I love their variety of toppings, crusts, and their willingness to cook up a certain type of pizza you might want but is not out on the buffet line! I was a little nervous to go here seeing all the bad reviews, but since most of them were old and there was a good recent review decided it was worth a shot. Honest opinion- it was a typical Cici's pizza. We were greeted when we entered, the buffet was clean and well stocked, the drink and condiment setup was also clean and well stocked. My family arrived at 11:30am on a Wednesday- they had about 3 pizzas and some brownies out when we got there but quickly put out more and continued turnover as people arrived. By the time we left quite a few tables had cleared out but the restaurant remained clean and the bathrooms were also clean. My kids wanted to play a few arcade games, that area was well kept, everything seemed clean and all machines were working. As for the food, it was cooked through and tasted like it does at all Cici's locations, which personally I like, the salad bar and pasta were fresh and well stocked too. Overall we had a good experience at this location, if you're not sure based on previous reviews, and especially if you have been to Cici's and like them, give it a try. read more

I was hesitant seeing the poor reviews, but my family and I decided to stop by anyway on our way home. I was pleasantly surprised by how often fresh items were brought out. Staff seemed friendly and working hard. No flies and generally clean space. Not too much of a crowd. Enough parking to fit a large moving truck. Thanks for a great pit stop! read more

You know a place is bad when McDonalds or TacoBell is the better choice in where to eat. My grandmother wanted to go to this place and shockingly she swilled down that garbage. Whether or not she got sick from it who knows but it was just a step above roadkill in my opinion. Hunt Brothers pizza from a gas station is more appealing than cicis is. read more

We visited this CiCis while visiting ETBU. We were greeted by friendly smiling staff as we walked in the door. They apologized for not having any pizza ready due to their electricity just coming back on after being off since 12:30 (it's 3:30 now) We told the gentleman that we didn't mind waiting, fresh pizza As soon as we ordered a school bus pulled up. (still no pizza ready yet) I thought to myself "this may get ugly really quick" but Wow. This crew was Amazing. As soon as the pizzas came out of the oven, they had enough for everyone. Even remembered the Alfredo (his favorite) for our son by bringing several pieces to the table. Clean Store, Clean restrooms. Great place to bring the family. Staff greeted me as I entered and the tables and floors were clean - not bad for during the lunch hour (any 12:30). Plenty of pizza was out and the salad bar looked so good I got an entire plate of that too. I haven't eaten here in a number of years, so I was glad to see how nice it is now. It's had some remodeling and restaffing. some of the vinyl seats had tears in them, which doesn't look good, but I'll be back! read more

Pizza was not that great, Pasta was disappointing, I even asked an employee if I could have a re fill and he noticeably ignored me and rolled his eyes. When he came back to us I once again asked him for a refill and he brought me back the wrong drink after I told him what it was several times. This employee even talked rudely to a pregnant lady and even threatened to throw her out if she didnt shut up. I heard yelling in the kitchen and even saw pots and pans being thrown. How awful do you have to be to charge a family because a toddler chewed on a piece of crust? I'm not talking about charging with the group- NO. I'm talking came all the way to the table and asked if he had been paid for and when we said No, he isn't really eating - we were told to pay for him immediately and were charged $4.85!!!!!!! Now that we've paid and been humiliated for food that tastes like its warmed from the lunch crowd I fully intend to sit here and at least drink 40 dollars worth of soda. Seriously how does this place stay open? Oh that's right- they charge for anyone to even exist inside their doors. Was there at noon...lots of people.. no pizza.. the pizza they kept putting out was stuff nobody wanted... I will not be back...

me and my grandson were wondering where to go before i have to be put down from cancer and we chose cicis pizza. i have to be put down soon so i'll hurry and type all this. me and my grandson arrived and nobody met us at the counter so i put the money on the counter and got our pizza and cup, the man came to put more pizza on there and he threw it on my hand! i was furious so i got his boss. he called his boss and let me talk to him and his boss hung up on me. i'm so disappointed . that was my last meal. i hated it, pasta was disgusting so wet, terrible workers, the sweet tea wasn't even sweet, and the pizza had NO sauce but super greasy. the macaroni pizza reminded me of my parents dying in a forest fire. i started crying and the manager said he's gonna shove a peice of pizza down my bra. oh also the restaurant had bugs on the table and plates on almost every table and hadn't been cleaned.. i hated it don't even go it's not worth it. farewell world. read more

Rudest staff, food has gotten just horrible and it has that never fully cleaned feel the second you walk in. Never make the mistake of looking under a table in this place. Buffet stays stocked with only friends of the cooks request. We tried six times to request a pizza and we were told no, then while standing right there the lady behind me asked and the girl said sure and handed her a flag. This place used to be really good. I don't know if it changed ownership, but I got here at 8:30pm and 50% of the tables were filthy and full of plates. The pizza selection was two pizzas and they had been sitting out for at least 2 hours. I asked toget a fresh cheese stuffed pizza and they said "no we are putting nothing else out!"
