are being serviced. I usually get a no chip fill and there is a range of pedicures. Prices are comparable for the area and the quality I have received is better than the area IMO. I have tried most in a lot of areas and so far this one is the top of my list. read more

I had a pedicure and a nail dipped polish. Upon entering, I showed a picture of the design that I would like. I was informed that the actual design would not look exactly like the picture. I was told it would be $85. The pedicure was really good. The dip is OK. The nail design does not look even close to the picture, but it is a decent design. Another problem is that there is extra nail polish hanging off the side of several nails. The biggest problem is I was not informed, until it was time to pay, that it was being charged $5 additional for the length of my nail (medium length) plus an additional $5 for the shape of the nail. I even asked when I told her the shape would it be anything additional. If I was informed these two things when I showed the design, I probably would not have gotten my nails done there. read more

I wish I could give it a zero rating. I've been going there twice a month for almost a year. I always get a no chip manicure, and pedicure. About 3 months ago, Jaime the tech that has been doing my nails, started taking stuff from under my toenails. I couldn't figure out why. I keep My feet clean. It kept getting worse. I googled it, and all the symptoms pointed to toenail fungus. My toenails Are lifting on my toes. I went to a podiatrist. He took one look, and said you have a bad Case of toenail fungus. He said I should inform them at the salon. I went through everything in my head, that could have caused this horrible fungus. Then, It came to me. when I get the no chip on my toes, the way she checks to see if the polish is dry, she takes this nasty brown emery board out of her case. She runs it across the ends of the toes. THE SAME EMERY BOARD ON EVERY CLIENT. Now, keep in mind there's sealed kits at the start of the pedicure. She doesn't use the white one in the sealed kit. she uses this filthy brown One from her case. my toenails look horrendous. I told them, the manager had a talk with her. Zero apologies were issued for this. I informed them, I will need laser, and I might lose my 2 big toenails. Jaime laughed, and looked up at the two girls from the front desk. I got up, and left. I'm not trying to get them to pay for anything. Just the lack of compassion, and to laugh when I told her I might lose my nails. She wears gloves, and a mask. I bet she never touches that filthy emery board with her bare hands. I might add, I would tip her twenty dollars every 2 weeks when I would go in. A liner in the tub doesn't guarantee anything. I had a truly 5 star experience at Eclat. I was in town for a wedding and needed an emergency pedicure and fill-in on a Saturday morning. They got me in quickly, and the services I received were top tier. Michael did a fantastic job on my pedicure and, unlike many other places, didn't rush despite me being a walk-in. He did a great job on my fill and the shape of my nails. I am VERY particular about my nails and he did everything I asked with care and without any sign of annoyance. Paraffin on my feet and warm oil on my hands were the chef's kiss. The salon itself was spacious, updated, and clean. They offered beverages and a comfortable seating area while picking out colors. I really wanted to like this place. I walked in there to get a fill in. I picked a color and went to my seat. The person doing my nails said the color was boring and asked to switch it. They basically wanted to upsell the service and charged me $73 for a fill in. Definitely disappointing. Never explained what the actual charges were itemized. To do business like this is absurd. This is a catch n bait business. Once they render service they switch up the charge. I went in yesterday for the first time to try this place out.The nail tech who did my nails filed my nails slanted. When I asked her to fix it she said that's how my nail was. Funny I've never had that before. She kept accidentally stabbing me while cutting my cuticles. It was not pleasant at all. The nail polish didn't even last 2 hours before peeling. As for the manicure my nail tech was completely faded she smelled like weed and cigarettes. She took forever & she was very cheap with nail polish??? Disappointing experience with the manager Ken, if you're looking for a new salon please look elsewhere I visited Eclat Nails with 5 other people, including a bride. While the employees were friendly and did a decent job overall, we ran into an issue when the bride didn't like the color. I brought it up to the staff, and they seemed willing to help, but Ken, the manager, was dismissive. He said, "I'm trying to work with you," but didn't actually offer any options to fix the problem, --even though we were more than willing to pay the cost-- The bride was upset that he didn't even want to try. What made it worse was that there were 5 available employees just sitting around doing nothing, even though they could have easily helped fix the situation. Each one of us gave a generous tip that was a significant portion, greater than the total service cost. Unfortunately, you lost 5 clients (and more, since we'll be telling our friends who we recommended to come here) because of this poor handling. Moving forward, I'd suggest to Ken that sometimes it's worth going the extra mile to keep loyal customers happy. read more

I'm writing this review from the seat of the salon I had to go to when I left Eclat, with half of a pedicure that they could not get right. It wasn't my first time there but each time is a hit or miss experience. This time the nail tech put a polish on my toes that did not look like what I asked for at all, it looked like an off brand version of it. It was uneven because she did not shape my nails or smooth them out enough, I know because the tech at the salon I'm at now had to do it. If you get a professional at this salon keep them and make appointments with them. If you walk in a random person will do your nails and who knows what you'll leave with. They charged me for a basic pedicure but I left with no polish so they should have taken more off the cost. It was embarrassing for the manager to come over and make it seem like something was wrong with my toes and that's reason the polish doesn't look right. I have gotten hundreds of pedicures and no one has ever said that to me. Stop being cheap and purchase the brand of polish you advertise, and train your nail techs. You're just paying for the atmosphere here. read more

Unfortunately, I was unimpressed by the services I received both yesterday and today. The nail tech was quick which would have been a good thing if she'd done a good job. She was a bit rough with the filling, but most importantly, my nails were uneven and the shape of one was just plain ugly. When I got to the car, I was picking debris from under my nail that she didn't clean once she was done filing and drilling. THAT was a first for me. I went back today to get my nails reshaped and a polish change, and she still left polish around my cuticles on multiple fingers after I pointed it out to her on one. went multiple times with one good experience. my last two experiences were bad. after getting my nails done waiting while my friend finished, one of the employees told me my eyebrows could use some work and she could help me. the last time I went, i got a dip manicure and the employee let them air dry for less than a minute before placing another coat on. he was picking stuff off my nails after applying a clear coat and within 2 weeks my nails all chipped off. sad that their service has changed. read more
