I love the quality of my nails every time I leave the salon and the VIP pedicure is amazing and 100% worth it for the leg massage also. The service I received was fine. It's the way they do business that gets the 1 star from me. It's very weird. First, they are appt only. Why, I'm not sure. Every time I was there there were a max of 2 other people getting services. The second time I came, I had an appt at 3pm. I walked up at 2:58 and she's calling me to see where am I. Why??? I'm not late, and there are only 2 people here getting services, so it's not like you're packed with people. I had an appt today that I needed to move to the next day because life happens, and she gave me a hard time about moving the appointment. I told them you must not need the business if you're hassling me about moving my appt, so no thank you! They're free to operate their business how they wish, and I'm free to take my money elsewhere. Update: I saw the owner's response. I never understood why owners reply to bad reviews. Unless it's a discriminatory, racist or scamming accusation, it's a waste of time. It's that person's experience with your business. It also just gives credence to the original poster's review. It was not 3x, but if it was 100x WHO CARES! You were given the courtesy of a heads up. As I stated in my original post, you have the right to run your business your way. Continue to have odd business practices. I will continue to never give you my money again. :-) read more

This is my go to nail place now. I appreciate they are timely and take appointments. They are very nice to help you in choosing a color or looking at your photos to make sure they give you exactly what you want. They are very patient and detail oriented. The pedicure is so relaxing and always lasts a long time. I've been to other places when I'm out of town and Super Star is the only one who does my French manicure perfectly. I'm absolutely upset about my nails they did a good job on designing them but awful quality I asked for acrylic gel no chip service for years and I had to go somewhere else because my main girl just had a baby so she's out of commission for now and decided to go here this is clearly not a no chip not to mention that it may be acrylic so they broke instantly. I don't think I'll ever go back here again. I contacted them about a refund. They refused to give it to me and I asked him if they could just redo my whole nails because I knew that they were all gonna chip and two to one. I don't have a photo of it a couple more tips chipped off so I ended up having to cut them down file them. This is not worth $75. read more

I took my chances and made an appointment here. (not needed. you can definitely walk in but they said they prefer appointments for some reason) i thought it would be great because they have GREAT reviews and i loveee the designs people have posted of their nails! it seemed like they did a great job. however, after my experience, I DO NOT recommend. i wanted to give them a second try maybe, but now as i rethink, i will not be going back. First, i got dip on my nails. it was cute, the guy was very patient when i switched my color once he was getting ready to start, which i really appreciate. HOWEVER! he was so slow. it took him 2 and a half hours to do my dip (i came in with nothing on my nails) and my toes. it's fine if you have all the time in the world, but that's a ridiculous unnecessary amount of time. Second, my nails chipped not even 2 hours of getting them done. i went back the next day and the guy kept huffing while he was doing my nails, with some sort of attitude. they did not charge me though. i also brought to their attention that my nails DID NOT MATCH in color even though i asked for it. they tried to argue with me claiming it was the same color. the lady offered to add another layer (not sure how that would fix the problem) and then i asked if the color could be changed. she said it would be 15$. i passed on that. 2 days later my nails chipped AGAIN! these were not worth 60$. Also, for the pedicure. it is NOT worth it. the pictures are 4 days after going. they did not massage, did not cut my cuticles or scrub. all they did was cut my nails, file them and then color. that is NOT worth the 30$. i could have done that at home. read more

I really liked the customer service. They took me as a walk-in with no wait and the prices were really reasonable. The shop is smaller than most (only four pedicure chairs when most have at least eight), but since they are a smaller shop, they weren't overbooked and rushing my services. This is a shop that offers standard services. I will say that the pedicure chair is loud when your turn it on for the massage...but aside from that, it's a decent experience. read more

I loved the look of my nails, but not only did my basic almond french tip nails with chrome cost 95$, but the retention on these nails was awful. My LONGER acrylic nails usually last me about 3 weeks to a month and from here they lasted about 1 and a half weeks. The reviews for Super Star Nails were pretty great so I sent a request for a pedicure and was answered in five minutes. I made an appointment for 12:30 pm. There was no wait and I was greeted upon arrival. I got the organic collagen spa pedicure and it was awesome. My technician was very attentive and always consulted me if everything was to my liking. As I looked around the salon the atmosphere was so relaxing and pleasant. The prices are reasonable and it is by appointment which makes it really nice because there is not a crowd of people waiting around. I used to hop around nail salons because I used to get my nails done like only once a year, but this salon has become my FAVORITE! The salon itself has a really nice atmosphere. It's so clean, and they play calming music. My mom and I come here to get our nails done and bond together. I usually get acrylics and fill-ins, and Jennie usually takes care of me. She's always so careful and very nice. She takes her time and pays attention to detail. Sometimes, I'm indecisive so I show her some pictures of what I'm thinking of and then let her do her magic. My mom has had Ting and Kate do her nails and she loves them both as well. They are also very nice and careful to make sure you are comfortable. We will definitely be coming back! :) read more

This place is soooo nice! I came in on a Monday morning for a pedicure and to get my nails done and they got me in ASAP! I would call ahead just in case though. I had Celine as the nail and pedicure person and she was the nicest person I've ever met. I had the pleasure of visiting this nail salon today and was very satisfied with the service I received. Jenny took her time and made sure that my nails were perfect. Her attention to detail was appreciated and when she saw a slight flaw on one nail she quickly corrected it even though I didn't even notice. The salon was clean, quiet and relaxing. Unfortunately, about 30 minutes before the end of my service, a customer came in and talked on his phone the whole time. It was rude, inconsiderate, and really ruined the calm atmosphere. I've been seeing Vivian for a while now and let me tell you she's amazing! I do mini pedicure and it's great! She spends an hour making sure to get my toes to look amazing everyone! And the massage is wonderful at least a half hour rubbing my legs with massage oil! The other ladies seem to be just as good from what I could see with other customers but I think I'll stick with Vivian! You have to try this salon the atmosphere is so relaxing and calm! I wanted a full set but they told me their acrylic lady wasn't in today. They were able to do a full set and more which was very sweet of them.
