Nail salons are getting worse and worse. They won't scrub your feet unless you buy callous removal and barely spend 15 minutes to do a pedicure if you get the basic package. They only spend time if you buy the premium packages-maybe. She could not do a French tip she tried over and over and over again. I was there probably for an extra 35 minutes just working on French tips. I've been here a few times in 2025. It was decent. Not anymore. THIS PLACE IS NASTY!!! I went here recently and the first thing I saw was a huge COCKRACH running across the floor. I was in a rush to get my nails done, so I continued. I know, dumb on my part! Overall, it doesn't seem very clean at all. I feel like the owner wasn't there? Maybe this impacted the service. My pedicure was sloppy. Another person worked on my nails, and he was fine but also a little messy. I noticed when I got home he left a bunch of nail polish on my finger. Then, at the end the person who checked me out seemed to chastise me for not leaving a big enough tip to split amongst 3 people. That's rude. There's a reason I didn't tip a lot! The place was gross and the mani and pedi were mediocre and messy. I'm not sure if it's a trend but this pressure to tip on CRAPPY service has happened to me at another local salon as well. Quit being so agressive! My daughters manicure was sloppy and lumpy. I don't think I'll be going back. They do not use proper sanitation during clients. I walked in for a pedicure and the lady doing my service did not take her gloves off she used from her previous client she then proceeded to change clean disposables while she now has contaminated mine. So nasty . This is exactly how and why people get fungus and infections. Also rushing through my pedicure for no reason , there is no people waiting and the service I got is very unprofessional overall. Nice and attentive staff. Clean environment. They have 2 TV's with different shows playing on each, no sound but it's fine. One show is Deal or No Deal and the other is Funniest Videos. They have a salt water aquarium w/a Nimo & Dora over by their nail stations. They play nice music on overhead speaker, usually a variety. I've had a full (acrylic) set w/gel and gel pedicure done there and I'm very pleased with their work. They pay attention to detail. They have a huge variety of polish colors to choose from. Unfortunately I had one of the worst manicures of my life here. The lady rushed through the entire process, haphazardly working on my nails, and it was not relaxing. I had a certain color in mind, which they did not have, but the lady did not even try and help me find something similar. There was polish all over my skin, and I had to ask to have it removed. However, this last time I went, I got dip nails and the next day my index finger nail was chipping. I went to get it fixed, but then the day after that, the other nails started to chip. I called again to schedule to get it fixed, but I didn't go back the second time. I shouldn't have to be coming in to get it fixed a week after I had them done. They would've had to do my whole hand all over again. For the price they charge for dip, the nails should last longer than a week. The other places I've gone to lasted me a whole month before I even see any sign of chipping. I definitely won't be coming back here again. It's already been a week since I went there and my nails are still going strong! The only advise I would give would be to bring cash. You can pay the business via Venmo, and luckily my nail tech had a personal Venmo for me to tip her on. Honestly I don't do anything extravagant with my nails. It's mainly just for upkeep because I work with my hands a lot. It was $30 for removal of my old gel manicure and a fresh gel manicure. You really are paying for quality. This place does good work however they are terrible with time and make you wait and lie to you how long the wait actually is going to take. For example I called today and asked how long the wait was for a pedicure/manicure and they said no wait come now. So I take off get there within 10 min of calling and they have me take a seat near the front. I asked how long the wait would be and they say 5 min. 10 min later I get sat in a chair only to wait an additional 20 min in the chair!!! I wish they would of said 30 min wait when I called and then I would of been able to do other things in the mean time. For some this might not be important to them, but I just feel like its a waste of time and they just want to make a sale and have no consideration for people's time. read more

Gel toes must be a quota they have to meet because the nail specialist's attitude changed when I told her I didn't want gel on my toes. My nails are uneven and the paint is lumpy after everything was done. And, telling me my toe nails are thin and that I need gel on my toes is not going to sell me on getting gel. The lady even announced loudly in Vietnamese how she's the unlucky one because her coworker got all gel toes and she didn't get any customers with gel. I actually think the gel ruin my toe nails and that's why I didn't get it. I have mixed feelings, not sure if I want to come back because of the REALLY stressful vibe when it's really busy. I went to this salon to removed the gel nail polish of my 10 year old daughter. She got it 3 weeks ago for an occasion. They charged $8 for removal and $7 for a regular nail polish. The lady who did her nails kept on convincing us to get a gel nail polish. She said "gel is much better." I said " no" she is too young. Then, she asked me if I want her nails to file or cut. I said cut it please. Then she said " additional $3 for cutting nails and filing. I told her " then just file it"! I've been doing manicure and pedicure for over 25 years. I got a Acrylic Manicure and Reg Pedicure. It was not until I was cashing out when the nail tech told me its $75.00 + $1.00 for using a card. I have never spent this much on nails. I wouldn't say it's worth it since my polish was lumpy and during the whole experience I felt I wasn't able to use the massage chair nor did the staff talk.
