Honest work and great quality service! They diagnosed the issue quickly, priced it fairly, and got me back on the road.

DO NOT TRUST MIKE! I had been taking my truck here for years for oil changes, brake changes and minor repairs. I paid this shop for the following: ~$146.60 on Nov 3, 2025 (Diagnostic); ~$1700.00 on Nov 4, 2025 (For Parts in which I have yet to receive or an Itemized Invoice for the parts!); ~$350.00 on Nov 19, 2025 (Labor); and ~Financed $2,755.01 on Feb 19, 2026 with SNAP FINANCE (Due to supposedly 2 previously purchased Faulty used Differentials). I thought Michael "Mike" Kelly, the Owner, was my friend and an awesome mechanic - until I required a major Repair to replace my Differential. I NO LONGER TRUST him! First he insisted that I pay for a used part, even though I made it clear to he and Bob (who Mike has since, "Let go"), that I don't put used parts on my vehicles. And lo and behold, it failed. TWICE! Unfortunately, I honestly do not believe that he ever ordered a used or new Differential as he did not produce most of the major new parts, as they were never installed on my truck. Mike has lied to me on several occasions about his shop receiving the wrong differential and he was waiting on the new part to come in as well as the other parts not installed. Mike had my truck sitting in his lot on 3 separate occasions (5 days - I was out of town; 10 days - I was out the Country and 3 days I was sitting at home with obligations without a vehicle, until I demanded he properly complete repairs and bring me my truck that day - April 10, 2026.) At approximately 6pm, Mike texted me and said, "The truck is ready." The last time I was at that shop was on April 20, 2026, after leaving AutoZone on West Fayetteville Rd. where I verified with Ms. Yolanda, that there was no retuned differential and therefore no waiting for any replacement. Mike made it clear while on AutoZone speakerphone to me and Ms. Yolanda that, We (his shop) REBUILT your differential and gutted it out." But I Financed the repair for a new Differential ($2755.01)! I left there and returned to the shop. Mike and I argued over his deception and my dissatisfaction. He stated that if he really wanted to get over on me he would have painted the parts (and reinstalled them). I showed him photos of the old rusty parts that I paid to have replaced, that are still on my truck to date (L&R Upper and Lower Control Arms and a greasy, leaking, rusted differential with gaps due to broken or no seals, etc.). He then pleaded, "Please give me a chance to fix this. To make it right." I explained tohimthat I do not have any more patience or time waiting onhimto fix anything as its been over six (6) months now! SNAP Finance stated to me that, "The Merchant has to submit a return before they can refund the money they have taken out of my account via Autopay. Even with proof, they are still holding me liable because as Bryan and Ms. Corey said, "The Merchant (ALLPRO AUTO FARM LLC / Michael Kelly) reported he completed the repair," even though all evidence to the contrary exists with the photos of my truck that I sent them! To date (5/22/2026), I am still unable to get a plan from Mike to either get my parts or money back - to at least coincide with his plead. You can't reason with a Gambler! Mike finally responded to me yesterday stating, "Do what you feel you got to do !" Ladies: if you have good credit and/or money to pay cash for your repairs, do not Barter with Mike - you will be HIGHLY disappointed! Turns out to me that he is not as charming as he may appear! I took my van to this shop on recommendation. After paying for transmission and body repairs following an accident in April 2023, no work has been done. Repeated calls and visits have been met with excuses and extended timelines. My van is still unrepaired. Do not take your vehicle here. read more

I will keep this review very brief. I brought my vehicle's transmission to be repaired after an accident. My insurance claim was processed and this repair facility was paid , 2 checks totally roughly $4800. 2K miles later, and a Kia dealership diagnostic and quote ($5500 more dollars), the transmission was missing a bolt causing the constant fuel leak and only a new transmission pan and NOT transmission! oh yeah, they get your diagnostic fee but don't expect honest or decent work done to your vehicle. they also gave me a hand written invoice of repairs that included repairs that weren't even completed. use at your own risk! also, they had my vehicle for over a month. read more

