In addition to meat and produce the store also seems to specialize with ingredients for dishes from Mexico and you can find some very enticing little snacks from Mexico there as well! You can't always get it there as I found out to my misfortune but if you can I'd definitely grab it up!

The strawberries are sweet, but not overly so. Better than the usual grocery store strawberries. While the golden raspberries are delicious, they are very delicate. During our visit, there was a few fresh produce products available for purchase such as nectarines, peaches, plums, zucchini, watermelon and corn. Packaged items such as honey and chips were also available. The Hot Sauce Festival was the main attraction of the day so there was a food truck on-site as well. Blistering hot pepper starts of several different varieties could also be purchased for those with green thumbs. Unfortunately, that isn't me. After sampling several fiery hot sauces and marinades it was refreshing to be able to order and consume an ice-cold craft beer from McMillin Farms brewery on-site. Red and white wine is available for those who do not care for beer. Beers were pricey at $8.75 each; however, keep in mind that you are supporting a small and local business. It's important to us that the isles are wide enough for the electric carts & so we're not in the way of others coming through as well. The staff is cheerful, helpful & attentive (for the most part). For us the deli is the hub & Gloria is the best! We order multiple containers of salads & ceviche to take home. In comparison to the other Winco's, they are the BEST hands down! The pea salad is creamy & you can taste every ingredient in it. The bacon, the onion, the peas, the cheese & they meld together so good. In other Winco's, I'm sorry to say, I find them always lacking in something . The ceviche? Omgoodness! The awesome thing about this particular Winco is, they take the time to shred the crab meat. I don't know if that's a big deal for you but for us, we like to get meat in every bite of our crab salads or ceviche. The other Winco's leave big chunks of crab (to each his own) & you either get crab or salad ‍. Today when we went in, they we're out of ceviche. Gloria literally stopped making what she was making & told my hubby to come back in 15 min & she would have the ceviche ready for us.
