Anytime we visit this restaurant it's to get a decent variety of food for the kids quick & at a good price. The place has ran incredible under the manager, named Travis. I believe he's been there many years now, and there is no doubt that he runs a tight ship. Everyone is friendly, they speak, smile, and always offer to help, etc. It is extremely clear that this manager knows who to hire, how to train his people, & holds extremely high standards. You do not have to worry about anything being out of sorts, because it just doesn't happen here. Good job to this team, and doing a great job, and keeping a clean, well functioning facility! Not only was the pizza buffet fully stocked with a variety of different pizzas, but when our kids game card was stolen by another kid, the manager came and gave him a brand new card on the house. I'm incredibly impressed with this location and would recommend it to anyone! read more

So, by all means go if you'd like to subject yourself to the following: kids running around (mostly unsupervised) banging away at arcade games ( what are arcade games doing here)? FROZEN pizza kept barely warm. Too many tables to count that were not bussed. Plastic utensils and plastic cups. I'm surprised there wasn't paper plates. 5/5 unbeatable value for the price!! This location has surprising tasty food. The pizza is never stale and rarely do I find myself eating all of the crust but here it is so crunchy and delicious. The cheesy garlic bread is my favorite, along with the cinnamon rolls which are baked perfectly! The pizza may be thin but this is better as you can try many different pizzas without getting full too fast. My family of 5 walked in to eat a late dinner at about 8:30. We chose a table that was closer to the back due to Covid and me trying to keep my family healthy. Immediately before we sat down a worker came over and told us that that table was not available and that we needed to move to a table in the more populated area of the restaurant. I stated that I did not want to sit at that part of the restaurant because the tables were not spaced 6 feet apart people were not wearing masks employees or customers including those behind the counter making the pizza. He made us move anyway so once I found a table that was far enough away that I felt was far enough spaced to protect my family. We begin to eat after our meal, after we had pizza left over so I decided to get a pizza box to put our remaining pizza in to take home. The manager came over and in a very rude manner stated you have to pay for that at first I thought it was a joke because of the way he phrased it but I soon realized he was serious. He then stated don't worry I'll take care of it when I was willing to pay. As I was getting ready to leave my son needed a diaper change we went into the restroom to change his diaper after about a minute and a half of being in the bathroom the music got turned so loud that my ears begin to ring because of the volume of the music I could only imagine what pain that caused my 1 and 1/2 year old son. Yes, it's a buffet but definitely one of the best ones I've come to. Decided to bring the kiddo here with some friends and was pleasantly surprised to see so many happy employees and cleanliness. They kept the pizza and deserts full as well. They were more than happy to fulfill a pizza request and buzzed us when it was ready. Great pizza joint if you want fast, easy and inexpensive. Food was great. However the service was not. Upon first arrival the cashier made a comment to the customer behind me that made me want to ask for a refund at that very moment. They were talking briefly about business booming during the summer, the conversation went on, and the cashier told the gentlemen behind me "I don't really care about UGA starting back, they don't help our business, a bunch of rich kids anyway...". It seems that in post-COVID times, restaurant quality, service, and offerings have diminished. Most refuse to even open a dining room because they would rather hand it to you from a window. Not this CI-CI's. They continue to be a great place to eat. The manager is actively involved, has a great staff and keeps the food hot and fresh. They have a salad bar and soup/pasta station as well.
