However, when I checked out, I was only given 10% off. I had a 3:30 PM appointment for both a manicure and pedicure, but a walk-in customer was seated before me. Instead of doing my services together as scheduled, my manicure and pedicure were done separately, which made my visit take about 1.5 hours. The pricing was also not transparent. The price list showed $20 for the manicure, but I was charged $35 for gel without anyone explaining the additional $15 before the service. After I got home, I also noticed a $2.40 credit card surcharge that was never mentioned before I paid. I don't mind paying extra when charges are explained in advance, but I expect clear communication about pricing and appointments. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling disappointed and misled, so I won't be returning.

They accept credit card but do request tips are done via cash/zelle. I had called ahead and was told we could be seen immediately which was nice, but I ended up having to wait in my chair for over 15 minutes before I was actually seen, while my wife was seen immediately. Because of this I opted for a faster service so that we could be done at the same time. I really wish they were more transparent about the wait times so people could plan accordingly. The service itself was definitely on the pricier side considering what was received, and honestly the quality of work was pretty mediocre. The callus removal was half done (I could only see this after I got up), and everything just felt rushed with little attention to detail (cuticles not cleaned, nails not clipped short enough, etc.). The foot massage at the end was lovely, definitely the highlight of the whole experience. While it wasn't the worst service I've had, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back because of how much it costs vs the level of service I received.

The ladies are all very kind, and I like how peaceful it is inside. Nail salons are always so calm and relaxing, so it is definitely a luxury. This was my second time here, and my first time getting a regular manicure/pedicure done. I was asked if I'd like to get my calluses removed for $10, so I went ahead with it. Also, two of my fingernails were glued, since they were breaking and I told them I was worried they would snap off soon, and I wasn't charged extra for them. Both ladies massaged my hands and feet, and that was so special and made it all worth it. The price is reasonable, and they are considerate enough to ask if you'd like to pay beforehand, so you don't have to worry about smudging your nails after they are done. Unfortunately, I work with acetone in a lab, so my fingernails didn't last more than 2 days, but I still loved the shape of them and how it turned out. Even my toenails started rubbing off a lot within the first week. I just wish I took more pictures of it.

She also told me they don't work on the corner of your toe nails, I have never been told that before. Each step felt rushed. The tech even cut the bag to release the water before she finished my calluses. She wanted me to put my feet back in the tub to wash my feet off. I refused until the bag was put back on. It seemed like she was doing the work as an amateur and not a skilled trained professional. I will no longer be using this business. Techs name was Nancy.
