We had great service from Chandler and another team member. They were super friendly and welcoming! The pizza, soup, and salad were fresh and hit the spot, as always. It's a consistently enjoyable experience here. CiCi's remains our favorite spot for pizza dining!

Very clean and neat. Pizza was really good for a buffet place. I especially liked the Alfredo pizza and the buttery crisp crust. Staff is nice, if you want anything they will get it for you. Overall a very nice place.

Employees sitting on the counter vs. Working.

We hadn't had Cici's since our time in Missouri- so we were excited to take the kids. There's nothing but teenagers in the front wearing street clothes with hoodies on & such. (Made them look unruly & not as if they worked for Cici's. Some of the employees were sitting on the counter telling stories back and forth. One of the teens working starting to shout & spew out cuss words without a care in the world. All sorts of b****es and telling his coworker to "hold the f**k on"... so loud to the point where my toddler repeated his foul language during lunch. I went to the counter to verify what we heard- the employee stated he did in fact curse at his fellow staff. I went over to the manager & he just told me that he talked to him and that he was sorry. The manager didn't seem to care one lick... he went on about his job as if we weren't upset. There was a random kid that wasn't working standing awkwardly on the opposite side of the register ... didn't know if he was apart of this horrible staff or if it was an employees boyfriend or friend. The pizza itself was so so- nothing to brag about. At the end of our time the same foul mouthed teen starting telling stories about how he drinks 5th of alcohol everyday & gets f****d up at home. The entire visit was inappropriate from beginning to end. The lack of management thereof is alarming. My family goes out every Sunday after church... this was extremely unpleasant. Take your money elsewhere.

We absolutely love dinosaurs so when we saw this was in town, we got tickets. You can get them…read moreonline but also get them at the door, but if they're busy, you'll need to wait, as you get an entrance time in 30 minute intervals on your tickets purchased ahead of time. They have special pricing for family tickets - minimum of 4 tickets - and those below the age of 3 are free. If you play Jurassic World Alive, there's a special incubator you can get there. This is set up OUTSIDE of Katy Mills Mall... on the parking lot, to be exact. It's fairly obvious and easy to get to. We went with our 2 young kids, ages 3 and almost 7. We watched Jurassic World 2 nights ago to be prepared and the experience largely follows that movie. You're one of the visitors to Isla Nublar and you get a VIP tour that also includes seeing the hatching room and petting baby dinosaurs - namely a parasaurolophus and ankylosaurus (Bumpy). You also see the raptor cage and even sneak past a T-Rex! No Pterosaurs though. We heard there's a chance of jump scares courtesy of Blue, BUT that didn't happen on our tour. I assume it's because our group had a lot of young kids. A bummer (we prepared our kids for any possible ones, but it didn't happen). There is a human in the Blue costume. I felt that part was fairly tame - the fog machine helped set the scene but it was still PG. Maybe even G. Overall, it was pretty fun! For about $20 per person including the discount, it wasn't bad because the animatronics were pretty impressive. Family friendly, though one kid (maybe aged 7-8?) was scared with the T-Rex. Videos and cameras are allowed, just no flash. You get many photo opportunities throughout, staff will help you with photos, and you have a chance to buy the ones you take at the beginning. They have a gift shop where most of the things are overpriced (shirts, plushies). I grabbed a magnet and some postcards. I was also tempted with the posters. The biggest thing is they clearly favor certain dinosaurs over others. My daughter's favorite is stygimoloch but other than him appearing in the tour, he had no merchandise. On the plus side, I didn't fork over $30 for a Stygi plushie or shirt. I also wish there was a jump scare to make it feel completely worth it, but it was still great fun - especially for dinosaur lovers! Got home a few hours later and my 3 year old kept on saying how the dinosaurs were fun. Expect to spend no more than an hour there though.

I will say the dinosaurs are very realistic. I like that they only let a small group at a time. I…read morefeel as though as it could have been more interactive. For example instead of touching dinosaur poop they could have had us touch the dinosaur egg or the baby dinosaurs. The dinosaur eggs should have cracked open when you pushed the button. Also they did not show the dinosaur eating the piece of meat as shown on TikTok. I understand it's in a tent but it was extremely hot. This would entertain a child 5 or below. The price of admission does not justify the experience.

The park was not crowded, and our 2-year-old was able to spend as much time as he wanted at each activity without having to wait. It started getting busier around 10:00-10:30 a.m., so I would definitely recommend arriving early. Our son absolutely loves tractors and big construction equipment, so this place was a dream come true for him. There were plenty of hands-on activities, and he had the best time exploring everything. Even though it was a hot day, there was a good amount of shade throughout the park, along with lots of picnic tables where families could sit, relax, or enjoy a snack. There is also a nice playground, which gave our toddler another fun option when he wanted a break from the equipment. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated that they had two family restrooms available. There is also a concession stand for snacks and drinks and a gift shop at the end, which was a nice touch before heading home. Overall, Dig World was a fun, unique, and well-thought-out experience for young children. Our 2-year-old had the best time, and we would definitely visit again!

I have a 9 year old daughter who tried a trial class and loved it as well, but she's in gymnastics and I only can afford one recreational activity for each child at the moment. Anywho... I love the fact that the coaches make the kiddos wash their hands upon entering. Afterwards, they head to the waiting area to get ready for class. The class is an hour long and the kids get to do quite a bit. There are climbing areas, ropes, bars, jump stations, and other spots for them to switch to. They start off with some cardio to get their little hearts racing. Normally, it's a few laps around the gym and some lunges or something similar. After that, they stretch and then get assigned to groups. Each group goes to a different station for around 5-7 minutes or so and then they switch until they've gone to all of the stations. They normally have a water break after the first half of class and then they head back to continue. The coaches are very nice and VERY patient. I've seen a few kiddos misbehave and the coaches have always remained calm while pulling them aside and talking to them for a bit. The age range from what I can see is from around 4-12/13 and all the kids always seem to be super excited when they arrive. If you're looking for something for your kiddo to enjoy that's fun and affordable, try this place out. It's 90/month for a weekly hour-long class and your child gets a shirt for registering. This place is clean, fun, and priced just right. You can't go wrong if you choose to come.

The two teenagers working the desk told us there would be a 40‑minute wait. That would've been fine--except the 40 minutes turned into a full hour. We ended up stuck behind a large 6‑year‑old's birthday party, even though the course itself only had about four people actually playing. Instead of letting us play through or staggering groups, they just had us stand around waiting with no explanation. When we started to play golf, they handed us gaming cards for the arcade, which was very confusing why didn't they give it to us in the beginning so we had something to do, but we didn't come for the arcade, and we weren't doing anything--they just didn't manage the flow well at all. A few positives: the bathrooms were clean, and the place itself is visually fun. But be aware there's no real food available--just tiny bags of chips--and no alcohol. The only drinks for sale are canned sodas. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and not worth the hassle. If you're planning to go on a weekend, especially with a Groupon, I'd say it's not worth the discounts.
