With everything going we decided it was time to just order a pizza. I've never tried Mr. Jim's Pizza and decided since it could be delivered to my friends house it was time to try it. We scheduled a delivery and waited with anticipation of having a nice evening meal with a couple glasses of wine. We both were happy. It arrived on time and hot!! This location deserves no "STARS!" We called to order what we thought was the best pizza "Sticky Fingers" 1. Had trouble ordering due to the owner's lack of understanding while placing the order. The owner was very hard to understand and after placing the order, she called back to verify what type of crust we'd like..... Mind you, we placed the order at 6:41...she called back at 7:03, and then 8:15 I got home and found the pizza on the door step. Not once did she ring the doorbell when she delivered the pizza, she just left it on the front porch. We called back to report the pizza was left on the porch, and she pretty much said she was not at fault and continued to argue with me. Called Ended!! I've been looking for a great piece of pizza, since moving to the area. I'm not a big fan of large chain places, and after trying a few different spots, I landed on Mr. Jim's. All I really was looking for was a great pizza to have with a cold beer on football Sunday. I came here and had a great conversation with the gentleman who was working. He was by himself and absolutely crushing it. Answering the phone, answering my questions and after I ordered, he assured me it was gonna be exactly what I'm looking for. This pizza arrived fast via Uber eats, but was EXTREMELY greasy. Had to get a napkin to try to sponge out grease. Flavor was just ok as well

I hadn't ordered in awhile because of inconsistent customer service. Once the phone rang endless and I drove there and no one was picking up the phone. Only two there they said and refused to make sub sandwiches. Ok, so I ordered pizza and waited for it. This time I was too tired to cook and ordered March 5, 2012 and got the greasiest pizza ever and my stomach hurt all night. The pizza looked like grease was smeared with butter over the cheese and it looked old. I had to go on my first ever liver cleanse with lemon juice and olive oil and later apple cider vinegar. I had been going to pizza places like Sam's in cedar hill that have low grease content and it is noticeable after this order. read more