*BEWARE! I made an appt for my car to be repaired with the owner. I showed up to my appointment only to be told that he was too busy to talk or repair my car. I was told to return 2 to 3 hours later only to be told that he can not repair my car at this time either. In addition to being told that he can't get to my car, he, Michael(the owner) also told his new receptionist, Mary that I can take it somewhere else or pay him a price that he didn't quote to me previously. The amount was astronomical and was not what we agreed upon. It was to replace an upper hose for my ac. He told me which part to go and buy. This shop is not organized nor professional. I had been going there for a little over a year starting in nov/dec 2017.....the main mechanic, jean pierre, is no longer there and I can't find him. Hes been gone for at least 9 months.-----》I paid for parts for my car with one of their mechanics, harold strozier, in cash and got receipts. Not only did he try to undercut brickyards prices, Harold decided to steal from brickyard to pay himself back!!!! After I gave $$ for parts for my car he takes $$ from brickyards account!!《------ The owner, jason shoates, found out after I told him harold was taking too long with my car. A 2 day job turned into a week and a half when I finally asked jason to tell harold to hurry up with my car.... Jason decided to include the stolen money in my bill!! ____How does your employee steal from you and then you charge the customer, any customer, so you can be paid back???!!!! Jason said hes goin to fire harold after he finished my car. This is supposedly Harold's last week. I waited a week for a diagnostic that should've taken mere hours. And the problem wasn't fixed even though I was charged $316. They never followed up, I was given the runaround up until I threatened to reverse the charges. He didn't even tell me what was wrong with the vehicle until I called later to ask. I wouldn't even give them any stars if I could...I brought my bmw 328i 2 door coupe over there it took them 3 months for them to work on it...the front end lady her name was char she was very rude and could not give me any information on my car anytime I asked so I went up there myself to see what was going on...they said the car was fixed but when pulling out my car they put it on 2 jumper packs jus to get it cranked and running I still had the same noises and the same problems...the owner mike tried to give me a busted loaner car and it broke down twice while I was in the middle of the road with the wrong paper work in it...when I brought it to there attention that my check engine light was still on and I don't think I will pass inspection the front end lady char caught an attitude and told me there where more issues going on with my car...I paid these ppl 1800$ and they only changed out coil packs and spark plugs DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! My car's motor was locked up and needed a new motor. Had the car towed here thinking this would be a three day process. Here we go on day 6 and my car still isn't up and running. No one from the shop reached out to me. While I understand things happen, I don't understand why no one from the shop bothered to call me and inform me of any obstacles or issues. Best kept secret in town , worked on my BMW, heard they are under new management. Did an excellent job, great prices,half of what I usually pay. The staff were friendly and professional. I had a problem with my radiator, brakes and oil change. My car is happy and so is my wallet. All my work done in hours not days. I'm going to make this my new auto repair shop. I usually get my car repair done at the service center for Volvo. This time I didnt have the opportunity. I asked about 5 people whose repair shop would they go to or use, 3 of the people said Brickyard. I was really impressed with their professionalism until after leaving I realized they didn't return my key to me. I was able to push button start my car because I had the spare with me in case something like this happened in my new home state of Florida. At first, we were all on the same page with the realization that they never returned my key to me. I left the service station with the agreement that they were going to call me at the end of the day or before the end of the day with one of two resolutions: 1. They found the key. 2. They are going to give me the amount a new key cost...which by the way I'd $365.00. Since then, their story is that they gave it back to me and I lost it and want them to pay for it. I would never go back to a place that doesn't take the responsibility of returning your property serious. Did I even get a discount on the service. No Offers to appease the situation. Trying to keep money in my neighborhood was not in my best interest. A simple oil change. I told the technician the year, make, and model of my vehicle. I even filled in the same information on their form. I was quoted a "special" price of $18 with tax for a standard oil change with filter.
