I usually take my daughter to an indoor playground in Atlanta because it is our favorite. However, I thought it was worth trying out Kid's Paradise because I was bringing 2 other kids with us and they live near this place. When we arrived the young lady - I say lady but she was a teenager - tried to charge me for a baby that was with the other Mom who dropped her kid off for me. The young lady didn't even ask how many kids I was paying for before ringing me up. Thankfully, I noticed the amount was wrong and had her correct it. When we went into the play areas, the first thing I noticed was that the floor was visibly dirty. It was filthy, actually. It was so gross that I could hardly stand to be in there walking around in my socks. The thought of the three kids playing on the toys and playground was really disgusting. I kept sanitizing their hands every chance I had because I didn't want them to touch their hands with such filth everywhere. If I hadn't been bringing friends with us to play, I would have left immediately with my daughter. But, I didn't want to disappoint the other little kids. I let them play for almost 2 hours to get our money's worth but I honestly couldn't stand it a second longer. It is really too bad that the place was so gross because they did have some pretty cool stuff that the kids loved. There were these neat stuffed animals that were battery-operated ride-on toys. Most of them wouldn't work but some did and the kids liked those toys. Also, there was an obstacle course and a zip line. Big hit. But, there was a problem there because a little boy kept jumping right in front of the kids as they were flying down the zip line and it was so dangerous. He wouldn't listen to me (I don't think he understood me) and his parents were nowhere to be seen. And, the front desk where the one employee I saw working stays is not in the sight line of the play area. Also, some really young girls were riding the zip line and the youngest kept breaking in line in front of all the other kids. I handled all of that as nicely as I could but it should be mandatory for parents to be near enough to their kids to keep everyone safe and from causing problems with other kids. And, the employees should be able to see those areas, especially for the sake of safety. The one time the employee emerged was to fuss at my kids and tell them to put the ride on toys back up against the wall when they are finished. But, the batteries were dead on them so these kids had to push these super heavy things even though they didn't get to use them because they had died when other kids were riding them. All in all, a place that has potential but because it is poorly run (not enough employees or supervision or keeping the playground/toys working) and not kept up at all as far as cleanliness, this place is not somewhere I will ever be visiting again and will not recommend. read more

This was my first time here and I must say I was shocked. The place was dingy and dank with trash strewn about the place. The padded rides were worn and dirty. In some places some of the padding was coming apart, but it seems management couldn't care less because they made no effort to remedy the problem. Not even some duct tape was applied to the cotton spilling out of the busted padding. There were literally 2 swings in the place and they were both broken. One of them was definitely a safety violation because the broken plastic seat had sharp pieces sticking out. The padding on the floor was stained with lord knows what. One area appeared to be soiled with vomit or bird droppings. I mean this place was just incredibly and unnecessarily dirty. We made our way over to the arcade section and guess what? Most of the arcade games are out of service! Smh. I don't know if this place is on it's way out of business or what. The place was empty probably 3 people including me on a Monday evening. I took my 3 year old and 5 year old here one Saturday evening to let them blow off steam because they had been in the house all day. When we walked in I Immediately smelled feet at the door. We paid for the time that we wanted to play and purchased socks for them. They were told they could only go to certain areas because of their height, understandable. The kids started playing and my 3 year old told me he had to use the bathroom. My husband watched my 5 year old while I took my other son to the bathroom. When we walked into the bathroom I smelled feces and urine. When we looked in the stall their was feces smeared all over the bathroom stall. We picked the cleanest of the many bathrooms and tried not to touch anything. As far as the play equipment for the children. It was dirty, looks like it is early clean and not a lot of staff on the floor for assistance at all. You would think for a place that is FOR CHILDREN and how much children don't care and just touch whatever and put whatever in their mouth it would be way cleaner. We visited Kids Paradise IN Norcross Georgia. on 9/16/23 for my Grandaughter's Birthday. The money was paid in advance. To our HORROR! The room we were given was exceptionally dirty ! There was filth everywhere. Nothing could be set up because of chairs strewn everywhere. I could not believe my eyes. Our Baby was turning 1 years old and the filth made me concerned for the children that attended. My son went out and bought cleaning supplies so we could clean the room before even setting up ! Filth on mirrors, handprints, snot, dust, dirt, grime, the toys had black dirt on them.. on child slid down a slide and her clothes became black !!! The floor was so dirty. It felt like a slip n slide. Your hands stuck to the rails. Nothing was as promised. The kids pizza was burnt ! We were given no utensils at all. It was a horrible situation. We paid for Elmo. I was not a fan of this place. I took my one year old here and was immediately disappointed when we walked in. Most of the toys were broken , a lot of things seemed a little dirty & I feel like there is NOT a wide variety of activities for a one year old. The play area needs to definitely be remodeled or upgraded. My son loves ball pits, but when we went inside the one here it was horrible& my son immediately wanted out. I brought my kids here last night and they really enjoyed themselves. