Great service. Really helpful to new smokers or people who are just interested. Selection of the correct cigar is always so intimidating since there are such huge varieties. . Told them I was a beginner and they plopped down several I could choose from and nothing over $9 bucks. They are enthusiast, and want to encourage others as well. Definitely not stuck up. Told me to just keep trying and you will figure out what you like and a higher price range doesn't always mean better. Will be back every trip I get. Just visited cigar warehouse recently and was overwhelmed with the huge selection of cigars. Then I noticed the awesome prices... Wow! It isn't very often that I stumble on an establishment that is truly head and shoulders above their competition but as far as I'm concerned cigar warehouse is one of those places. Cigar Warehouse is like heaven for an avid cigar smoker, located in a discreet warehouse space off Tropicana and Arville and a banner hanging off the side of the wall. I've driven by almost every day and my curiosity was peaked every time until i finally decided to stop in for myself and see if it was comparable to my frequented cigar lounge in a large casino. Upon entry it looked like someone's living room with large plush leather loungers arranged along the walls where TVs hung for the patrons who decide to stay and smoke. Passed the loungers is a standard retail space followed by the light at the end of the tunnel, a large humidor showcasing box after box approximately 8 feet high on shelves. The selection is daunting at first but I was greeted by not one but two sales associates who were very helpful and basically interviewed me on my cigar tastes which I didn't mind. I definitely recommend asking for Shawna if she's there, her knowledge is superb and is very patient when it comes to new smokers. Luckily, I'm pretty keen on what I like in cigars and I make it an easy sale every time...current favorites include the Oliva, Padron and Arturo Fuente King T cigars! I happened to be close to this area today and did a yelp search and found this shop with great reviews. Decided to stop by and check it out and so glad I did. I am new to cigars and checked out a few other shops in town and while there are some good ones, this one by far is the best for several reasons. 1) Roy and Kevin are super nice and helpful. They both took the time to help me figure out exactly what I liked and find some great options to try. They helped educate without talking down and making feel at home right away. 2) They have great prices 3) The largest selection and humidor in Las Vegas by a mile. 4) Actually gave me a nice cigar to sit and enjoy with my first visit there. 5) Really friendly group of customers coming in and out or sitting to smoke. 6) Roy and Kevin both checked on me a few times while I was enjoying the smoke to make sure I liked the cigar and having a good time. I was visiting Vegas and ran out of Cigars. I checked Yelp and saw a couple o listing not directly on the strip. A quick check of their website showed the best prices I had seen in this area. When I showed up and asked for my particular brand and mentioned the price the gentleman working asked where I saw it. I told him on his site. He said that was the online price and then reduced it a further 10 dollars. I got the contact info to order from them when I am at home too. This cigar shop has THE best prices & selection. By the entrance is a container filled with empty cigar boxes you can take. There is a wonderful lounging area with comfortable padded leather chairs.
