I moved into the area about 2 years ago and have avoided going to get my nails done anywhere because I'm picky and I'm happier just doing them myself. However I was getting ready for a trip and didn't have time, and was in desperate need of a pedi as well. Jenny's nails is the closes nail salon to my house so decided to give them a try. Not going to lie, the outside is a bit deceiving. However the inside of the salon is clean, and organize! And walking In did not feel overwhelming especially being a first time customer. I was greeted kindly and helped right away. Diane did my pedi and was gentle but thorough. She did a wonderful job and was detailed. Mia did my nails and they came out perfect!! I love them so much. I like them pretty simple and usually do neutral tones, however even with such a basic shape they came out stunning and the color is so pretty . She was also so sweet and friendly. I noticed a lot of clients come in that seemed to be regulars , they asked for people by name and for specific services, they were also embraced warmly, which are all good signed when looking for a new shop . Iv only had one hangnail on maybe like 2 or 3 fingers but she used the rotary to remove some of the cuticle she pushed back and now I have tons of hangnails on every finger(this pic is after trimming some of them). They do not even deserve one star... I never have had the need to write a review about a nail salon even if they did a horrible job. I do my nails every 3-4 weeks. This time I decided to try Jenny's nails because it's close to my house. But with the experience I had with this place..it is much needed. I got my nails done on Tuesday, 5/21. The lady that did my nails was super rude, VERY slow and did a horrible job. My nails were uneven, the polish job was horrible and I still had a lot of cuticles around my nails (which I paid extra for). By the second day, two of my nails chipped so I had called and asked if they could fix them. The lady on the phone immediately told me they were too busy... So I waited a day and went in person, again, they told me they were too busy so I asked if I could make an appointment to come back the next day and she told me they would be busy and just to call. At that point, I knew they didn't want to fix them. Then she proceeded to accuse me of lying about having my nails even done there. She made me stand in the front to look through my bank charges and prove to her that I had a charge from when they first did them (which I was able to prove). She told me if they did do my nails there, "it was three weeks ago". At this point, I was super embarrassed that they would accuse me of lying. I told her that I did not want them to fix my nails and that they lost my business. I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone. They are rude and do a horrible job at what they do. Also, they WILL speak about you in their language. Very racist and disrespectful group of workers. The owner (the lady that sits in the front) plays a huge role in how her employees treat customers. read more

I went to Jenny's mail for the first time to get a manicure because the previous person who did my nails had done a poor job. They redid my gel lor and I still have it and this is three weeks ago. I showed nail tech a picture of nail ombre and ask if she can do it? She said yes. Then I showed her a picture with pink Crystal's on nail and asked if she had pink crystals she said yes. Well she did very poor job with Ombre and was trying to put one huge red crystal and said it was pink. Just threw the Crystal's on the nail. I had to explain to her how to shape and make it look nice. Then she try to fix ombre by suggesting paint solid color on all nails. Not to mention they forgot about pedicure. They ask what you want when you first enter. I ended up paying $74 for a fullest that has dips and wholes still I tip but no discount for such a bad job. I came here today (12/30) with an appointment for a full acrylic set and a basic pedicure. I've been here before for basic nails and it's been fine. But recently their service and nail work has declined. I came in for a basic white acrylic french tip and pedicure. The pedicure was fine and they did a good job. I do question how clean their tools are though. I saw today they do reuse files and clippers without cleaning anything in between the customers. My nails were horrible. The owner of the shop (who sits at the front desk) did my nails and it was a bad experience. She took a long time to get them done. I understand talking your time to perfect someone's nails, but she was just taking her time doing each step. She kept getting up to check everyone's nails in the shop. While I sat there waiting for her to keep going on my nails. I asked for medium length and she gave me shorter nails than what I asked for. I also asked for coffin and she barely shaped them. They look more square than anything. For the design I wanted something simple, basic white french tip with some glitter on the edge. She made the white part of the french tip way too thick. I asked her to fix it and she said she couldn't. She then applied the glitter and I was already so upset about the service and the outcome that I told her to take off the glitter so I could leave already. I do not recommend anyone come here if it's gonna be your first time. They do not clean their seats, floors, or tools. I am so unhappy with my nails. They also charged me a lot even though I was unhappy with it. I paid $90 for a pedicure and a full set that I do not like at all. I only give 2 stars because they're pedicures are okay. read more