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no one enforcing the no shoes or bare feet rule in the play area. I saw several adults with shoes on and a lady with her bare feet rubbing them on the plastic balls (which was kind of nasty because the kids pick them up and play with them). The floor was already pretty dirty and in need of cleaning. Other than that it's a nice establishment. The cafeteria has lots of food choices and they have a delicious lemonade slushie. Very disappointed, to convey the least. This place needs to update their pictures, as they are very deceiving. The building has a lingering odor, which may be due to the pool in the back, and even as we left, I felt as if I could still smell it. I don't think this place has been truly cleaned in over a year, as the foam on the floor was stained from previous messes not being cleaned up correctly, if at all. Most of the equipment didn't work or was just plain dirty [Trampoline was broken, Animal scooters were ripped or busted]. This place could have so much potential if they just cleaned it up and upgraded the equipment. I took off after not even ten minutes, as I didn't want to risk my child getting sick from lack of cleanliness. I didn't dare enter the ball pit with my son, as I could already tell by the rest of the establishment that it would be a hotspot for bacteria to thrive. Wish I would have taken updated pictures to include, but we just wanted to scurry out of there before we caught anything. I state this as sincerely as possible. This place is tacky and gross but my kid loved it because kids are dumb and gross, so there's that. The girl working the front was really nice and that's always appreciated. We were in the 3-10 yr old section and it was wild! So much running and screaming and jumping everywhere you look. Random kids at your feet grabbing balls they took from the ball pit and made a random game with at one of the slides in the open area. The area was covered in plastic coated foam and you have to take off your shoes to walk in. Music was blaring from the speakers; I'm pretty sure they played that Opa Gangnam Style song. It was like being at a disco after a bad trip. They have these contraptions similar to a merry go round and one looked like it came out of Miley Cyrus' Wreckingball video. There's even a little dance floor. The covered area with the ball pit and two huge slides was anxiety inducing. It included a dirty, inoperable stepping piano and stairs leading to different places. There was a discount Minnie Mouse your kid could take a pic with! We even ran into discount Elsa with her bandaid peeling off of her back tattoo! Everything was filthy but it is what it is! We've brought our daughter here a number of times and it was decent the first few times but recently we noticed that the play area lost a lot of rides and play structures. There aren't enough balls for the ball pit and they raised the prices. Not worth coming here for +$13 a child 3yrs and up. There was no staff around to reinforce the rules and stop bigger kids from wrecking the rotating rides. A bunch of them were jumping, standing, and swinging way too hard on those things. Trying to compete w Chuckee Cheese, forget it. The ride toys for toddlers is unsafe, unsturdy, dirty. Parents can not sit on any play surfaces with children. You want to go to the ninja section? It costs more, bring your gripper socks or you have to buy them, be taller than 4.5 feet and do gymnastics. $19.99 for admission, ninja section and socks. I deserved a refund. Penny-pinching should never impact the safety of small children. Anytime safety is a low priority in a children's play area, it's an automatic one star review. It's like a restaurant tolerating roaches or rats, or a mechanic's shop content with sloshed technicians. This is business management 101 stuff, and it's on the proprietors of this place that the situation was allowed to exist in the first place. I guess no one can accuse me of burying the lede. Mind you, I'm not dinging this business over a single visit. Equipment subject to the rigors of small children is going to experience wear and tear. Rather, after reading the reviews here and elsewhere and seeing the management make empty promises over issues that clearly date back months, it seems only fair to highlight many of these glaring issues continue to exist. We visited yesterday because we had been gifted Groupon vouchers for this "establishment", and I hesitate to use those words after what I saw. The lady at the front desk might have been a manager or not. I'd never know. She was in street clothes without a name tag. Makes sense. One thing you definitely want in a kid's play center is a muddled employee dress code. That way someone can approach a random small child and tell them mommy is outside with ice cream, and march them right out the exit doors you don't have any kind of gatekeeper system for. You're presented with two pricing options. One gets you into the "ninja course" and the other into the playground. I'll spare you the pricing analysis: you're overpaying no matter which option you select. See how easy I made that? Walk past the non-functional cafe' and you'll find the play area. It looks vaguely like a subway station and a storage warehouse decked out with kids' play equipment and arcade games in various states of disrepair and neglect. The ninja course is on your right. A shorted-out TV above it displays the map of the course, I think. It's here you might begin to notice the soundtrack to the day's activities, and will probably echo what other reviewers have said--that English has to be a second language for the staff and management. That's the only way I could explain "Clint Eastwood" by the Gorillaz playing at full volume. See? Kid's Paradise is fun *and* educational! In any