Today I was handed a punchcard for paying cash. I've paid cash for at least the last four times and not once was I given a punchcard. I didn't know they existed. They just said I was definitely given one! The previous time they wanted to charge me five dollars extra because I choose a sparkly color on top. I specifically asked if it would cost extra, and the girl said it would not. I would just really appreciate consistent prices when I'm getting the exact same manicure every time.

While the tech was working on my toenails I asked her to not move my feet so much, and to stop trying to bend them as they don't bend like "normal" people. She was then doing the foot massage and was banging on my legs and feet and told me "relax, relax." The problem is that my feet and legs don't relax. When it was time to put my flip flops back on, I told her I wanted to put them on because its tricky. The stylist justified why she gave me streaky 1996 highlights but it didn't matter because at the end of the day, my hair looked NOTHING like the inspo photo. To fix it, the stylist spent 2.5 hours applying an all over base color, then lifting that with a balyage (kind of) bleach and then toning it so much that I ended up leaving with plain brown hair. My hair was plain brown to begin with and now it has a ton of damage and is still plain brown. I wouldn't recommend this salon for anything trendy or modern.

One year and 3 treatments later, after following all instructions perfectly in addition to going above and beyond to be sure I was doing my part, my nail situation is worse, not one bit better. I was assured the entire time that I just needed to continue following instructions and scheduling appointments. No results. Now they're refusing a refund, stating that it's just a written guarantee that it works, meaning they'll continue treating at "no cost". I'd rather get that whopping $500 back for this bogus treatment then continue playing this game. Now I have to take Lamisil and risk my liver, or just live with this problem forever. Don't waste your money. I'm very disappointed.

So I said forget it, I'll finish them later elsewhere. Mind you, I had my VERY patient four year old sitting with me the entire time after we had already gotten a pedicure & she sat through my nails as well. So after being there over two hours, paying full price & walking out with bare nails, I didn't even get so much as an apology or anything besides an attitude from the manager. Also, less than two hours later my daughter's pedicure has already come completely off one of her toes.
