Wow what an amazing experience! The staff was warm and inviting and the dishes are definitely made to perfection, playing with different flavors and ingredients. The pomme de terre with caviar was flavorful with citrus notes, the quail with the thinly sliced potatoes was an amazing dish and a definitely a go-to! The desserts were what put us in our food coma! It was beautifully presented and the mouthfeel definitely delivered! I personally loved the Forrest tropical as it was such a amazing way to present an artistic take on a dessert! A chocolate delight! The pastry chef Danielle hand delivered it and explain her creations which was a sweet surprise! This chef can cook! We had the smoked baked potato appetizer and were blown away. It was memorable as one of the best dishes we have ever had at a restaurant. Everything else we had was also great, but the Pomme de Terre Boutary was exeptional. The asparagus and rock fish were delicious and the service was friendly and professional. The restaurant has a great vibe and is bustling without feeling chaotic or overwhelmingly noisy. Of course, we are Americans, so we were eating on the early side. Don't miss this place! read more

Last dinner in Paris was something a bit unconventional, as I figured that I would have had my fill of French food by now. Did some research and Le Comptoir Boutary was highly rated, so we wanted to check it out. Food was super creative with elements of French and Asian fusion on display! Had the Caviar Potato Boutary as a starter. The crazy thing is that they make their own caviar, so obviously we had to try this. It was so tasty! Had the Zucchini Flower, Rump of Veal, and Pork Tonkatsu and Cabbage as entrées. All of them were creatively put together and tasted amazing! Last thing was the Brie Cheese for dinner. I wasn't sure about this for dessert, but the caramelized figs made it work! Staff here are super friendly! Everyone speaks English and is so nice. Made us feel very welcome in their local neighborhood restaurant. Well worth the visit! Definitely check it out if you are in the Montmartre area. read more

Having already eaten at Boutary on Rue Mazarine, (which is a favorite of mine), was excited to try their sister restaurant. We were running late to our reservation and called and they graciously held our table for us. Restaurant is inviting and cozy. We ordered every entre, every desert, drinks plus caviar. I love that their serve spoons of caviar. It is so decadent and delicious! It was ALL delicious! Every single dish! Warm and polite service.
