It plays like an absolute DREAM! I gave him 8 gauge strings, extra light springs, and a vega trem with no locking bridge or nut. Yet it STAYS IN TUNE. I can dive bomb (practically by breathing on it) and it returns to center like the man deleted friction! It's beautifully melodic and expressive just how I always wanted! After working with them multiple times to arrange delivery, I finally requested a full refund. The refund was not processed properly. Instead, they issued partial refunds over several months: $1,000 in December $609.10 in December $500 in January After four months, $500 was still missing. I opened a $500 chargeback with my bank, and only then did the final refund suddenly appear. After the chargeback, they began sending legal threats and demanding payment via wire or Zelle instead of working through the normal card processor. Overall: no shipment, months of delays, fragmented refunds, and aggressive payment tactics. I would not recommend doing business here.
