First I want to say we live in Red Oak and when we dine-in we ALWAYS choose Lancaster over Waxahachie due to the quality of food and the staff being much friendlier. So this is our go-to Cici's for in-store. Tonight we placed an order on the Cici's app for delivery and unfortunately we were missing our brownies so I left feedback online to the store to let them know. Unfortunately for the store, their third party delivery driver was given the brownies but did not deliver them. When I tell you... within 5 minutes I received a call from the store. I missed the call but it was Mr. Victor calling to apologize and correct the missing item. When I called back I spoke with Mr. Albert. Both of these gentlemen went above and beyond tonight and I hope they receive praise for the way they turned my night around. Not only did I get my brownies, but they made me a FULL size order of brownies, a Bulgarian pie pizza (my favorite ), and they offered my daughters each a drink to-go as well. All I had to do was go pick it all up at my convenience. I truly believe that people like Victor & Albert are the reason Cici's is still thriving after all these years. A+ customer service, thank you for restoring my hope in food service. We are so used to having to take our losses when we order out now. The food was fine in most aspects apart from having a hair in the crust of my boyfriend's pizza...eww. The (assumed) manager of this establishment is very rude and hostile. If you can avoid talking to the staff then this place is just a regular old Ci-Ci's but if you're going order other food or have something special made - just go to a different location. read more

Overcharged my card. They left a tip when I clearly wrote $0.00. It's self service I'm not leaving a tip, but I was charged an additional $10 on top of the $78 I had paid for the next day. Did a charge back, but that's just shady business. Pay your workers better so they aren't inclined to steal. read more

Went here with my sister last night and had a so so experience. The price was right at just $6 per person for the full buffet. The salad part looked fresh and good. I was able to make my own mixed salad as they had tons of fresh vegetables and a Cesar salad and a mixed lettuce salad. I combined both salads and topped it with onions and peppers. They had a great selection of salad dressings, so I got the Italian kind. Unfortunately this is where the freshness stops at the buffet. All of the pizzas looked like they had been sitting out for hours. The cheese and all of the toppings looked dried up under the florescent lights. Nothing looked appetizing. So, I saw a woman filling out a form at the end of the buffet and asked about it--you can order your own personal pizza!! There were two types of forms. One with several different types of pizzas and the other where you could decide what kind of bread and toppings you wanted. I went with making my own and got the flatbread with red sauce topped with chicken, green peppers, mushrooms, red spices, and pineapple. It was actually really good! So, I took a couple of bites and I was really full, so I asked the manager about taking it home. They charge $2 per person for a box--really?!? He told me this was because they use their own materials for the carry out. But, the box cannot cost them more than .10, but they charge us $2!?! I can understand if I loaded my plate up with tons of more food. But, my sister and I only went to the buffet once--once!! Such a mess! Well, I paid it because I did not want them to throw away perfectly good food. I wonder how much food they do throw away because of the ridiculous carry out charge and poorly made pizza?? Pizza always hot and fresh. They do a nice job keeping the tables clean. We have been several times and it is always the nice service and tasty pizza. My wife enjoys the noodle soup too, apparently everyone does because it's doesn't last long when it comes out to the buffet. read more

This Cicis has made me a happy customer again. I had given up on all Cicis for a few years due to the quality and freshness of food that was put out. The manager, Albert, here is awesome at making sure this location is running smooth. There's always fresh pizza out and if you don't see your favorite on the line just ask and they will make it for you. This is the 3rd time I've given Cicis another chance after giving up on them... The food was great, however, the manager was very rude to his coworker. Telling him " i got this, go" but with an ugly attitude. He was very disrespectful and all I said was 'thank you' when he (the manager) handed me my plate of food; I could have said something right then and there but I didn't want to get the Hispanic guy in trouble for rebuking the bald headed manager's rudness. I've been to cicis once. It's got your typical buffet food. In this case pizza. The service was good. They took care of us. The pizza was good not great but the highlight of the trip to cicis was there cinnamon rolls they were great. I wouldn't say it's the best pizza buffet I've had but all in all it was good read more

Ewww Weee I hate this location! I've visited this location more than once and every time it's the same ol' mess, It's crowded, messy, and unsanitary. The staff is young and could careless, and the cooks are slow. At my last visit, they wouldn't honor my gift card. The cashier told me she had never seen that particular gift card. so I explained I purchased it at another location. So of course I asked for a manager, just to be told the manager had left to go pick up stuff from a different location. The cashier never bothered to see if the card would swipe, and needless to say I never got my order. On a different visit I was so annoyed sitting at the table listening to the floor manager and an employee talk about how much they hated working there and chatting about all the other places they had applied that day. The employees are young and I could tell they get along really well, because they did more laughing and playing than cleaning and serving. Every time I'm here we have to order pizza, because they don't like to set out too much food, which I don't understand because the place is crowded. I even had to ask for cheese for my salad and the salad girl said they keep it in the fridge because people take to much and she always have to order more. SERIOUSLY My other visits were for kids birthday parties, It's not a freaking Chuckey Cheese. read more

Well we primarily order for take out. We have never had an issue with our order being wrong and not hot ready for pick up. This is the closest CiCis to Desoto and I am always hesitant to go to any business in Lancaster but I have been impressed by their friendliness and attitudes of customer services especially over the phone. Never judge a book by its cover. You can expect the floor to be a little dirty at times but it is not that they are not clean its the kids, when it gets crowded I think it can be a bit much to handle. The manager runs a tight ship. The best part is the fact I can get 4 pizzas for $20.00!!!! Wheewww! read more

Can you say outdated? Was not impressed with food, service, or environment. Too many seating places dirty, tables cluttered with dirty dishes. Kitchen does not seem organized. Not enough pizzas are made to accommodate for the number of people the place can hold. Also, only one drink location for such a large dinning area, always standing in a line for something. Salad bar is very small and disappointing. Have been to other locations that did a hell of a job. Lots of unorganized employees here. read more

I come by from time to time when I'm in town to kill time and enjoy the pizza. Every time I see Albert, I notice how attentive and alert he is. Today he over did himself. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Before I got to the buffet, Albert asked what kind of pizza I preferred and made sure to have it made for me. Through out my whole visit he made sure I was taken care of. I especially enjoyed my visit to this location. Albert is one amazing staff member and because of his courtesy, and friendly customer service, I will definitely be back. read more
