Owner graciously met me downstairs, removed item from my car and took the time to inspect the item and point out the "gem" I procured as he compared my lounge to the "prefab won't-last-five-years chaise lounges of today. He asked questions on where the item will be stored (high traffic va low traffic areas of home) and when i answered he provided a plethora of fabrics to consider. Most importantly, he did NOT expect full payment that day! Whew!! What a relief. Starting a new business is expensive so not having to make full payment before work commenced made my day. The staff are very nice and helpful. I will say that their prices can be pretty expensive at time for some pieces - this could be typical for those types of pieces, but I don't have the expertise to say one way or the other. They do have someone who works to fix up furniture before it is sold, so anything you buy here will likely be ready to display in your house. Also, while I didn't find anything today, I have previously purchased furniture here and my advice would be not to be afraid to negotiate, especially if you are buying multiple pieces. The staff was able to go down in price a bit, so I felt like I got a deal.
