I'm a fan. From way back. Cicis was a place I would take my kids for our family outings. We always had a great time enjoying the pizza. And especially the cinnamon rolls. This was my first time at this location in Tampa. It was busy which is a good sign. The food was fresh and good. And I loved that they had unsweetened iced tea as I no longer drink soda products. My husband got the jalapeño pepperoni bites. They were good and spicy. I can honestly say everyone liked their food. Someone did mention the pasta sauces were not the greatest. But that's ok. There is so much more to choose from. Even a fresh all you can eat soup and salad bar. If you have young kids this is a great place for the price. read more

We were craving for pizza and decided to try Cicis Restaurant for the pizza. It is a unique restaurant which offers pizza buffet as well as pasta buffet. There are many small video games too which children can enjoy. We went during the afternoon and the restaurant was full with family enjoying with their children. I ordered Veggie pizza over the counter. The service was good and i got the pizza in 15 minutes. The pizza was hot as well as delicious. It had all the veggies which i love. The only issue was with the onion on pizza. I believe onion was not properly cooked due to which we had to remove onions from the pizza regularly. All in all we loved the pizza. I work with the special needs community and have ad many get togethers at the 66th Street Location in St. Petersburg. On 11/9/24, about 40 of us came at around noon. The food was excellent and there was a nice variety of pizzas available. I do miss the bins to clean up after us. There were chicken soup, pasta with two different sauces, various topping pizza, desserts including brownie, Cinnamon ban and apple Pizza, Boston cream pizza. I loved the personal Pizza. Customer can choose the bread, the sauce and 4 Topping. They baked it fresh for you. Mine was pizza bread, spinach alfredo sauce, anchovy, beef, sausage, and chicken topping. It was so delicious and fresh! The soup and salad were decent. The cinnamon ban was my top favorite. They were so buttery, soft, general creamy icing on the top and sprinkle of the cinnamon power-very very good. The sitting area was clean with some arcade game machines along the wall. With Christmas music playing at the background, carton showing on TV, the ambience was happy and layback. So if you're looking for a semi decent pizza buffet that your kids will love and won't break the bank, this is it. Is it the best pizza in the world? No. It's pretty thin, the dough isn't amazing, and it won't be something you dream about. HOWEVER, they do have a great selection. Nice salad bar, soup, pasta, cheese bread, lots of pizza choices, and 3 or 4 desserts. And it's cheap. Dirt cheap. And if you don't see what you want on the buffet, all you have to do is ask and they'll make you a personal size of whatever you want. I like to get the chicken bacon ranch flatbread made just for me. My daughter loves their Macaroni and Cheese pizza and will always get that. This location is interesting to me. The manager and the staff are ridiculously nice. They're really helpful and quick to serve you. The bathroom, though, ugh. I don't get it. It's always kind of icky. Sadly we've been enjoying eating at this location for the last 8 years and never seen it like this. The Alfredo sauce was chunky with spiral pasta yellow from being over cooked. This trip to CiCi's was a little rough. We've been coming to this location for a while and some trips are better than others. This time we walked in to a big crowd, which isn't abnormal. We were able to get a table pretty easily. When we went up to get food they were low on plates and had no clean bowls out. They were also out of a lot of food. The few pieces of "cheese bread" were overcooked and dried out. They had a few slices of random pizzas left and only had a few brownies out for desert. We grabbed what we could and sat down to wait. They were pretty slow with putting more food out which was a little disappointing, and because it was so busy it was gone within another moment or two. My sister went up to ask for an alfredo pizza, and in the past they typically give you a number and bring you the pizza - or at least a few slices. Well this time they didn't even say anything, my sister noticed it was up there after people had already been taking some so she only ended up with two pieces. The restaurant isn't very clean and there were screaming and unruly kids everywhere. You definitely have to Bob and weave to get your food and drinks, but if you don't mind that it's not a bad deal for the price (if they actually have food made). read more

my card was ran twice and then they tried to get me to run a third time saying it was declining witch I knew wasn't true the machine said duplicate transaction. so after taking my payment and saying they didn't get payment they refused to let me and my four grandchildren eat. I brought my daughter here to eat one night since I bought a Groupon for it. The place was dirty and the table I was sitting at was sticky. We have used our Busch Gardens passes for like three weeks in a row, but definitely getting tired of paying $70 for a family of four to eat there so CiCi's it was today! When we arrived there were screaming little children everywhere, just like the Brandon location. I guess little kids love pizza and hate quiet. I get it. We had to wait to order because they were making the poor cashier double as tech support with the games. Parents, get your kids ffs. We got here on the early-ish side for lunch, so there was no wait, no crowd, and no one pushing to get at the newly-cooked pizzas. The salad bar is quite good and fresh-looking. The staff calmly makes and presents pizza after pizza, the busboys are friendly, engaging, and try very hard to keep up with folks who leave their tables and surrounding floors a mess (kudos to the staff for that!) and, of course, the meals are filling. Their dessert pizza is actually good! Still I'm giving it three stars because it's not the nicest location and these types of places tend to be on the germaphobe's no-no list. And yes it's junk/comfort food, but you at least walk past a salad bar on your way to a heart attack. It's also ironic that a few stores over is a planet fitness lol. May God have mercy on my soul. This was my first time stepping foot into a CiCi's and what a food and arcade heaven! Unlimited pizza and you can customize your own pie, who doesn't like that?? Their soup is also very delicious and is a great place for Friday pizza nights or inviting your kid's friends to come eat and hang out. Most kids take two bites and want to run away from the table, well now they can just be steps from you while the parents chatter away and having a grand old time playing the many arcade options (there is a whole wall filled with machines). Don't forget to get some wings, they are huge and juicy! Pizza, wings, salad, dessert, arcades...what more do you want?? will definitely be returning, they are super affordable and is also a college student's paradise! There just isn't enough options at this Cici's Pizza. You only have a handful of pizzas to choose from, while at other locations they have so many options that I don't know what to do with myself. Almost every pizza I tried tasted cooked incorrectly and not flavorful at all. I'd rather get full on a $5 Little Caesar's Pizza then spend the same amount at this Cici's Pizza. I went to this location because of the better (although still not that good) reviews compared to the location in Brandon. My kids and I went around 1pm and there were only 3 or 4 other tables with people eating. There was no line so we were able to eat and leave pretty quickly. The quality of pizza was not that good. Most looked like they have been sitting a while. There was so much cheesy bread sitting out that it was starting to get cold and old. They definitely made too much because there wasn't even that many people in there. The salad bar was full and stocked, but lacking on a variety of toppings. The restaurant overall was dirty. I had to walk past 3 or 4 dirty tables to find a semi-clean one, and even then had to wipe it down. The highchair was greasy that I almost just held my child to eat. I had to also wipe that down with hand sanitizer before I could even sit him in it. The floors were dirty and sticky as well. I won't return to this location at all. read more

Good place for some unlimited pizzas. Plus cheap to at $6 plus taxes it's a good deal alright. Though my only problem is they have too little toppings on their pizza, like for e.g. Today's Buffalo chicken pizza barely had any chicken on it. But then again crying about toppings doesn't really makes sense since for $6 unlimited cheese pizza also works for. One thing which came to my attention, this location is clean. The buffet table area is always clean, someone is always looking after that. Another good thing is the salad bar, has lots of veggies, which I just take and place on pizza slices to make up for the little to none toppings on them.
