It was okay. It was decently a good pizza to be honest, reheated though it tasted like a frozen pizza so I wouldn't recommended it as a left over pizza, but fresh it is delicious. My only large complaint would be the overall price of the pizza . It's $20 for a smaller pizza that you need 2-3 of for a family of 4+ ... so I don't appreciate spending that much for a smaller pizza. But place has a cool name! read more

For a last minute pizza option, we placed an online order for a "Jet 10" Detroit style 8 corner pizza (Pizza sauce, premium mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, hamburger, Italian sausage, bacon, mushrooms, onions, green peppers & black olives). Order was ready at exact time indicated for this pickup order, so it was fast and go! I was excited to try this Detroit style pizza with focaccia like crust, and the crust did not disappoint... it was perfect! The actual pizza ingredients tasted fresh, and the baking was well executed with no sogginess or oil drips anywhere. Love this!! My only hold-back on not giving this a 5 star review was because the seasoning was lacking. Overall it was a great pizza and I'm looking forward to trying their others to compare. Man, this Jet's is lightning fast with their orders! My waistline hates this place, but my mouth knows it is delicious and can't help itself! I had a 4-corner pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and garlic butter crust. 4-corners is where it's at because you get that delicious crust and crunch in every slice! Costs about $16 - a little pricey, but you get a lot at Jet's and it's very filling. Although I usually enjoy NY style pizza this is a very close 2nd and worth the trip every time - sign up on your phone and you'll get specials texted to you. I have driven by this place so many times and never noticed it. It is in a plaza next to Dunkin Donuts (for easy finding purposes) 1) Easy to order online, but would HIGHLY recommend contacting the store directly as prices are different for each platform. 2) Nice options for a Detroit deep dish - I have always preferred thin but this was a huge change and very enjoyable 3) Eat in the car....that first slice is always the best then go home to finish =) 4) Very well balanced menu with tons of options Can't wait to try the #Jet10 or any of the cauliflower crust options next time! read more

