Overall the cigar bar is about what you would expect, large patio, can sit inside but it is more smoky. The service can be so so depending on the day. I have never seen food just cigars and alcoholic beverages. I think they could benefit from some games on the table, like mancala. Cigars International is my husband and his friends favorite place to smoke cigars, have a cocktail and chill. Last night we reserved a section inside the venue to celebrate his birthday. I've been to CI in Conroe and Katy and had good experiences. The staff offered no help in the humidor and I was in there for 20 min. I got a drink at the bar but once I sat down no one checked on me for at least 30min. I'd look them in the eye sitting in the middle of the lounge with them staring back at me and not asking if I wanted another drink. I did not feel welcomed. When I did finally ask for another drink I never got it. I closed at the bar and left. read more

The staff was super engaging and helpful. There was ample seating indoor and out, with roll up walls that made the place seem huge. They had tvs with sports all around as well. They had a well stocked bar that seemed to have something for everyone. The only downside was they are in San Antonio, and I am from Wisconsin. They made it hard to go back to normal cigar lounges. The seating areas are spaced nicely inside, outside can tend to be tight. Most likely due to covid the staff is little short for taking orders. So I purchase gift cards from this establishment quite often for my son in law. His bday is today so I braved the construction traffic and headed to secure his bday gift! One of my favorite things to do when I'm on the road for work, is to visit local cigar lounges. Off I go to Cigars International. While their selection was impressive, the space was lackluster for the most part. It's pretty much a bar, that happens to have a giant cigar humidor. It doesn't give off the intimate, chill vibe you would expect from a cigar lounge. It was bright, busy, and the TV's weren't large enough to catch the game on TV. Unfortunately, it looks and feels like a college hang out. Both times I went we were surrounded with a very young, loud, and drunk 20 year old crowd. It's just my personal preference for a quieter more intimate experience (what's up with the super bright institutional lights?).
