During the wait, I asked our server twice what was taking so long. Both times, I was told that they had a large party on the patio. While I understand that large parties can put additional pressure on a kitchen, that really shouldn't come at the expense of other customers who were seated and ordered before or around the same time. If the restaurant isn't able to accommodate a large party while maintaining reasonable service for other guests, there should be better planning and communication. What made it even more frustrating was watching other tables around us receive their food before we did. When I questioned the delay, the response was essentially that "some food takes longer than others." I understand that certain dishes may take more time to prepare, but waiting over an hour without any proactive communication or explanation was disappointing. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, the experience left a poor impression. I really wanted to enjoy the restaurant and give it a fair chance, but based on the service we received, I highly doubt we'll be returning. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers shouldn't have to repeatedly ask about their food after waiting that long.

That's what I would think too but it's not true. We went again today and asked for fries as a side. She wouldn't do it. She said to get fries we have to come inside. So if you can actually order everything on the menu through the drive thru apparently the employees don't know that and need to be told. I ordered the pork tenderloin today and this is now the third time we got home, took the first bite, and it was so full of black pepper that it was completely inedible. It went straight into the trash and was a complete waste of money. Once, maybe twice, I could understand an off day. But this is now the third time there has been WAY too much pepper in the pork tenderloin. Does no one taste this before it's sold? Whoever is making it is putting way too much black pepper in it. When this place is good, it's really good. Unfortunately, the quality control is nowhere to be found so you never know if it's going to be a good day or a bad one. Add to that you STILL can't order everything on the menu through the drive thru regardless of what the manager claims and it went from 3 down to 2 stars.

Always good homemade food, relaxed atmosphere and a friendly staff. I would highly recommendread more
