We were really excited to have the Texas version. It didn't disappoint. Grandma's homemade French fries soaked in short rib drippings, topped with locally sourced ground beef. [also- as a side note, all of their meats and dairy are locally sourced]. On to entree's- husband: NY strip, blue rare; kid: burger; me: creole meatloaf. All of it was perfect. We had zero complaints. We rounded out with an ice cream sundae and apple crostata. The ice cream is homemade, y'all. The website does not mention a set menu for Valentines. I pulled up the website again and as if to make a new reservation and again there is nothing about a price set menu for a 8 course dinner for Valentines. We are driving 3 hours for an evening in Paris and were excited to experience the culinary favorites at Bonfire. The young lady asked if we would be interested in speaking to the manager and we agreed to talk to the manager. She called us at 12:26 this afternoon. It's 2:57 and we still haven't heard from anyone from Bonfire. This is very poor business and tremendously unprofessional to their customers. Has anyone else experienced this with them? We are disappointed.
