I was disappointed but still needed an upgrade so I went along with it. I told the guy I wanted the minimal plan since I'm on a tight budget and he told me the lowest plans go was 75$ a month but that I'd get a free line that my old phone would be connected to. He also told me I could get a free trial of their home internet and that it would wave an activation fee. I thought it was great so agreed. Two days later when I checked my account, the activation fee was still there, the home internet was running me 80$ a month, the "free" line was 55$ a month, the activation fee was still on there, and they offered a cheaper plan. So not only was I lied directly to, but I was expected to pay 4x what the guy told me I was going to. After spending two hours on the support line I got my bill to ONLY twice what they told me it would be in store and all I had to do was return the home internet router they shoved on me. I went back about a week later after finding out I could transfer my old number and return the internet equipment. I should have know though, that they wouldn't accept the thing and I instead had to return it at a UPS store. If you enjoy being conned and lied to by a bunch of red shirt cronies this is a place for you. But if you have any self respect I'd recommend you steer well clear of this place.
