I've been a regular here for two years. It's not fancy, but it doesn't need to be. It's clean, the staff is friendly and talented, and the prices can't be beat. Lisa has always done great with my nails, doesn't overcharge, has been known to give me discounts, and she can do anything. The pedicures are also super relaxing. The best part is that I can walk in without an appointment and she will squeeze me in within an hour. They open early, close late, will stay open later to accommodate you, and the shop is only closed one day a week. I'm super picky about my nails. Would have given 0 stars if I could. I was just denied service for myself and 6 yr old daughter. There were 3 workers and one customer in there. The customer said she had appointments, which were not on there yet and late, the customer said she had 2 friends coming and just like that we were denied! They were SOOO RUDE!!!! We were there for mani/pedi mommy/daughter time before her big graduation from kindergarten and this is what happens. I am shocked at the lack of customer service, the rudeness and complete disregard! I will not get going on the entitled customer who "saved seats" for her friends who were not even there! I guess this is why Cindy Nails will continue being the little grungy hole in the wall that it is! Probably saved myself and 6 yr old from a trip to the dr with a nail fungus so maybe it's a win. I came here because it was the closest nail salon to my Parent's house when I was visiting. I made an appointment but when I walked in there was only one lady working and she was already finishing up a pedicure for a woman. I waited about 10 minutes. They had a big selection of nail polishes but you the brands were random and you can tell some of the bottles were at least a several years old. As she started on my nails, I started to get a little freaked out because all the equipment she used on my looked unsanitary and old. Now here is the deal breaker, the acetone she was using for me to soak my gel nails in....well she whipped out a funnel and a big commercial sized bottle of acetone and poured it back in the bottle!!!! WTF??? All I can think about is, how many nasty hands and feet soaked in the acetone she just used on me?? Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary! My nails came out so uneven and sloppy. read more

Three people literally work at this Salon. The owner does everything. I came in for a full set, I wanted coffin shape nails. I showed Lisa a picture and she looked at it like she saw a ghost. I was like well can you do it, she replies yes. The whole time she's prepping my nails she's convincing me to do "square shape" I said fine. She says great cause coffin shape will break. Long story short she rushes through my nails horrible paint job, and my index broke in one week. (I'VE NEVER BROKEN AN ACRYLIC NAIL IN MY LIFE BTW). JUST SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY, they have no poliah options and the shop is out of date. read more

Decent place. The ladies there are really sweet, but there are only three of them, so I suggest making an appointment, or you could be waiting a really long time. And they don't always tell you how long you're going to be waiting. The gal who came in after me ended up waiting an hour when they told her 30 minutes. They make you pay $1 for your own emory board and buffer, which to me is a little ridiculous. I mean, I am all for paying for my own nail tools for the sake of sanitation, but just the emory board and buffer? If you're so concerned for sanitation, why not my own pincers, clippers, and cuticle pushers, too? My lady did nick me the first time I was there. My board and buffer had nothing to do with the situation. On the plus side, it's clean, cheap, and they have great colors and products. They carry OPI, no essie or China Glaze though. And whatever topcoat they use is simply gorgeous. Steady hands, great skill, fabulous massage chairs. So it evens out. read more

I give this place 2 stars because it's only a been a week and my gel manicure is already chipping. My toes also, normally they last for 2 weeks and now I have to get my nails done sooner. They're about $8 more than what i normally pay so I thought I'd get a better quality. I was wrong. The place looks dirty and there are only 2 workers. The lady here is really nice but didn't cut or file my nails straight I told her short but not round. What did I get short but totally rounded so annoyed!! But I think Lisa was having a bad day and really took it out on not only my elderly mother (who is very insecure about her nails) but also her newest employee as well. She made my mother feel very self conscious about the things she said and loudly embarrassed her in front of everyone in the salon. She also spoke to the employees in a very irritable tone. Used to go here because it was close to my house. Nice ladies, but they play their shows on full blast while you're in there . I mean I understand that you don't have customers so why not watch your shows online but at least wear headphones so the people in there don't have to hear what they don't understand lol.