event you unleash the children into the playground itself. Walking around you quickly discover more signs of neglect. Ratted-out play equipment with non-functional lights and frayed edges. Some of the choices were questionable as well, such as the spinning Christmas Tree of Paralysis. The toddler area is in pretty good shape, minus a few worn-out blocks. Some of the padded benches in the area are free-floating, and not padded on all sides, so you can easily move them around yourself, or find them dumping you on the floor. This is the second experience available in Kid's Paradise, which I shall dub Orthopaedist's Paradise from this point forward. Or perhaps Orthopaedist's Punishing Paradise. You down with OPP? Anyway, if you go running around with the kids you'll see more problems. Nothing looks like it has ever been cleaned. The staff assures us on other review sites the play area is cleaned regularly. I don't believe for a second same the same people taking a nonchalant approach to things like exposed metal bolts in the multi-level play maze would be concerning themselves with cleanliness. I mean, my God. What a disaster. There's so much more I saw that I could go on about. Outside food and drink isn't allowed? Fine. Where do we get anything since your cafe is closed? I have other questions, too. Why go through the trouble of plugging in the kid keyboard that plays Chinese songs if the keys don't work anyway? What call was so important that one of your staffers was on her phone the entire time? Why do you choose to wheel out arcade games (I assume you were replacing, which is a good idea) through the main thoroughfare people are entering? Are the massage chairs degreased on a regular basis since everything else doesn't look like it ever gets cleaned? Do you really think a waiver is going to save you in court if some poor kid gets paralyzed or shatters a knee cap in this place? (Hint: Even if you survive the obvious negligence charges in civil court, the costs alone defending your business are going to bankrupt you). I guess I should conclude this review with the obvious: We won't be back. Not exactly the stunning conclusion to this saga, I know. But hopefully you've read this, and hopefully you won't take your kids here. It's not worth the risk to their safety. read more

The food area is terrible, they never have some many things and just few options, all junky. The tokens games are bad, just make you spend more and more money. But, since my daughter enjoys it is ok. I'm mad I had to give this a star at all , got to the place and it was hard to get any one to even check the waiver , then none of the games work , we paid 22bucks for 2 kids both under 5 because it is Saturday,then my kid could not use none of the riding stuffed animals because the lady turned them off at 830 because of closing but it does not close till 9. This is the second time I came and was not happy the first time , I should have went some were else but it's my kids birthday and she wanted to go there. Hi, I came 2 nd time here on October 17, 2018. I bought 2 Groupon deals for anytime visits. I redeemed one successfully a few days ago and came back. The person at the front office - Sabiya ? Not sure her name - started giving me hard time about redeeming the second Groupon voucher. She was rude, mean & demanded to see the first voucher too, along with the second one. Well - first one was redeemed and person at the desk took it, so I didn't have it anymore. She wouldn't let us in, demanding to show her the first voucher too! I found a photo of it on Groupon and showed it to her along with the second voucher. She continued to be rude & mean, & disrespectful. Also read the days the admission is good for this is important cause if you show up the wrong day you will have to pay full admission. *** So I purchased admission for this on a GroupOn and while it was a pleasant experience there are some issues. First there is an 'arcade' this amounts to about 10~15 machines most in Asian languages, well the ones that are working. Don't plan on this keeping older kids (6+) entertained for long. Secondly is there is a lack of staff so if you don't show up early (like when they open or shortly after) you will experience a long wait while the single front desk person handles each new guest. The concession stand is also similarly under staff so wait times and confusion are definitely high, also when one of the staff seems to not understand English or Spanish and makes no effort to communicate clearly also does not bode well for anything turning out well. Prices for food and beverages are on par with a convenience store, ie pricey. The pictures conjure a much larger play space than is actually present and is meant for ages less than 6, maybe 7 at a stretch. The play area is clean and in working order, well maintained, and without tears or rips I've seen in other play areas in some even 'high end' bounce houses. They also make the kids 'sanitize' every time with hand sanitizer they go into the play area if they exit, so they make more effort than most. Overall I was impressed more with what we found in the inside than what we arrived to on the outside. I wouldn't recommend this for the faint of heart, those with easy cringe factors, or those that don't understand white entitlement cause it will not serve you here. read more

I heard about this place threw a friend so I gave it a try. I took my 2 year old and my baby here. The front desk guy wanted to charge me 6.99 for my baby (6 months ) when he wouldn't be doing any. I told him no that's ridiculous. The good thing about this place is there is a gate that an employee opens and closes. My son had a blast here buttttt there was NO AC ! Bathrooms were a mess. My 17 month old enjoyed this place. As her parents, we enjoyed ourselves. It's huge. We don't have any playspace like this in NYC. And for only $6.99. What a freaking steal! Not sure why so many people are complaining that it's expensive. Haha it's like $20 in the city. Guess different state, different standards.