I'm a customer that always comes to this location. I won't let this experience bring down rating completely but I'm extremely disappointed that I walked in and waited (only customer in the shop) and was ignored for at least 5 minutes! I decided to be patient because I know much of the staff are teenagers or in their early 20s. My favorite girl wasn't there or she'd have helped me immediately! So another customer came in. Immediately a man came from the back and helped him while I was still ignored. After that transaction, he walked away without still even glancing at me. I called to him as he walked away and still nothing. Luckily, within a few seconds of that, Alex (I'm not sure if he was a manager or not) came and asked me if I needed help and assisted me with my pickup order. Mind you, I'm a loyal customer and have never experienced the lack of customer service that I experienced today! I don't know or want to imply anything racial occurred but in these days I can only think, is it because of my race or gender or that he truly didn't see me or hear me call to him. I can say that this man who blatantly ignore me was a white make and the customer he jumped to help was also a white male. I cannot let this one experience bring down my review to the lowest when I've had surplus positive experiences with the other staff. I am truly disappointed, however. Jet's Pizza is by far my favorite casual pizza chain! They serve your standard "round " pizzas, as well as a New York style deep dish, which is square cut. My suggestion is to always go with the square cut, as it is a bit more filling, and the crust is always cooked perfectly. The sauce-to-toppings ratio is always on point, and if you ever request extra toppings, the charge is minimal (and they never skimp!). They also offer different flavored crusts, my favorite being the Cajun... it adds just the right amount of spice. I also appreciate that their specialty pizzas are unique, without being completely over the top. This location is by far my favorite, as the customer service is exceptional, and whether you order pickup or delivery your food is always ready or delivered quickly and efficiently. After a long day at the spa I was dying for something to eat and saw this little place. I walked in and asked one of the workers " Hey be honest with me, Is it good?" Lol and let's just say his answer encouraged me to get the 2 slice and beverage special for 6 bucks ( what a deal might I add). OMGEEE it was definitely worth it. The slices were big and the crust was flaky yet fluffy with the perfect amount of sauce and the pepperoni provided a good seasoned taste to the pizza. The Parmesan set it off though. We ordered for delivery tonight using their web site.. Past experiences have been hit and miss. The 8 corner pizza is usually good. They are also usually perfect about delivering the items that we actually ordered in good condition. There were two problems tonight. First, the order was late by at least 20 minutes. Secondly, of the 4 pizzas we ordered, 1 was specified as to be cooked well done. This somehow must have gotten the cooks confused, as all the pizzas were noticeably well done. I'm fairly new around this area and usually we like to get NY style pizza. There really wasn't any options in this area so we settled for Jet's. The first time we ordered which was 2 weeks ago was pretty decent: we got a deep dish pizza. Food was warm, everything was fine. We ordered a regular large pizza (pie) and this was honestly one of the worst pizzas I've had. The pizza tasted old and it was cold. I took one bite and I instantly knew the family wouldn't finish it. We decided to throw the box away and just went out for dinner instead. I love love love this crispy crust Detroit style pizza. It's my favorite pizza place in the Brandon area now. The 8 corner Detroit style is even better if you like the corner crusts like I do. I would have happily given 5 stars but a couple negatives to point out: Ordering online vs. text message vs. by phone is a challenge because the prices are different for each. If there is a daily special it's best to order from the restaurant itself but even then you need to make sure the order taker has it correct because lately there seems to be new help that just doesn't "get it". They are adding an additional $ amount to the order to cover additional expenses (due to Covid?). I would happily give tips at the counter or even be less annoyed by this if they had to increase the menu price. Seems like a sneaky way to up profit while not making it public knowledge. I ordered the 12 pc jets cheese bread with ranch dressing and I asked for 2 ranches since I also ordered wings. The delivery arrived and the cheese bread was completely burnt. We also didn't receive any ranch. I called to express the issue with the manager and she became very defensive, rude, and refused to apologize. After I asked for her superior's contact information, she quieted her tone, but did not give me the information. She also claimed to have been her own boss and didn't have a corporate number. My order was over $30 and I order from Jet's regularly, but after the service and burnt food today, I'll think twice! read more

Pros: Reasonably priced, good ingredients, almost endless variations with their flavored crusts Cons: They're not open 24/7 to satiate my late night cravings - lol I first had Jets when I moved to Brandon a few months ago, I have had it at least twice a month since then. The pizzas are well cooked for a crispy crust and they are liberal with the cheese and toppings. The one thing that sets this place apart from other take-out pizza joints is the ability to pick the "flavor" of your crust. They have about 8 different flavors but I have only had the Cajun crust which gives a delicious kick and bite to any pizza that you order. They also serve breadsticks, wings and other items. I've only ever had the pizzas but I would venture to assume that the quality of those items is high as well. I love Jet's. It's actually the only pizza I enjoy with pepperoni. The little bold pepperoni is amazing! I also enjoy pineapple- yes. Pineapple does belong on pizza. Fight me. Anyways, their 4 and 8 corner pizza is fantastic. I could eat it every single day, and be a happy broke girl. Broke being the key word there. We will get to that later. Their jetzee sandwich sucked. It wasn't worth the macros I spent on it, so I gave it to my teenager. He will eat anything. The value is my number one issue I have with this place. It's too expenisive for what it is. I pay more to order from Jet's than when I get Westshore, which is a LOT better imho. Solid pizza, crappy sandwiches, extremely pricey for what it is. read more

We use to eat Jets all the time, but after corona virus hit they raised the prices on pizza and delivery. At first it wasn't a problem but the quality of the pizza started going down also. We also get the wings and for some reason recently they seem to mess those up. You loose customers when you raise prices and cut corners. Relatives and I use to order multiple times a week and now it's maybe once a month. If your looking for good quality, price, and quantity I'd look else where . read more
