Average wait time mind you is 15 minutes give or take. The REDO took 30 minutes?! My drive home took ten minutes. The pizza was just warm, bottom crust not fully baked, soggy. The onion, bell pepper and mushrooms were raw. We preheated our oven and placed pizza right on the rack and monitored to our preferred doneness. Very doubtful now that we will return.

The tables were also sticky and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. On a positive note, once my order was taken, the food came out quickly. However, the overall experience felt disorganized. This doesn't seem like a staffing issue as much as a training and management issue. With better leadership, customer service, and attention to detail, this location could provide the same great experience I've come to expect from other Crust Pizza locations.
